So, I have been a little silent on the art front, however my mind is still whirling.

I have decided that I should start putting some of my writing on here.
I have a ton, it just needs typing up.

So I decided to redraw the wolf and then thought... Why not show my otherkin nature somehow.

The image in my head is not what is shown - yet. I drew a human me this time, actually went very technical. Just wish I could do similar on my wolf!

I will, I will get there. Thanks to an amazing pack of furs I chat to regularly I am finding my paws with drawing once more.

Apparently I am not the normal furry...

I was talking in IRC and G+ about my origins, as it were. Apparently I am what is known as Otherkin or Therian.

This is, in basic terms, animal bond/soul/mind in human body.

A person who is, feels, or believes he/she is in part or whole (non-physically) one or more non-human animals on an integral, personal level"

So there we are. Interestingly my friends on G+ were ok with this.
There were a few people on IRC who refused the concept - much as many non-furs would.

At the end of the day, we have Furs who are as they are by choice as a hobby and you have people like me. It is us.

OK, as it says on my frontpage, I was a fur before I even knew fur was a thing.

I have always felt like a wolf inside - apparently from day one I was interested in wolves and wolf-like dogs.

Then Eric Schwartz did his wonderful work at the height of the Amiga in the 80s-90s, and I realised that the anthromorphic images in my head were not just in mine!

Joined a BBS, discovered more similar pics.

The Internet arrived and BOOM. Furs everywhere!

However, for fear of causing issues with family and friends I have not been openly a fur... Until now! And I am now also starting to draw again, except now - it's gonna be furry!

So, hope people like my work - I'll post as I go. The first ones will be Work In Progress bits, anyone want to give hints - all accepted!
