Updated Name to Circe / Zeptophidia
Posted 2 years agoThis isn't particularly recent news, but I've been moving away from the name captainzepto for a while now. As far as my brand goes it's simply Zeptophidia, on most platforms, and a SFW alt on Deviantart called Theratsorceress. As far as me personally, and my character, I'm happy to announce it's Circe now! <3

Commission Terms Of Service!

I make fully colored & shaded artwork, both SFW and NSFW.
Anything I draw will be uploaded to my gallery & likely reposted to and E621. If you want it to go online at a specific date (say, for a birthday present), just ask! After I upload it, you’re free to repost it anywhere you want, as long as you give credit.
I will message you when I’m ready to start, and supply you with WIPS as I progress. Feel free to ask for more!
*Changes are completely fine, within reason (edits to markings or color are no problem at all, but no large changes to the linework when I’m already doing the colors ‘n shades)
*You must be at least 18 to commission me, no matter the content of the commission.
*paypal or bank transfer within europe
*I kindly ask you to pay up-front when I’m ready to start on your commission.
Refunds:
*For emergencies, I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time and issue a refund. In case this happens, I will contact you ASAP to offer a refund/ a slot next month.
*You are free to cancel the commission at any time. I will refund you based on the amount of work completed (100% before I’ve started, 75% at the sketch, 50% at the lineart)

I've started to casually stream art in my Discord server! You are welcome to watch, just ask me for a link!
By default, I'll stream commissions I get. If you prefer me not to stream your commission, it'll cost 30% on top of the commission cost.
Please understand though, I have a schedule to keep- I can't postpone work to stream it at a specific time. Sorry ^^;
I sometimes sell or give away characters. To these, the following conditions apply:
*You can literally do whatever you want with it, it's your character now
*Be honest about me being the original creator
*I would really appreciate it if you showed me new art you get on them, always nice to see ^w^

I might update the TOS from time to time. This will always be at the end of the month, before any new commissions. Commission are always bound to the TOS at the time of commissioning. I can email them to you if you want a hard copy to refer back to.
