"YES!" I respond, actually having some important changes for comms that need to be said.
There are a few, but most importantly I need to make this a reminder because so often *OH SO ANNOYING OFTEN* normally I stifle my online complaints because some of you cannot discern emotions through text, so I'm only saying it NOW because genuinely I have been alluding to this for over a year and it just doesn't get to SOME of you and I need it to be so abundantly clear before I throw another fit.

It's not JUST crotch stuff, it's not JUST cobalions (but these are true) I love to draw SMOOTH, Stylized, and squishy things. Like pooltoys, slimes, bellies, butts, I like it SMOOTH enough that you feel your eyes glide over it thinking there is little to NO friction whatsoever- so what does that mean?
I HATE DRAWING OVERLY DETAILED THINGS!
I'm not a fan!! I don't like 3D models for references, or extremely fluffy/spiky sonas! I'm sorry! If you've ever commissioned me to draw one you'll notice it takes LONGER for me to get to you, and part of that is because I actually have to hype myself up to go through it! IT TAKES FOREVER! ALMOST DOUBLE THE LENGTH for most commissions otherwise and it makes me feel so IN PAINED to get it done faster because I feel like I CANNOT DELIVER the quality you think it'll come out in- like, PLEASE, imagine my artstyle and not my pricetag when you choose a subject matter for me to draw- 💦
If you want something of a higher quality, PLEASE, look elsewhere- I DO NOT MIND YOU COMMISSIONING SOMEONE ELSE WHAT I CANNOT DO
So I'm just gonna start genuinely turning down commission prompts if I don't like the character/design- I've been too lenient, too "appeal"-y and that comes off as ingenuine I mean get real look at the "C" folder and tell me what the current pattern is- it's all over the place! Now "SID"? Oh man, SID is so genuine in its flavors, it's so Kevin, it's so ME! Look how gooey and smooth it all is, I even had the fuckass GOODRA COMIC in there-- SID related there is a question at the end of this journal thank you for reading this btw. You know I love a fella with Basic Reading Comprehension <:]
Complexity Fee is no longer JUST +5usd, it will now go UP more and more based on how much I struggled with the commission. HOPEFULLY, it should NOT go up alot, but this is a choice paired with the above blab.
Sketches are going up to $40~$45, effective when I open up sketches again. The quality is still roughly the same, but honestly- I clean these up, and I've been very--

angry at how my financial situations THAT AREN'T MY FAULT keep affecting me, so those $25 pair sketch comms are not cutting it ALONE. I am sorry if that's a little out of your wallet. I hope you can at least find someone else if you cannot do 40 (or 45)- I did get a job like I said, but as it turns out especially, winter season does not give me good work hours, so getting that bag is kinda shit, damn.
General revise of the sheet when it's ready will include a better set up page for additional fees if and when they should occur. So if you want to calculate things yourself beforehand, you can!
and if you wanted to know how I was doing- well actually kind of bad, not financially persay but for once, physically! Recently I found out that I had very low blood pressure, which was unusual of me- but my Roommates wanted me to internalize WHY I've been so bad... I don't eat! I get water sure but I don't eat more than 3 meals a day, hell habitually I only eat once a day, or not at all if I can- but that's been impacting me severely now, to a point that my body actually is starting to be heavily affected by it... I've been doing this since before the Move Drive. So I've been at this for well over a few years now. (Admittedly, I did it today, too) (I'm working on it, please don't tell my boyfriend, he yelled at me when he found out I've been going off of 1 "meal" a day)
I'm not trying to get sympathy from you, I'm just letting you know how I've been, mentally, physically, and so on.
Do I have any plans for this year?

Closing Question
Since it's been on my mind, A long time ago I tried doing comms without lineart, experimentally, then went back to lineart. But with how I've been doing my SIDs, those are all without lineart. And you guys seem to love them, right? So like... what if I like... did that for comms from now on? No more lineart, you still get flats and shades as they go, just no more lineart unless the character REQUIRES it to work for the design, aye?
I feel rather proud of my lineless work <:] Hell, I've been making tons of lineless work lately on the side, you can find it on my bluesky sometimes. Maybe I'll send it here too...
