Yes I have returned

Well since everyone kept messaging me and asking about ColdFire I have decided to bring her back as a secondary character.

So as you know I have been through hell and back over the last couple of years. During that time I have changed a lot, I've had to grow in ways I never imagined.

For me a sona is not just a cool character, it's a reflection of who I am. I realized I'm just not in sync with my sona after all this.

So I've been doing a lot of thinking about it I have figured out what suits me. I'm going with a shark. Details below she is a tad different from the usual sharks I see drawn ;)

Dorsal coloring is grey with black along the spine starting at the back of her head extending down her tail, at the tail fin it expands and the entire tail fin is black, she also has bioluminescent (neon purple) stripes, similar to thin tiger stripes.

Ventral coloring is an off white

Build is youthful thin with a long torso, (without giant boobs hers are 34B) wider hips athletic legs with digigrade feet.

Eyes are a bright amethyst

Hair short spikey black with purple tips with pointed ears

She has a good number of piercings on her fins tail snout.

Currently working with an artist to get the first drawing of her done. Hope to have it soon.

So after everything I've been through my sona just doesn't feel like me anymore. ColdFire has represented the inner me for so long and now it seems hollow.

I'm in the process of hammering out what does feel right now.

After a long absence I'm back. Been working though the death of both my parents.

So I got fed up with not having a decent WYSIWYG editor that did BBCode so I did up a quick little webpage one that has a nice HTML editor that then spits out BBCode for you.

So I just run it locally but thought it might be of use to others so thought I'd see if there was any interest in me putting it up on my website?

Who is good at doing muscular furs (not hyper) but muscular in the realm of normalcy :)

Where do I start...

Hell that's a good term as any. My mom died shortly after my birthday last year, as to anyone who wondered why I don't want to celebrate it anymore. She died of pancreatic cancer, she wasn't even diagnosed until a couple weeks before she died.

The hole that has torn open in me indescribable. She was my best friend my biggest supporter. I loved her so much. Tears of loss stream down my face writing this post.

But that is not the half of it. Shortly after her death my father was diagnosed with terminal cancer as well. Watching him slowly fade away has been unbearable. There is nothing like seeing the man who raised me reduced to a skeletal figure unable to get out of bed. All dignity lost to the ravages of the disease.

My soul hurts in ways I can never put in words.

If you have family don't squander your chances to tell them how much you love them. It can be gone in a moment.

I look back at the petty arguments and fights over the years and think wow it's so trivial now looking back.

I can tell you right now if you are harboring some kind of a grudge with your family it's not worth it. Let it go.

I'm sorry this is rambling on but I have so many thoughts and I want to get them out.

I was reading through the history of video cards the other day and I was reading the entry on the ATI Rage Pro Turbo AGP Card. It struck me that was the card (OEM Version) that I used I'm the first computer I built my mom. I don't know why it struck me so but I suddenly could remember everything about that computer the smell of the parts the look of it everything. It was surreal.

It was an Intel SE440BX motherboard Pentium II 400Mhz. That ATI Rage Pro Turbo. It put such a smile on her face.

Anyway this is all why I have been so distant and withdrawn for a while. I figured I could at least share the why.

I have 32Gb Corsair Dominator Platinum DDR3-2400Mhz (4 x 8Gb) I am looking to trade for a 3 character full color piece.

I am starting a software project for artists to keep track of their commissions. Who commissioned, details about both the commissioner and the commission, keeps the pics with the commission so you can easily see the sketch, the line arts stage etc, email it to the commissioner with one click, etc.

What features would you like to see in this? What would be most beneficial?

As most of you know I lost my mom to cancer in June. What you don't know is my father has the same cancer and will probably not make it past Xmas.

The stress is killing me. I don't know how to handle this all.

Seeing a banner ad for an artist clicking it and seeing they are not taking commissions.

Mom,

You were my best friend. You were my biggest supporter. You told me I could do it even when the rest of the world was against me.

You supported me as a furry you supported my lifestyle and all the people close to me.

I love you more then words can say and I will miss you with every fiber of my being.

I really want to get back into writing. To that end I have a story idea about a High Scool student who falls for a new teacher.

I want to take a moment before Valentine's day this year to talk about the things I am thankful for.

I have this amazing Mate Amber who has stood by me in good times and bad. She accepts my faults. She is just awesome.

My pet Neru he has made such a bright spot in my life it's really unbelievable.

I love them with all my heart and feel blessed to have them both. My life feels complete now.

No strike that it is great.

Really I am so happy I have been expecting to wake up and find it is all a dream these last few days!

I finally have what I have wanted to make my family complete. I have my wonderful mate  AmberSabra I have my amazing pet  Neru_Kistune I wake up next to them each morning and I cannot help but feel so happy.

After the hell last year was this one is amazing.

No not leaving FA just figured it would be good to have a place there too.

So  Neru_Kistune Got here last night!

I was really too excited to sleep much, he was totally exhausted and just passed out. I spend most the night just cuddling him with him asleep next to me, up till I had to get ready for work.
