I have a lot more time on my hands now, and I was wondering what makes it easy and convenient for you when you commission someone? What do you look for? Do's/Don'ts? What prevents you from not wanting to commission someone?

If I were to accept commissions, what is the easiest platform to use to purchase the commission?
