I've think of streaming tonight when things calm down at home since its my night off for this week from work.

Whenever I have spare time, I looked at my figurines I bought from the convention to see which will help me understand where and how the light and shadows wrap around the female body so I can soft shade better in future works.

Then I thought to myself....I would love to have a custom made anime figure of 's character. It'll be really neat if I had one cuz it's like having a drawing but in 3D

So If you know where I'm comic from, does any of you know where or who can make custom anime-style figurines?

I'm willing to commission someone to make one ^^; I have done sculpturing yes, but I'm really bad at it and I'll get frustrated XD

Hey guys, hows all of you doing?

Welp, i came back from Atlanta, GA last night. Had to say, it was a great experience going to AWA, because it was way bigger than Animazement con at Raleigh two years ago.

I cosplayed as red Heavy first day, then blue Heavy next day. I had a better minigun prop thanks to my dad who we worked hard together on. He's always great when it comes to engineering/building and we only had a picnic table, hand tools, and luckily borrowed my uncle's table saw to cut the PVC pipes.


Took pictures, and got pictures taken by others, also had a TF2 photo meet two days in a row at night. It was pretty fun.

Bought a few figures and statues to help me draw the female body along with shading their body tones. Luckily, since i liked watching American Pickers on History channel, i followed Frank Fritz's advice, and bundled everything to get a deal. So everything i got from the dealers' room, it had between $5 to $15 off the total price, not a single item bought full priced.

Artists' Alley/Gallery was where I really enjoyed. I finally met of Rascals, who colored for Mastergodai, of Draconia, Veronica/Taeshi of Bittersweetcandybowl, Thormeister from DA who draws alot of megaman fanart, and even

There were even some new artists who i met and commissioned as well along with the previous artists, and they had some neat styles. I'll probably scan them and send a copy to the artists for their records, along with posting and sharing it here.

I talked with them, asking for their inspiration, their experience and general discussion to drawing and their comics, along with casual chatting. It was really nice just to see them all ^^

Would've like to meet but i was dumb not planning a meeting place nor asking her cellphone, so in the end no muki for the past three event days TuT only clue i gave her was my cosplay looks. Oh well ^^;

Was also looking forward to meeting and even buy a Kimi figure, but the Katbox crew table told me he had complications and had to pull out when it was close to con time....darn.... ;n;

Saw some pretty nice, cute, and sexy cosplay characters and took some photos as well. Along with that, seeing some weird ones as well ^^; like an old man being a touhou girl/lolita catgirl and males being mlp girls. But hey, its a con, do what you love.....just...dont get me involve too much XD

All in all, it was awesome to see many things and meet many artists whom i followed for a good while.

I hope to come back there next time since its one of the few i know where to drive to since my relatives live 40 minutes from the con area.

Hey there, hope you're all well.

Still working 5 to 6 days a week at the medical industry, filling IV bags and whatnot. Trying to save money too, so i can attend to AWA. Would be nice to know who else is going. Welp, the auctions are done and away with. Bet you guys are happy i'm not spamming you with same old "reminders" eh?

From the look of things, seems my YCH doesnt appeal much to anyone these times. The winners' bids barely passed the point where it'll be drawn in high quality sketch with no colors. I dont know if i did the auction on a bad timing or what, but still i've seen some YCHs within the week and they had great turnouts even before their due dates.

Dunno what went wrong. Dunno if my price boundaries were too high. The fact i charged that much is because i take time on the work, making sure the details are just right, basically being a perfectionist, because i want my customers to get what they paid for with satisfaction. Sure I may not be a Sexyfur/Clubstripes artist, but i still do try my best regardless....well my "best" in my eyes, unless someone points out another drawing flaw so i can see too.

Oh well....better luck next time i guess? :/

Hey guys, hows all you coming along?

Well i got some news, good and bad.

Good news is, this coming week, i'm off from work for the holidays so time to relax and if i'm not distracted at home, start to work on few things i owe.

Bad news, repairing my car's A/C along with trying to figure out my car's engine light EVAP leak and EVAP incorrect purge flow has cut alot out of my checking account. And even after that, the car is STILL not fixed (a/c is fixed though thank goodness) THEREFORE i cant pass inspection and wasted more money to get a waiver, tag, and for the smoke test with labor/hour WHICH DIDNT FIX SHIT CUZ ITS NOT LEAKING AT ALL......total loss of little over $300, plus the a/c fixed is total close to $500 down the drain. How can i get a code error EVAP related yet nothing is leaking is beyond me =/

ALSO i realized i'm not getting holiday pay like everyone for the next week because i was recently hired and havent worked for 90 days (only have done 1 month so far aka 30 days) So theres not much i can get to regain my loss from my auto repairs.

Thats why i suddenly have three YCH as a substitute for my "holiday paycheck". Why YCH? Because i know the poses more better so i can work on them faster when they're finished bidding. Here they are:

Hey guys, how's everyone? Hope you're all doing fine.

I haven't update in a while because if you remembered my previous update, I got a full time job as a filling operator at a medical industry/factory filling IV bags with solutions and whatnot for hospitals/customers.

I'm still trying to get use to 3rd shifts so technically I go to sleep in the morning and nap a bit about an hour or two before work so I won't fall asleep on the 40 minute drive to work. Also I was assigned to a filling line where their products are high in demand so I'm working 6 days a week, so you can kinda see I'm burned out until this feels natural. I'm still working that long until this week and hopefully they'll put me in a group and give me a schedule that tells me when I have an extra day off on certain weeks, ending up with 5 work days.

Also my car has a few problem. Engine light check on and a/c compressor is messed up so I'm bothered with these because I can't pass inspection and it was due this past 15th...stupid evap leak and purge whatever...I swear its the vacuum hoses or charcoal canister part. So this has been bothering my mind for a while.

And if I'm lucky enough hopefully I can save a good amount and maybe even go to AWA in altlanta, georgia. Don't know if I'll cosplay because I'm more focused on saving money than what character I'll be. Even if I wanted to, the only popular character that'll fit for my body type is Heavy Weapons Guy, unless there's any other good characters...

Hey guys, how things going for you all?

As you can tell from my last submission date, I again was in an art slump due to trying to find work and junk. However, thats changing.

A week or two ago, I was called to an interview with Baxter. Yes thats right, I worked with them before, but Walmart called me shortly because they had an electronics sales associate opening. What they did not tell me was that I was a seasonal worker. Asked if its temp or permanent, and they said it can lead to temp, but no word of being seasonal. So even though it was really fun working in electronics, games, and other stuff I'm really knowledgeable about, I felt I was lied to. Telling me three days before, saying they cannot keep seasonal workers.

Anyways, after the interview, I did some pre-physical and drug tests, and Thursday they called again to be ready for my job orientation along with other new workers. I felt relieved I have a job again, and this time I'm paid a dollar more. Last time I was referred by hiring agency so the pay was alright, but now i'm hired directly so i get extra green in the hour making the 35 minute drive worth it.

So now I feel more motivated bit by bit to get my art gears cranking, cuz this time I want to save enough to go to AWA in Georgia, buy a "decent" training manual car for me and my brothers to practice, and then help come here for the final time. Also my school bills....least fave thing to spend money on XD

I'm still slow at this point to doing my main works that i owe, but due to good news happening to me for now, i'll try to work on doodles to keep my mind and arm flowing again. So again to people waiting on art, I'm sorry that I'm taking a while to work on it, but I been really appreciating you're patient and understanding.

I'll start my orientations AKA free payday this coming Tuesday. Also I'll be working 3rd shift so it might be "different" but I should get use to it. Honestly 3rd shift feels I have more personal time compared to 2nd shift last time.

Its still the usual, younger brother's behavior not going to school and twisting my parents words messing up my family slowly and painfully as usual, thinking he's got it made by staying home and not gonna finish highschool. However I got an interview at an industry that assembles boxes and packaging materials next Tuesday. So hopefully new job and start saving for my master's program at UNCC.

Working at Walmart Electronics, got the news my seasonal contract is over so I get the boot and will become jobless after December 27th, and maybe realized Im paying more than $400 a month on college bills.
