along with senior year being so busy, some renovations have taken place so for the past month i haven't had a room! or bed! or my computer!

in fact my room is taped off and empty right now, but shout out to my brother, friends, and my teacher for giving me places to stay in the meantime.

as a result of this, i haven't really been able to go online much, and in the moving-things-out process my tablet pen was misplaced?? yeah everyone says they didn't touch it but.....

i haven't been home but once in the past two weeks due to personal issues at home, but im back reluctantly for the time being
while i'm here i will work on coms, but in the meantime i really wanna thank you guys for your patience!

it started monday, but i've been so busy i haven't even had the chance to post a journal about it!

i usually don't get home from school until anywhere from 4:30pm - 6:00pm, but rarely i will come home at like 3:00pm, or some days i might not be home until 9:00pm! it varies greatly.

it's mainly because i'm not very good at focusing at home, and i have a lot more resources for help at school like tutoring, teachers of mine that stay after school, and just a more work-oriented environment, so i tend to work better there. anyways..

because of my long days i probably won't be able to draw much until weekends! i do try to do all of my homework before i get home, but sometimes i'm so tired i just sleep as soon as i get home, but i will try to work on artwork and stay active!

i do have a commission or two i need to work on, so if they're your commissions, please don't worry! i'm working on them slowly but surely, but i'll make sure the end result is worth the wait!

also if you commissioned me and i seem to have forgotten, please comment and tell me! or if we're doing a trade or something. i'm really forgetful ; ^;

i'm slowly chipping away at what i have to get done! i'm sorry i'm so slow!

school has started up again, and long days are ahead.

spring break has finally started
mock trial is over, club day has passed, prom ticket sales and the stress that has come along with it has also passed

if my parents want to go to san diego, i'm refusing to cause i just want to be home ya dig

i've been at school lately more than i've been home
to give you an idea, i didn't get home until 10 pm last night :c

most nights i dont get home til 7-9, and then i have homework, all that jazz

but i am working on them! i apologize so much for the wait [i hate making you guys wait i feel so bad ; ^;]

as much as i love the holidays, the stress is nearly unbearable

anyways christmas was nice i got to give all the gifts i planned
actually had a mild issue of carpal tunnel because i crocheted from wake to sleep for two days straight making gifts. was not fun but it was well worth it.

i got some clothes as well as a desk and chair from my parents which is GREAT
i'm not sure if i've complained enough for you all to know but my previous desk was the cardboard box a microwave came in.
and then i just sat on the floor

as you can imagine it began to cave in and that was a big reason i couldn't manage to draw ever, but i love the little desk i have now and i built the chair all by myself AND YES I AM PROUD CAN YOU TELL


my dad also got me a harmonica cause he wants me to learn and it's pretty cool so far.
i also had an 'early' christmas at my brother's house because they'd all be off doing their own things on christmas (it's four people living there)

so dennis got me an art book and it's so great oh mY GOD i need to draw people now

the holiday season is definitely something i enjoy but the stress of having to be gone from home and driving 3+ hours multiple times within the season is definitely exhausting when paired with the stress of getting gifts for everyone

anyhoo now i can finally enjoy my break and get settled in. cleaning the room is finally happening but expect me to actually start drawing now!
