I’m back from FWA 2023 + Small commission update !
Posted 2 years ago I have returned from FWA !
Well to be exact I returned home sometime on Tuesday morning around 1 AM after an 11 hour drive back from leaving the convention on Monday. Up until now I've been too tired and I still haven’t even unpacked anything yet. Even though the drive there and back was a long one we all had a super fun time driving from Michigan to Georgia with
, Tokki Bunny & Zener. Personally I really enjoyed the drive because we traveled through 5 states to get there and I’ve always wanted to go on a road-trip like this and it was even better with a few other furries that are close friends of mine.
My overall convention experience was a hella good one and I got to revisit a convention I haven’t been to since 2014. I honestly never knew I could miss a convention like I did with FWA and PCD is definitely hitting hard right now for me. I had so much fun meeting new people, meeting up with friends I haven’t seen in months / years & also making some new friends along the way. The dances were amazing bangers EVERY NIGHT running from Midnight until 3 AM and every hour there was a different DJ which I thought was a great idea especially with the visuals effects that were added since I last attended. Also I did get some pictures and videos during the convention that I am thinking about posting on my furaffinity account. OH and I even got to meet my fursuit maker
in person to chat & walk together when we went to go pick-up some parts for my partner ’s fursuit commission from them !
Ya the convention had some problems when the first day of the convention started and alot of the rooms weren’t ready yet so people had to wait to check-in & the fact we had some elevator problems and some broke down for periods of time. However you got to look at this way FWA staff was dealing with alot of new things once CDC guidelines dropped, but they also had a 40% growth in attendance this year too so this was something staff had to deal with and figure things out for. Please do not always jump to blame con staff first as sometimes it’s on the attendees part of things.
Also convention attendees of all kinds need to look out for one another when it comes to elevator usage when con staff cannot, that means if you see someone struggling, someone that is disabled / handicapped or if they are a fursuiter you NEED to give them priority to the elevators as there is a reason why they are trying to get on the elevators as fast as they can. FURRIES can you PLEASE just start forming nice neat lines when you are wanting to use the elevators at conventions AND DON'T STAND in front of the elevators or cutting in front of people that have been waiting either, especially if they are disabled / handicapped & fursuiters. I know you have places to be but so do others, please wait your turn like everyone else.
Nonetheless I will for sure be attending FWA in 2024 as the theme will be Furry University 2: Homecoming and I feel it fits perfectly since when I attended FWA for the first time ever was back in 2014 and the theme was Furry University. In my mind it kinda has a nice little “reunion” or “anniversary” energy going on for it and I can't wait for next year already ! uWu

However, I am going to have to delay this start back to work as I still need to unpack everything before I can and I'm still very exhausted after everything, but I will for sure be resuming work no later than by May 20 th.

This is because he needs either repairs or possibly even retired completely.

Posted 3 years ago I've honestly been thinking about using the journal system for more than business related matters and for the silly things I use them for on my FA page. I would love to use them to log my thoughts, experiences and much more within my irl life and the furry fandom.
I'm just scared too cause I think it may drive people away from my account but IDK. Ya I have a Twitter account where I can do this but honestly I don't like using Twitter and it's kinda not a good place for me to be mentally. However Furaffinity has and always will be home and a safe place for me to be and use, but I still always have my fears.

I also wanted to do this before I started uploading the fursuit content I have to re-upload from CatSnakeFursuits aswell as the stuff that's never been uploaded.
Overall I am hoping the updates I did will help people find what they are looking for aswell as help me maintain my gallery better when i'm uploading stuff I have to share with you guys !

But when I started my account merging stuff that I will also be merging CatSnakeFursuits to 
aswell !
I will be re-uploading everything that is in my gallery on CatSnakeFursuits to my gallery here and after everything is re-uploaded I will be deleting the account. Once all my old fursuit content is uploaded I will be uploading newer stuff that I have to share that I never got the chance to upload yet.
Yes, I have already thought about how things might become alittle backed over here in my gallery for this account. However I am personally fine with this as it will showcase my artwork activity and my activity with a community I love and enjoy being apart of. The only separate accounts I will be continuing to use are my Fursona Artwork accounts which are
( non-babyfur ) & 
( babyfur ) to showcase artwork I have gotten of my Fursona's & Oc's over the years.
In the grand scheme of things the reason why I decided to do these account merges is because I cannot manage serveral accounts like I use too. Overall I honestly only wanna have this account , & that I have to manage at the end of the day.

but I’m annoyed that one of FA key features is gone. Dx
I use to be able to go start to my FA page by clicking my icon up in the corner but nope that’s gone now.
Like why would you do this as that was a key feature since FA launched pretty much. *rip*

I will be keeping my Business stuff mostly on Telegram and moving it all to this account again permanently.
Also I'm NOT changing OR re-branding at all, my business side of artwork will still be under the name Abducted Inc.. Just I can't keep up with getting all my social medias platforms updated to like I use to and I'll be honest it's hard for me to keep track of " x amount " of places to upload to. Overall I personally think this change is the easiest for me to continuing to upload my artwork to these platforms and I honestly believe are used by a good portion of the furry community.

Just I can't keep up with getting all my social medias platforms updated to like I use to and I'll be honest it's hard for me to keep track of " x amount " of places to upload to. Posted 4 years ago As of today (well technically yesterday) I am 100% vaccinated against COVID-19 !!
Now that I am fully vaccinated I am making plans to hang out and travel again once the opportunities pop up for me. I do have plans to attend Furcons again as long as there is steps taken to protect con-goers. I may not attend any Furcons in 2021 but I may it all just depends, But I am definitely attending Furcons in 2022 for sure!
Even though I am fully vaccinated I will still be wearing my masks and taking the steps to stay safe & healthy cause the pandemic is STILL going on and honestly, I just don't want to risk getting COVID-19 since my immune system isn't the best.

Posted 4 years ago Just a small update from my second shot for the COVID-19 vaccine.
After the first shot, I didn't have any side effects afterward the day of the shot or even after. No fever, body pains, loss of taste &, etc, I didn't experience any of that.
After my second shot, I didn't have any side effects afterward the day of the shot.
However, The night when I was going to bed I experienced a small wave of body chills and sweats & I really couldn't sleep comfortably or well. I like to think I had a small fever before or while sleeping but I didn't have one when I woke up.
I am currently on day 2 after my shot now.
This morning I woke up with slight body pains & chills, but nothing too bad today. If I have any other notes or updates about my shot I will post them here. But for now, I am doing better and no matter what side effects I am experiencing is worth in the end to me.

I had an amazing time out in Ohio with my two cuties & I can't wait for the next visit. uwu 💚

Personal life update

I am making a personal life choice to make the switch from Cigarettes to Vaping instead!
I used to vape a few years ago but I crumbled back into my old ways and habits & now I am trying to make the switch again for good.
I know neither is a good choice but honestly, making this switch is the best option for me. Overall I probably won’t be FULLY quitting smoking at this time, but there might be a time in the future when I switch to a 0MG juice, maybe?
With this journal, I am going to be logging my progress with my switch to vaping!
✧ # 1 - As of Nov. 22, 2020

Right now this change is pretty huge for me so I am still smoking cigarettes while I make the change. I have less than half a pack left, 8 cigarettes to be exact & after this pack is gone I won’t be buying another pack since I wanna try and make the FULL leap off cigarettes.

Sadly I cracked and bought another pack of cigarettes.. I'm really disappointed in myself...
Not only cause I let myself down, but I know it's a letdown to the people who are supporting my lifestyle change cause they want me to stay to my word about not going back to regular cigarettes. However, they know I want to make this choice not just for them but for myself as well.

My Last pack of cigarettes is gone & I have beaten the cravings and urge to smoke them.
I'm done with cigarettes nothing besides vaping from now on.

After 3 weeks of strictly just vaping I am starting to notice a difference in my sense of smell & taste for things. Smells I haven't been able to ya-know smell for awhile have finally started to come back and some smells I used to like I hate now or find disgusting.
Also, I'm starting to get some of my taste buds back, I can finally taste tangy, sour, and zesty things again. I used to love sour-flavored things growing up but while I was smoking cigarettes I started hating them but I'm starting to LOVE them again. ;w;

I am now 1 Month clean from smoking cigarettes and proudly only vaping now!

I am now 3 Months clean from smoking cigarettes!

I am now 6 ½ Months clean from smoking cigarettes!
I am really happy that I have gotten this far and I am hoping I can reach a year off of cigarettes. uwu
