EDIT As of 4:08 pm Archie has sadly passed away. Thank you to anyone who took time to comment, share and donate. I will be working through doing sketches for anyone who contributed towards the 2k worth of emergency bills spent trying to save our fluffy guy. This is heartbreak at its rawest, doing all you could, but sometimes it's still not enough. Archie you were loved and will always have a place in my heart. I feel so blessed at the support I've recieved during this loss of love. Thank you all so much.♡

Well I'm pleased and thankful to say I am booked FULL for the first time with costume commissions. I'm really excited to bring these creatures to life. Thank you to all my upcoming Untamed Furs!

Now that all drawn art has been caught up on I plan on using the rest of 2015 to work on my current que for
I will still be checking FA daily so no major changes other than a slim down on drawn art.

On Sunday and her husband had a devastating fire COMPLETELY DESTROY their home and almost claim their lives. An electrical fire broke out while they were sleeping and quickly spread. David was able to grab Melanie who was disoriented and throw her to safety. Sadly three of their pets including their dog died in the blaze.
David is now in critical condition with second degree burns after saving his wife. ;; They have lost everything but each other and one of their cats. Imagine if you lost everything. Your pets, your home, all your art supplies, clothes, cherrished keepsakes. Its just all gone, what would you do?

Hey anyone reading this :-D Tomorrow Wednesday the 19th is my birthday!
Just putting this out there that if anybody had time to doodle even a stick figure or face of my hero and art idol ODERUS URUNGUS I would absolutley die from happiness ;0;. Honestly nothing would make me happier in this world. I'm certainly not expecting anything too crazy to happen for my big 31. I did absolutely nothing last year.

I'm just spending it quietly with my family. I've been....just the happiest I think I could be lately.
First my amazing vacation to visit & was just as amazing as a vacation with good friends can get.
My new job at the museum feels like I just woke up in some wonderful dream and it is all just so sureal. Its patrolling all the behind the scenes stuff in one of America's most famous museums. So yeah I think it's heaven and I'm so greatfull I've been given such a chance.

And then there's this awesome community I know of, maybe you've heard of these people called FURRIES. Yes this wonderful troop of amazing friends, artists, dreamers, creators that I've surrounded myself with for over 13 years. You guys pick me up when I'm down and everyone's wonderful talents fill my heart with inspiration and awe. I've never left, I've never wanted to. Thank you all you thousands of dreamers for sharing pieces of yourselves with me.

Oh my god.....its finally real!
I QUIT YESTERDAY!
Long story short I've spent the last 5 years working for a company that payed me practically nothing and never gave me opportunity for better. Compounded by having a REALLY EVIL boss. I've spent the past two years being passive aggressively attacked and had my hours slimed back to barley making it by. It made it all the more sweeter to send in my two weeks notice.

New job almost DOUBLES my income.
Also I will still be working in the same building! So all the friends I've made over the last 5 years I will still be seeing.
Oh and my old boss has no clue.

WOW yeah I'm pretty pumped.

It took SO MUCH WORK AND ALMOST DIDN'T HAPPEN! ;u;u;u;u;;u;

So I've been trying my best to balance my drawn workload and my costume workload.
I have several costumes with deadlines coming up so the last couple of weeks have been dedicated to keeping everyone on track.
This week I plan on finishing all my outstanding drawn commissions. Everyone's patience really helps me out, especially because lately I have been trying to secure a new job. This has eaten up a lot of my time, so I really apologize for the extended patience guys.
Promise there will be a mass upload soon. ^^

Hoping someone else has the answer to my question.
I know most Mongolian fur is wavy.

My question is: Can you shave down Mongolian so its no longer wavy?
Like if I bought:

Could it be shaven down to become smooth like short pile fur?
Or would the wavyness be noticible and not look good once shaven?

Busy work week in the cold. And I mean the REALLY COLD its 5* out right now! Riding the train is BRUTAL.
Im working 6 days this week with tuesday being my only day off. This singular day thankfully I'll have to kick around with and bake and listen to cheesy music. Finishing up some projects and will be starting some new ones too. Anyone have any questions about anything chat me up.

So firstly I thank everyone who said kind words while my father was in the hospital the past couple of weeks with life threatening conditions. I'm so thankful to say that he has been moved to an in patient rehab for two weeks. So he's getting back to his old self and can probably come home soon.

Secondly I had a terrifying accident THURSDAY night. I had an incident with my gas oven from the 70s.
Left the pilot running (oh god i can't believe i did that) for 10sec then proceeded to open the oven door and light the pilot.
No exaggeration, EXPLODED IN MY FACE AND A GIANT FIREBALL CONSUMED MY HEAD.
Thank everything alive I AM OK. I have some burns on my lips, eyelids, nose and hand. I also lost a portion of my hair and my eyebrows down to the stubble. I'm so thankful that I'm ok and I didn't have to go to the hospital. Or you know, be horribly disfigured for the rest of my life. So other than scabbing and a little mental trauma, I'm going to be fine.
I lost a bunch of work days and I really hope I can make them up in commissions later.

This month....has been the month from hell.

That being said February is going to be better. I just know it. ;m;
