The end of August marks the 10th anniversary of this FA account and I'm pondering how to mark the occasion.

I'm not mad enough to make a sequence of 10 pictures (and set up a disturbing precedence for future anniversaries!) but I would like to do another set of 5 images.
Another Naked Cake Party like the 5th year anniversary? Featuring five new characters (or 3 + Lea & Lacey) or even a direct continuation with the originals?

Or maybe a different theme? An RPG team exploring a dungeon? Weird Science shenanigans?

NB - I'm not looking for suggestions about characters, just how to mark the occasion.

But every now and then we get a reminder of the days when we could wrap ourselves in witchy witchy love.

Drawing Deadpool for Six Fanarts round 1 made me realise I rarely draw male characters. Time to rectify that, I think!

One character per requester - no spamming 6 different names (or even 6 versions of the same character!).
No OCs - characters must have appeared in some form of visual media (eg a comic, cartoon, advert, movie, logo, game etc) that I can look up.
Let's limit it to the first 12 requests, after which I will make my selection.
I reserve the final choice of characters to select, based on a variety of whimsical and arbitrary criteria.
This is just for fun and nothing is guaranteed!

Depending on how things go I might do another grid in the future; we shall see what we shall see when we see it.

Suggestions are sort of open - I'm not actively inviting them, but I'm not actively discouraging them either.

This year I started by making my way through a list of characters that I wanted to draw. I've been focusing on my list first, but now the time has finally come to open up for suggestions from the audience! Thank you for your patience.

Comment below with a name and a source (links to reference are appreciated but not mandatory).
As long as I haven't already drawn them before (check the Ears, Cuffs and Powderpuffs sub-gallery to avoid duplicates), I'll add them to the list and see if I get inspired.
Pairs of characters are okay and I've done groups of three, but more than that and it starts getting awkward.
(For those of you who dropped some names in the comments of the earlier pictures, you'll have to dig them up and repost them here too.)

You might have noticed I've been in the mood for retro-toons (arbitrary cut-off date 1989) and I figure I maybe ought to do a few classic video game characters as well, but don't feel limited to just those. However, I draw the line at somebody's own OCs and live-action/real people.

I'm also open to suggestions for poses - actions or activities, generally of a SFW pin-up/cheesecakey nature that don't require much in the way of extra props. I still have several characters on the list for whom I haven't figured out an angle, so if you really want to see someone doing (for example) yoga, I'll see if any of them fit the bill. Mostly solo, but some double or even triple character poses wouldn't go amiss.

On the other hand, isn't Cadence/Cadance (MLP:FiM) the Princess of Love? She's been on my list of characters to draw for a while.

I've been to plenty of Comic Conventions (this includes multimedia events with the word 'comic' in the title), but I've only ever been to one actual Furry convention and that was a bit disappointing (it was a tiny, first-time event). I wondered if I might have a better experience at a bigger, more established event and have taken notice of ConFuzzled.

I lean more towards the Cartoonist side of the whole Furry thing and haven't had many real life interactions with the Furry Fandom proper. So with that in mind -

What can anyone tell me about ConFuzzled*?
Does anyone have any experience as a Dealer?
Has anyone tried to pay their way (or defray their expenses) by doing sketches in the bar?

Cosgrove Hall also reworked many classic tales, from an acclaimed TV series based on The Wind in the Willows to a feature-length film of The BFG and an adaption of Terry Pratchett’s The Nome Trilogy.

At the time of writing, the survey can't be accessed because it has 'exceeded it's quota', which I hope means that more people are speaking up for it than they anticipated!

I've been tinkering around with an idea for a pic, but for a while the pose and angle just weren't working out.

Well, I think I've finally got that sorted, but I've neglected to think about the details. It wouldn't do to submit a picture of some blank mannequins standing in a white void, so here's what I'm looking for:

A SPECIES or two or three, to make those blank mannequins more interesting.

A PLACE and the kind of people you'd find there. The background, if any, won't be much more than an implication, but it will give me an idea of what the participants are wearing and maybe inspire a colour scheme for the lighting or mood.

After carefully considering all the suggestions and weighing their individual merits according to a select list of certain criteria, I will make my choice according to whatever capricious and arbitrary whim takes my fancy.

Lea and Lacey are off doing their own thing again, but while they're getting ready, all you lucky little girls and boys might get a visit from a Sexy Santa.
But who is it going to be?

Once upon a time I was planning to make more use of my Weasyl account, because it had folders and FA didn't.
Then FA added folders, or at least a way to categorise submissions, with the added bonus of being able to have the same sub in more than one folder (which, as far as I am aware, Weasyl can't do*).

Long story short (or at least getting to the point), I'm probably going to start uploading more back material to Weasyl, once I figure out how to best make use of it's folder system.
However, I'm not about to jump ship from FA and will still upload here on my usual erratic schedule.

Last year I drew a dragon for St. George's day. I don't usually draw many dragons, so I've decided to do another one this year - and to take the opportunity to draw something else that I don't usually draw.
