Holiday Commission Sale Reminder!
Posted 6 years agoHi again everyone!
I'm chugging along getting my current queue finished, and just wanted to remind everyone that my sales are still going on!
I've been working far more now that I don't have college to worry about, and I'm sure the process will speed up even more when we get our furniture delivered (hopefully next week!)
Thank you all again for your support!
Happy Turkey day to my fellow Americans, happy Thursday to everyone else!

Moving hiatus 2: Electric Boogaloo
Posted 6 years agoOkay friendos, moving hiatus ACTIVATED
I've been cleaning and packing for like two days straight so I'm kinda late in announcing it, but YEAH TIME TO MOVE ACROSS THE COUNTRY!!
I'll continue work on my current commissions Saturday(maybe??), but work will be slow because I will be driving for most of the day! Planning to get to our new place around the 24th, but we won't get our furniture until the first week of December.. so still gonna be slow
BUT!! After we get to Seattle I will have literally all day to work on comms and junk so.. it'll still probably be faster than my work speed when I'm also doing college stuff lmao.
Wish me luck, I'll see n'y'all soon!
Edit: Day 7 of 9 of the roadtrip. Like the idiot I am, I burnt my hand with hot coffee the morning of day 1, so I haven't exactly made much progress. (I got a burn on my wrist, and a blister on the side of my hand that rests on the tablet/paper/etc when I draw.) Thankfully though I'm healed up now and will be getting straight to work when I get to the new place!! A huge huge thank you to everyone who has been waiting so patiently for me, once again your generosity saved our asses when it came to eating. My comms are still open if anyone was waiting, but I think I'll do what I did last time and just reserve the slot, and take the payment when I'm up to your spot in the queue!
Thank you again, can't wait to get back to work

Hiatus OVER!
Posted 6 years agoHello everyone! Long time no see.
I’m sorry it’s taken me so long to get back into the swing of things, but I’m happy to report that things are a lot more stable now than they were before, and I’m back to work! For those who don’t know, I was in a pretty scary situation in the spring involving a cross country move and an awful, incompetant, and scummy moving company. Long story short, they kept delaying, and we ended up paying double for about half our shit. We had to leave a lot behind, and pay way more than we could, but (knock on wood), we’re okay for now.
Now I could totally start pouring my heart into a huge long thing, crying how grateful I am to everyone for helping me and supporting my stuff, because I am legitimately so overwhelmed that people enjoy my content enough to help, but I don’t want to bore anyone. So I’ll just say another huge THANK YOU!! To everyone who commissioned me, who spread the word around, or even just stuck around waiting for more content. I will forever be grateful, and will put everything into repaying this debt by putting my entire heart into my work.
Now onto the future. Here’s a couple things I plan to do:
Rework Club Lamashtu. I did the first 8 pages in a rush for class, and have since made some major changes to the environments shown. I wasn’t super happy with the pages I had done anyway since they were rushed (and also toned down to PG-13), and since I’m only a short ways in, I may as well change it now before I get too far ahead. I’m very proud of the work I’ve done for this behind the scenes, and I’m really excited to be working on it again.
Commissions will reopen soon! I have a new comm sheet up and ready to go, I’m just currently on break before college starts again, and want to breathe for a little bit longer before jumping back head first. I’ve kinda been working non stop since April, and this is my first real break since then, I want to let myself rest.
Redo my Patreon. I’m going to make tweaks to the tiers and add more content before pushing it more. I wanted to get it set up before the deadline (which was in the middle of the move), so I’m going to refine everything so I have something decent to advertise.
Set up some kind of upload schedule. I’m only a few pages into the CL redo, so I’m going to be uploading some of the commissions I’ve done in the past to fill the gaps. (This will probably change, but) Maybe something once a week?
TDLR; Thank you for waiting for me during such a rough move. I’m back in action, and am working on more comics. Commissions will reopen soon, and am excited to be providing content again! <3
Thank you,
Corrupted Cryptid

Emergency Commission UPDATE!
Posted 6 years agoHi everyone! I wanted to give a real quick update to let everyone know where I'm at and where my scheduled leaves me. Not to get too personal as to not bore everyone, we made it to New York and I want to thank everyone who supported me in anyway because you all saved my ass. The bills are high, but the hardest parts are over, and we should be getting our furniture delivered soon.
Here's my current plan:
-Get my desk and work stuff set up so I can work at a normal pace
-Continue to keep my emergency commissions open (at their current rate) until MAY 7TH.
-Begin to work my ass off getting the commissions I have in my queue done.
-After May 7th, close commissions until I finish each one on the list completely.
I want to keep these open for another week despite being basically done with the move because we had to leave a lot of our things behind, and I want to start working towards replacing them. I also want to give a window encase anyone was wanting to commission me, and wanted to still take advantage of my discounted prices. I'm unsure when they will re-open, since I have both these commissions to focus on, and my college classes to keep up.
I have the queue list here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/.....it?usp=sharing
I will be updating it as frequently as I can so everyone can know when they're next up. I'll also message you as soon as I get to yours ^^
Thank you again to everyone, I couldn't have gotten through this mess without y'all <3

Notice to All Previous Commissioners!
Posted 6 years agoHi everyone. I just wanted to send a heads up to anyone who has commissioned me in the past about Paypal. Since they now offer a digital goods option, i'm going through all my previous invoices and am marking them as shipped. You'll probably be notified about this. This is just to get Paypal off my back because it keeps sending me notices that all my orders don't have shipping numbers and blah blah.
Just to reiterate, nobody will be receiving anything physical in the mail. this is just for my state of mind, making sure Paypal can't stop the presses because I've "neglected to ship" anything. Just ignore any PayPal notices regarding this if you do get one.
Thank you all again so much for your patience with me!

Ny or Bust
Posted 6 years agoHi everyone!
I'm awake enough to give all the info to you guys about what's going on. So those of you who have followed me on other platforms probably know that my family and I move around a lot (I still live with my parents as I try my damndest to get through college alive haha). Nothing due to the faults of anyone. My dad is an exceptionally hard worker but has had a string of bad luck concerning jobs. So we're currently in Utah, but he found a great opportunity in New York.
So over the next 6ish weeks I'm going to be doing my part in packing up the house and getting ready for a long road trip. I'll still be drawing as that is my passion and is a great stress reliever, but as sporadic as I normally am during classes, it'll be even more wild. I have another idea for a comic, and will probably be getting to work on thumbnails soon. So hopefully between college, packing all our stuff, and trying not to die I'll be posting some concept art, and if all goes according to plan, will be posting the first pages after our move. So.. 7ish weeks? Mark your calendars!
Anyway I wanted to thank you all again for all the support and love. I just recently hit 111 followers which was a really big deal to me actually. I've had my deviant art page for over 5 years now and currently stand at 109 watchers. I suppose I found my platform! Like I said before I felt my partner was the only one who have a Jack shit about my art but I was wrong. <3
Thank you all again. Commissions will remain open, but with a set number of slots. Ive been learning a lot about what I can and can't handle so it should be smoother from now on! I'll probably be doing a new comms sheet anyway.
Love you all!
