QUEUE SLOTS
*Payment/Deposit is required to reserve your slot in the commission queue. Slots can be held for 24 hours, after that if payment has not been received the slot will be opened up for other new work.*
SHIPPING
*Prices listed DO NOT include shipping/packaging costs. If you are picking up an item at a convention, brilliant, you get to skip this step! Otherwise, plan on adding $7-12$ to your total cost for shipping. (ex. large/very heavy items will be more) This is for Domestic Priority Shipping WITH Insurance. This way, if anything gets lost or damaged in transit, you get a replacement at no cost to you. If the commissioner choses, I can and will send items regular First Class mail as well, but be warned! This method does not allow for insurance, and once the item is out of my hands I have NO control over what happens to it/am not responsible for any loss or damages. I do also ship Internationally, contact me for shipping rates. Thanks! :3 *
PAYMENT
Commissions under 50$ must be paid in full up front before any work begins. Items in this category are considered 'small' commissions and no sketch approval is offered, as it slows down the process considerably.
For Commissions over $50, a 50%, non-refundable deposit is required. Once the deposit is paid, any preliminary sketches or designs will be completed and shown to the commissioner for approval. For inked/colored art a low res, watermarked copy will be shown for approval at the sketch stage. Any requested changes MUST be mentioned before any ink or color work begins. Minor changes will be made at no additional cost, within reason, at artist's discretion. Major changes that are the result of information not being conveyed properly/clearly by the commissioner will be treated as additional work and will be billed as such. Once the project is completed, the balance is due. Upon payment of the remaining balance the commission will be mailed out/delivered to the commissioner. Refunds are to be offered at artist's discretion, and will not be given for completed work.
I'm usually pretty friendly and willing to work with commissioners. Be polite and reasonable with me, and I'll return the favor in kind! :3
COPYRIGHT INFO
I as the artist retain all copyright and printing rights to art that I produce, be it 2-D or 3-D art. Please respect this, and the fact that I make a living doing my art. If you commission me and want to crop the image for an icon or use it as a computer wallpaper or some such thing, that's fine and dandy. :3 Personal use is okie dokie! Using my art for commercial purposes/for profit without my express written consent is Not Ok. Now sure if what you want to use it for is acceptable? Just ask! I don't bite.....mostly. ^_~
