Back in Canada

I logged in and noticed that it had been a few months. Well, I had a good reason, I was moving from Germany back to Canada. I spent all August packing my boxes for shipping, and left for Canada in the last week. I had a really long flight home since I got to fly over the entire Atlantic Ocean and the continent, all the way to Vancouver, and it included a missed flight and an overnight stay, but I did get there. I have spent the last two months doing paperwork, and getting a little studio set up in my new apartment, and catching up with my family, since I've not been on the same continent as everyone else for about 17 years.
Actually I'm living with my grandmother. We have similar tastes in a lot of things, although my home decor includes more comic art and centaurs. It's a little weird living in a home where a lot of my old art is framed and on the walls. Oh well. We cook together and are plotting to keep this one squirrel from eating all over the apartment balcony.
I am waiting for the rest of my clothes, books and art supplies to come, but I've got enough to restart. I'm getting my commission sheets ready and working at getting my comics projects all going again. Stay tuned!

Hello and all that...
Posted a year agoI decided that I'd make a journal post when I got 10 Watchers so here we are...
I like drawing and making comics, and I have a bunch running around, including Under Sagittarius, which is about centaurs living in a post-human world. A friend who also is into centaurs recommended that I join Fur Affinity so here I am.
The other projects are:
The Unicorn Coat, a fairytale about the worst princess.
You are the Reason for the End of the World, based on Norse mythology.
The Night Desert, on hiatus but will be restarting.
This book on drawing horses... one quarter finished.
I've got all the illustrations that I've done for Under Sagittarius so far posted here, and I'll keep putting up material weekly and get to know the site. I love drawing animals and people, and am very into fantasy and sci-fi art. I've been published in several comic anthologies as an artist and writer. Despite the ADHD I'm very reliable and also work as an editor.
I've had a rough year and it's led to me moving from Germany back to Canada (after nearly 14 years) in 2 months so I won't offer commissions until September. I'm trying to get ahead on my comic pages and like, pack an entire studio. Oh, why do I own so many great books?
