I seem to have gotten a few new watchers recently, which is fairly encouraging, so I figured I'd throw this out there.

See, I have a problem: Aside from disability checks, I rely on story commissions for my income, and I haven't had a single one in over half a year. If you enjoy my stuff, and have some spare spending money you haven't marked for art from one of the many ACTUAL super-talented beans on this site, please consider hiring me to write you a story! I've decided to run an auction for Hypnovember stories! The idea is simple: You pick a day, I'll write a hypnosis-themed story based around the prompt of that day. If you want me to write something specific, you can give me up to 10 words describing a potential story based on the prompt in question. Feel free to tack on anything you want me to avoid doing in a story--don't worry, that won't count as part of the 10-word description! Here are the rules:

MINIMUM INCREMENT FOR BIDS: $5 USD

Bid by leaving a comment below for the day you want. Bidding closes on October 28th at 9PM CST! I'll only take the dozen or so days with the most/highest bids--both to avoid going insane from workload and also to free myself up for stories that I might want to write. After the bidding closes, I'll send out an invoice to the winners via PayPal, so be sure to include your email along with your description if you win an auction. Payment will be due THE DAY BEFORE YOUR SLOT.

Been trying to make custom thumbnails in GIMP, but no matter what I do FA resizes it so that you can't remotely read the text on it. I once managed to make it work (see my Spellward Bound fics), but I can't for the life of me remember what I did to make the thumbnail not-tiny. Any suggestions?

This is going to sound petty considering the problems in the rest of the world, but... my PC died, and with it ALL of my music. Including every bit of what was going to be my debut album. I will never be able to put it out now. It's gone. Forever. 100% unrecoverable. I'll never be able to complete my debut album. Over a decade of work was on that thing and it's gone. I don't know what I'm going to do now...

As of today, I have decided to stop streaming on Twitch for the foreseeable future. There are a few reasons for this decision; One, there just hasn't been much apparent interest in my streams, and I have had zero new subscribers or viewers; two, I've decided to focus my energy on other projects, such as music and writing commissions; and finally, three, I simply can't afford to buy new games to stream without the support of viewers or commission clients to help continue that on a regular basis.

I will occasionally stream a piano concert to celebrate milestones with regards to commissions, among other things, but beyond that my time on Twitch is sadly over. I hope you all will accept this decision of mine.

To apologize for the technical errors that ended today's stream early, I will hold a special musical stream on Saturday in which I will serenade you on the piano! If anyone has any requests for songs they'd like me to perform, please let me know before then so I can find the chords and lyrics somewhere. If my skill is up to the task, I will do my best to do the song justice!

I also would like to offer gratitude to all the new faves on my first NSFW submission, and hope you will check out my SFW stuff as well as consider commissioning stuff from me. Feel free to drop in on my stream tomorrow, where I will continue my journey through the wastelands of Fallout New Vegas (hopefully with less technical errors)!
