So, I have been contemplating this for a while & I thought I would ask this here. I know there are very few people that are subscribed (watch) of my account but I know some of the artists I follow do the counter follow.

So for D&D I have been using an AI art generator to try and create avatars for my characters. I understand the negative connotations around AI art with many folks but here is my honest question. If someone like me used an AI art generator to create a base for a character concept and came to you to commission artwork in your style using this AI creation as a reference, would you take the commission? Would you have reservations? Would you outright deny the commission? The classic follow-up of why as well.

I dont have a lot of disposable income & would love to commission artwork from text all the way through to completion but sometimes I find it hard to articulate what I envision & hate to bother some of you with requests for corrections in the commission process.
