So! Uhhh  chucky just turned 50 the other day and posted about it and that reminded me I forgot to mention I’m 53 now! On the 5th, as usual! 👀

As always I’m grateful to all you who follow me and dig my art in this little corner of the fandom. What I do has always been quite a bit different than a lot of furry art preferences on here but I’ve never felt out of place, and I still am glad to be a part of All This, however small. ^___^

Anyway, yeaaaah at quarter to nine tonight I’ll be 52.
Can’t think of much to say about that off top, but I just wanna give a biiiiig shout out to all those who’ve stuck with me thus far on this site. 💕

I don’t often do this but here goes. ^^

A Twitter mutual is up against it. She and her son are on the spectrum and they’re homeless. Currently they’re in a hotel til Friday while the van they rely on for shelter is in the shop. It needs a new computer, and it’ll cost $1400. She has to give the mechanic the okay to order parts. They could lose everything if they don’t get crowdfunding traction in a timely fashion.
I give her postings a B👀ST whenever possible, because frankly there but for the grace of god go I. But the algorithm there has become difficult to beat over time. In her words, “What a day to be invisible.”
So please, if you will/can, spread this around any way you are able. Perhaps this could get better traction elsewhere. And maybe even contribute if the spirit moves you!

What did I doooo? Worked 8 hrs of time-anna-half money. Came home to no less than 4 different notes in different places by my Mom wishing me happy birthday.
Imma be dining with my dad Friday nite. Visit and gifting with my sis TBD.
Not the most explosive birthdaygasm ever, but I am here. :3
Think I'll be doing what I did last year and celebrating it in different ways all year long. Worked so far!~

I wanna say once again thank you to all who read this for following and being interested in my arts the way you are! I owe the improvements in my art over the years at least partly to that spurring me on.

I have completed 50 trips around the sun. The largest five-oh.~
One of my aunts sent me a card which reads, in part- "50 is fierce. 50 is strong. 50 is awesome as ever.", and closes with "50 is just getting started."
Inside was a $50 bill.
The sentiment (and the money) is something I'm going to try to keep with me in the days following. :3

I’m in need of a bit of guidance or advice or redlining. Whatever it’ll take.
I’m trying to draw a lawnmower engine for a personal pic. It’s being dismantled so the cover’s off.
I seem to have stalled on it and I wanna know if it looks like it’s supposed to look.
I’ve had zero experience drawing this and I wanna know if the thing looks like the thing it looks like.~

I've been seriously considering buying a laminator for custom badge making.
It would help me as far as being able to do custom shapes rather than working within a rectangle.~
I hope to have one before I deal at Furpocalypse at the end of the month.

I know they're supposedly easy to find for a reasonable price. But I am still not sure where to begin as far as looking.

Anyone have any advice they can offer on the subject?
