Good news! I've not fallen off of the face of the Earth yet! It's wonderful when life gets in the way and puts many things on the back burner smh. Anyway, I'm trying to get back into art. I've not done much furry art recently, but I have done some other..... witchy pieces so to speak. I was encouraged by a dear pink wolf friend 💗 to get back into it and post what I've done even though it isn't fur based.
Art has been a good outlet for me. I'm not shy about many things, and mental illness is one. It's kicked my ass the past 3 years especially. I won't go into a ton of detail, but I've learned that if you need the help, please seek it. Don't ever feel like you have to go through it alone. No one should ever feel that way.
Now the the pups are adults, I'm learning how to be my own person again and get back into the things I love to do. See ya soon!

I'm here I swear!!! I tried uploading a submission last night but saw the server was in the process of transferring files so I'm going to try again in a day or so. Ok been gone way too long!!! I've missed a lot! Lets see... still working on my TRON piece and getting back into some of my anime!! It isn't furry but if you like anime check out fushigi yuugi by Yu Watase!! She also has fushigi yuugi genbu kaiden too that's really good so far! A friend of mine talked me into going back to meet the REAL JonFox. I'm a sucker what can I say XD Been watching some more pony too!! Twilight Sparkle!!! Anyway, I need to do some scanning and more drawing. Now that I've got a little hiatus from school on my hands I may actually have some free time (once pups are asleep of course!)

Okay, I'm a TRON basketcase! I've lately I've been hooked on TRON and the new TRON Legacy. I'm currently working on a piece that is TRON themed. I've some line art partially done that I need to scan in yet, but it still has a ways to go! My next step is getting Photo Shop!! I like my pencils, but I just can't get the right coloration I want for some pieces! GRRRRR..... Any who catch yas later!!

Ok I have the line art of my autism pup that needs colored. Unfortunately, I'm not going to have the time to get this done before the Columbus Autism walk on October 10th. Is there anyone who would be interested in giving this coloring a shot? This is a piece I'm hoping to turn into wearable furry art for the walk. Furries have been awesome since I have joined the fandom last year, and I'm hoping I can reach out to see who would like to give it a shot for me. If your interested drop me a line and we can chat!

OK passport---DONE! Planning trip in September to TDot---In Progress! My crazy self got wrapped back up into school. At least I only have a year to go :) I'm trying to clean out the house so I can find my scanner so I can get a couple of doodles I have done up. In the midst of all this I'm getting ready to head for Windsor for yet another NKOTB 5* concert. I must be out of my damn mind! Anywho, I'll be around...lurking...

Sorry to all my peeps of late for I haven't been on in a LONG time obviously. I've been spending time with the pups this summer and trying to get back into school (again). I'm gonna try and sit down and do some art soon. My fam has been hit hard with illness and am having a hard time dealing with the whole thing. Gotta find the creative outlet. Wish I could go to con with one of my BFF BabsBunny and go to Canada for her too, but lazy me hasn't gotten a pass card yet. *sigh* gotta do that this week!!! Grr!!! Summer is slowly winding down in my household. I don't remember summer ever being this cool in Ohio! WTF? My oldest pup is starting kindergarten at the end of next month and my son's testing isn't far behind. Lots to do in so little time. Been playing catch up on all of my pages I have. For the first time in my life I have a ton of friends that I never thought I would and am grateful beyond compare for it. I need to sit down a get to doodling. Inpiration coming! The hubby and I are looking into saving mullah for a home of our own now. May not happen till next year, but exciting to think of it just the same. Gotta get back to work! It's 9:38 and all is WELL!!!

Work has totally been a blow the past couple of days. I think my coworkers and I have xrayed the entire city of Columbus 10 FOLD! AHHHH!!! Anywho, looking forward to the week long family get away to VA Beach next week! Get to spend time with the cubs and the golden retriever (the hubby) who loves eggs (inside joke). Got the 6th of July off work so I can see my bud Babs when she gets back into town! YEAH! So excited! Had to work the holiday yesterday. Didn't think it would be busy, but apparantly I was off somewhere in left field when I thought this. Went to a BBQ hosted by one of the hubby's coworkers. It was interesting nontheless since his friend got him hammered for the first time ever. I can blackmale him though since I do have photos of him playing beer pong :) Went out to gameworks with some friends and they all wanted to give Babs Bunny a BIG SHOUT. They all miss ya and so do I ;( Try to call you soon! Later!! :)

Thinkin of gettin my groove on with some art tonight. I've been sick the past day or so. Have hardly moved off of the couch. Oddly enough, we did go out to a plant nursery today with the kids, still feelin as sick as I did, and while I was on my way to the ladies room I ran into a doctor I work with go figure! Wanted to give a big shout out to Babs and Zen for the way cool news of the JonFox Poster!!! You guys are the best!!!! Pups are well. Rotten as ever! For all the New Furry fans, I'm countin down the days to June 23 when I get to see them again! The fam and I will be vacationing in VA Beach in 2 wks & the New Furries will be there at the same time for a couple of days so I'm keeping my paws crossed for a glimpse :) Tee Hee!

Sorry I haven't been around 4 a while :) School is gettin started back up, but at least it's only one class rather than the full plate I had b4. Lotz of readin though. Some of the stuff for this scifi class is actually pretty cool. One of my first assignments is to watch I, Robot with Will Smith then read the story it's based on called Robot Dreams and write a paper. Weather is warmer, gardening is here, and hopefully soon I'll ge something sketched out! See Ya ;)

On the home stretch. I haven't had much time to get some art done. I'm in the last 2 weeks of class and between final projects and tests it hasn't been fun. Ok the weekend was great. Got to see Donnie Wahlberg in the Cowtown, but it was psycho! I never knew some women to be so hung up over something they don't know much about to the point where they would hurt other people for. My poor friend Carole got crushed by a group of girls at this nightclub after party thing when Donnie showed and caused her to have a really bad asthma attack! I was so P.O.ed it wasn't even funny. Of all other things too, one of the event staff asked US to leave if WE were going to act like THAT!!! IT WAS A FRIGGEN ASTHMA ATTACK!!!!!! What happened to the Golden Rule seriously? Anywho, sorry I haven't submitted much. I've got a few concepts up my sleeves, but I haven't gotten them out yet. For all of the New Kids Furry fans out there I did con the hubby into another 5* pass. WHEEEEE!!!!! Only crud part is I'm gonna be alone with no friends..... Hey I'm going SINGLE (inside joke for those NK Fans reading this TEE HEE :)
Lastly, I'm starting to get a little scared now. There was an article in my city's paper stating that Ohio's hospitals are beginning to lay off workers...*sweats profusely* I can't believe its just now starting to hit us. Scary thought to think things are so bad that heathcare facilitys and staff are starting to get cut back. What next? ............

I'm so glad that the crappiness of winter is on it's way out!!! The only thing I'm a little weary about is April Fools Day at a hospital. Healthcare workers can be cruel when it comes to bad pranks! Enough so that if you have health problems it makes people worry. Anywho, just changed the schedule for school. Did you know you can take science fiction as a course for school? I didn't until recently. I'm taking it towards my degree. Who knew science fiction had application towards reality?

I just got back to Ohio from a fantastic weekend! As some of you know I am a big New Kids on the Block fan as well as a New Furries on the Block fan LOL! I got to meet the real JonFox in person! So Awesome! Want to do it again as soon as I can! Hubby thinks I'm insane in the membrane, but oh well The cubs think its great! I just hate getting back to the crappiness of reality though I missed my cubs while I was gone and am glad to be home though. I have some art to scan in from the last art jam with Babs Bunny, but I will have to do it tomorrow or later this week. I will write a longer journal about the whole experience with them when I have more time. TTFN!

I have been working at the technique. I haven't touched a pencil in years to draw. It's been great stress relief for me. I wanted to thank all and give big huggles to those who are watching and have favorited the art that I have posted by LiliFox and myself. This has been so much fun, and I haven't even been a member for a month hardly. Soon I hope to get some more art up when I get the chance. I have submitted a lot this week. Babs is trying to talk me into coming to a convention in the near future....I'm tempted, but it depends on funds and children. Anywho, thanks again to all the peeps! Hope to get more up soon! BTW, I'm open to any who want to draw my furry. I'm interested in seeing how other people see me. Especially after I saw some of the various things people had drawn of Babs Bunny! :)

School's back in session. Now artwork is going to be even slower! I'm hoping for some inspiratoin soon! I think I have somthing good in mind with a couple of particular events coming up soon in my future :) Can't say a whole lot more. Hope to get to drawing soon!

I'm stuck at work......today has been a little crappy, but who do you know who loves their job 100% all the time? Anywho, I'm going to try and get a couple of the doodles I drew while at work last night scanned and put up. I've only been doing little pencil sketches right now to get myself back up to par. Hopefully I will be getting some stuff up that is colored in, but I'm not sure when that will be.

On another note, I'm bummed. My best friend Babs is moving!!! :( Tis kewl though. I know how important this is for her and hope she's happy. Plus we've still got FA :) By the way.....Zen, I better get to see you face to face before all of this takes place. I wanna see this gorgeous face that Babs keeps talkin about :)~

I'm hoping here soon I will get my first piece scanned in. I had it almost done when my 4 year old got a hold of it and decided to help mommy out by coloring it in with a black ink pen of all things. Its sweet especially since she really liked the furry I was working on, but at the time of its discovery it wasn't a laughing matter :( I tried it again and the funny thing is it came out better so hopefully I'll get it up soon!............ If she doesn't find it again............ but hey third times a charm right? :)
