Scratch that, I'm gone.
Posted 12 years agoI'm fully aware this journal will be deleted or scrubbed within a few hours of being posted. Don't particularly care. It just feels appropriate to get in some final words.
I often try to separate who a person is from what they help create, when it is relevant, particularly with regards to visual art, writing, film, and music. There are some pretty bad examples of human beings out there who regardless make interesting stuff that is worthwhile to take in, and as long as their assholery is such that I don't feel actually uncomfortable giving them money, things can go well.
Sometimes--sometimes rationally, sometimes not--I can't do that. I can't separate creator from content. There are instances of me not seeing movies by director X, or being exposed to much music by artist Y, and so forth, because who they are as a person cannot be separated from their product in my mind.
Websites tend to be different. We don't usually know much about the person who handles a website, and that suits us just fine. We're really there for the content. Open up the tab, poke around, and close it again.
So it's really kind of a wonder what's happened here.
Without trying to sound smug, I "left" here at about the right time, and now my leaving is official (BAWWWW LEAVING FOREVER whatevs). This website--or more accurately the man in charge of it--does not need the attention of even leaving my files on here. You're welcome for the freed-up few megabytes of bandwidth, by the way.
I've met some nifty people on here. I will continue to be in touch with them, outside the boundaries of this place. I can see new work from them through other channels, I don't need FA to do it.
Dragoneer, I've heard a lot of stories about you. Too many, with too much evidence. And I can't ignore those stories any more. One person leaving is a drop in the bucket on a site this large, and doesn't affect anything, it's true--hell, minor changes bring out the BAWWW LEAVING FOREVER journals and everything still chugs along. But regardless of the insignificance of my action...
Ban me.
Ban me, you frighteningly irresponsible man. Scrub this account completely from the servers. MalloCat too. That ought to get your censorship fetish nice and revved anyway, right?
I'm out, friends. See you where I know you.

Well, It's Been Fun (Not TECHNICALLY Leaving)
Posted 12 years agoHello. Is the mic on? Good. Let's all sit on this fuzzy carpeting or whatever. Awesome. Get all down on the same level.
Comfy?
Good.
So, however many years ago--I wanna say three--when I joined FA, the thought process went something like this.
"Gee, I sure do want to draw a shitload of fetish art. But I feel wrong about just putting that on deviantArt.
Hmm.
Wait, I know! I could post it to FurAffinity! I've got a few friends there, and if any group of people on the internet isn't going to even bat an eye at fetish art, it's furries. As long as I stick to animal-people, I can draw all the fetish bullshit I want!"
Well, time passes and people get older, and as they do they grow and change. My stuff here has gone from blatant fetish art to sort of weird meta-commentary on it, and I've been doing a lot of stuff outside the side and rethinking things and rediscovering what actually makes me happy as an artist.
And honestly, I just can't do FurAffinity anymore--at least not constantly. I'll still be around, checking my inbox probably once a week or so. I'll still probably comment and fave and look at new stuff. I'll still buy an occasional commission. I'll still even post something once in a while, if I feel its relevant to this account.
But you guys, I gotta level with you. I am so. Sick. Of drawing anthros. Even barely-anthros like Blossom. It's not something I can sustain. I need to draw humans. I miss them. And yeah, I know people here do post human art. But it's the exception, not the rule. I'm not anti-furry, but I was never really a true part of this community to begin with, in that sense--I never identified as one. Never wanted to. It's not some weird pride thing here, cuz I know being all LA LA LA NOT FURRY here strikes a nerve with some folks, it's like someone just not caring for, I dunno, broccoli or whatever. Then there's the fetish factor. When I started here I was saying I had shed my fetishism and matured into something more subtle, but it wasn't really true. My really old stuff here (some of which has been deleted) is blatant as hell. My old vestiges of fetishism were still very, very evident. And I was here to hide, more than anything else. I've matured in that aspect of myself a lot. Of course I still love big women and am attracted to them. But it's...I dunno how to explain it. It's different now. This also isn't a value statement. I'm not bragging. I just want to go a subtly but importantly different direction with some of my art, and I don't think here is the place to do it.
The final pieces of the fetish parade should still be up before the year's over, but beyond that updates will be very sporadic (so, business as usual, hur hur).
And hey, I've met some really awesome people here. I've seen some awesome work. I'm not gonna give that up entirely. There's still a lot of talent here that I want to see and discover. I love you guys, and of course I'm still going to talk to you and stuff.
I've got a new deviantArt that I'm using for fat-positivity artwork (though the fetish parade is on there too). I'll give the address to those who note me.
Cheers,
CP

Let's Do This, Why Not
Posted 12 years agoI'm not behind the times, I'm just fashionably late.
Had some time to kill tonight, decided to do this meme that had already run its course a week ago. SHRUG.
1. Why did you join FurAffinity?
Couple reasons. One, I wanted somewhere to post fetish art, and didn't want to go the deviantArt route for that. And the furry community's always been fairly chill, for better or worse, when it comes to kinks. I also had some friends in "the community" as it were that I wanted to keep better artistic tabs on. I've never really identified with the larger furry subculture, but it's fun to draw animal people sometimes and it can even be a useful tool for adding to characters' personalities.
2. What does your username have to do with you?
It's actually a reference to my old account, Mallocat. I used to have two accounts here, one for "clean" art and one for fetish stuff, and since the clean account had a marshmallow-themed name I thought I'd make the kink account have an allusion to that. Hence, "Cylindrical" for the shape of a marshmallow and "Perv" as in short for pervert. Eventually I abandoned the clean account and made this the only one I posted to, mostly once I realized I wanted to use this space partly to comment on fetish cultures. I actually don't care for it much anymore, it's a bit of a mouthful to say and its name is just an artifact to its origins. If I could change it it'd no doubt be something bat-themed.
3. What is your current avatar of?
A generous free piece of my character The Bat, by
jillibeanz, that I animated. I wanted to make it vibrate, but didn't get it to quite work out. However, I've grown to like the twitchy little bob it does just fine.
4. How many watchers do you have, and how many do you watch?
Lesseee...
237:212
5. Do you have more than one account?
Technically, but one isn't used for anything.
6. Name 3 of your favorite artists on FA.
I don't think I could pick just three. Not a cop-out answer.
7. What artist do you admire because of their personality?
rabbitshakejake is such a sweet guy, seriously. He'll always ask you how you're doing and mean it.
longcriercat is admirably dedicted to the actual art facet of his work.
8. Do you comment, fave, or both?
I try to do both, but sometimes I'm lazy and I'll simply fave. Sometimes with the followed-through intent of commenting later...sometimes not.
9. What do you typically post on FA?
Too many damned bees.
10.What's your favorite submission in your gallery?
Right now, probably "Yes! Drizzling!" I just think the outfit came out really nicely, and the body's pretty much exactly what I was envisioning. It's nice when that happens.
11. What are the things you wish you could draw better?
Streets, buildings, vehicles, feet, everyday minutiae.
12. How many hours a day do you spend on FA?
I wouldn't even go by days. Maybe an hour a week, on average. I'll briefly check in every few days, but only actually sit down and browse and sort through things once every couple weeks.
13. Are you a fast, slow, or medium typer?
I'm a pretty fast typist, especially for someone who never learned a "proper" typing method.
14. What is the most annoying thing people ask you?
I don't really get asked much, annoying or otherwise.
15. What is the most annoying/offending comment you've received?
There have been occasional instances in the fetish parade series where someone will say things to the effect of "you forgot x." It's not quite annoying, definitely not offending, but it is a little bit rude.
16. What/who inspires you?
Other art probably inspired me the most--in all forms. I think creativity begets creativity. Whenever I walk away from some sort of especially good production, my brain starts churning with ideas.
17. Everyone has considered leaving FA once or twice. Have you? Why?
Oh, sure. Various reasons. Reevaluating the role I allow fetish-art production to have in my life, reevaluating FA's overall importance to me, and once as a reaction to some extremely questionable actions by a prominent figure here, that I shall not elaborate on further.

Art Update!
Posted 12 years agoWow, I sure haven't posted anything here in 2 months. But that's okay! Wheels been a-turnin'. Here's the lowdown.
1) That big group picture I kept teasing, and even did a stream involving? Not happening. Now before you raise your pitchforks, I should clarify--it's not happening as it currently was. I would still very much like to do a picture like that (and for those of you who dunno what I'm talking about, cliffs notes: I was working on a huge group pic involving tons of FA peeps, probably including you), but how I was going about it was taking a lot of steam and the quality of the illustration was suffering a lot because of it. If I want to do a group pic of that size, I don't want everyone looking like crap, because you guys deserve better than that. I think a better strategy for something of its scale would be to work from a template, a la mana-the-vixen's occasional fat little dolls/fat little chibis series. When I find a fun template that I think would work, I'll restart/resume it. I'm open to suggestions regarding this too.
2) The second half the fetish parade, which is still a thing that is happening, is almost ready to be started--the list is only two kinks short. Please feel free to add suggestions. I'm almost at the point where even joke suggestions might be considered.
3) I'm kind of jonesing for a collaboration of some sort. I haven't done one of those in a long time. Anyone have any proposals?

Yeah yeah, not leaving, shoosh.
Posted 12 years agoAs some of you may know, I was contemplating leaving FA, in whole or in part, due to some things coming to light about some recent onsite drama that I'm being purposefully vague about because shit's getting Orwellian in some areas regarding it.
After actually quite a lot of thought and option-weighing--yeah, no. I'm still here.
Basically, think of it, metaphorically, like any nation with a group of people who make important decisions--for the sake of ease, we'll use America, since I live there. I'm sure plenty of congresspeople do questionable things. That doesn't mean I skip the country and go settle elsewhere without more reason than that. While I understand the anger and frustration that caused those who have left to leave, and respect it, I think I'll stay here unless I see signs a majority of things here are plummeting south and fast, rather than just one individual's history.
TL;DR: Leemee 'lone, I'm hanging upside down an' shit.

Important Info
Posted 12 years agoConsidering making Weasyl my only anthro art account. If you've been keeping sort of up with some of the goings-on on FA the last week or so, you understand why.
Anyway, not an official decision yet, and it'll be a difficult one to make because of all the fantastic artists I watch here. I'll post a proper goodbye journal if it does come to that.
-CP
PS- If you want to look me up on Weasyl, I'm either WorstBat Or TheWorstBat, I forget which, it's been a while. Need to remember my password.

THROW KINKS AT ME
Posted 13 years agoIt's official. There will, at SOME POINT, I'm not saying it's SOON (in fact, I'm saying it won't be), be a second installment of Fetish Parade. I like the idea of an even hundred better than fifty.
SO.
While I'm slowly compiling the second list, feel free to just...throw kinks at me. Nothing already covered in the first parade ( http://www.furaffinity.net/view/7393864/ ), and no suggestions involving cubs or bodily wastes. Everything else is fair game to throw at me for consideration.
BRING ME YOUR FILTH :3

Oh yeah, Weasyl!
Posted 13 years agoFORGOT TO MENTION
If any of you are part of the Weasyl beta, I'm there, so feel free to watch me. I'm Bathearst. So far there's nothing really on there that isn't here (and...well, that might remain the case, who knows), though the character profiles, a feature I appreciate, might be worth a look and a giggle. Considering just using it for my clean stuff and leaving here a mix of clean and fetishy, but we'll see what happens.

Posted 13 years agoI'm thankful for ALL OF YOU
No really, all of you. Yes, even you. Even the guy in the back mouth-breathing cuz he thinks this is leading up to fat bee art. All of you.
:3 You're a pretty awesome audience and group of friends. I've met a lot of you through art here, either mine or yours or occasionally stuff in your faves. And I don't regret a single one.
Even if you don't celebrate Thanksgiving, have a good day, at the very least.

Another Silly Survey Thing
Posted 13 years agoHot damn, I love doing these. I was clamoring for a new one, and decided to make my own for once. FAVORITES AND TOP THREES ACTIVATE!
Your Favorite…
Color?: Lemony yellow.
Shirt/Top? (Description): At the moment, my Shadoweyes shirt. (It’s a comic.) Black t-shirt, slightly snug-fitting, has a distressed, very stylized letter “S” on it in bright neon blue.
Sugary Cereal and Slightly-More-Healthy Cereal? (Substitute “breakfast item” if you don’t like or eat cereal): Favorite sugary entry is a tie between Cinnamon Toast Crunch and Frosted Flakes, while the non-sugar entry is a brawl between Rice Krispies and Raisin Bran.
Purely Decorative Possession?: I’ve had a preserved baby shark in a jar since I was twelve. I use it as a bookend. It’s creepy, but I’d be pretty bummed if it was broken or taken.
Ice Cream (or equivalent frozen desert) flavor?: Lately I’ve really been digging on two Ben & Jerry’s flavors: Coffee Heath Bar Crunch, and S’more.
Weather?: Warm but not hot, with clear skies and a slightly chilly breeze.
Fruit and Vegetable?: Favorite fruit is awarded to watermelon, spinach takes home the vegetable medal.
Thing to notice about a stranger you find attractive?: A prodigious but not over-flaunted vocabulary. A genuine sort of upbeat-ness. An aura of realistic, grounded confidence.
Comfort Food/Snack?: A mainstay when I’m feeling lazy and non-health-conscious is a concoction I call “bachelor dip.” It’s equal parts beanless chili and cream cheese, eaten with corn and/or tortilla chips.
Kitchen Appliance?: Microwave, I know you’ve been there for me a long time. And you’re very handy. But…can we talk? I just don’t like what you do to textures. I’m sorry, you’ll always be part of my cooking lineup, but…I’m seeing Immersion Blender now. They’re just so fun to work with, and, well, can you do that to soups?
Television Channel? (Or Youtube channel, or Netflix category or…whatever, man): When I watch, it’s a safe bet it’ll be turned to Food Network or Cooking Channel. (Gee, didn’t guess that with all the food questions, did you?)
Topic to study/research just for fun?: Comics/comics theory, human anatomy (hahahahahahahahahaha…sigh), human sexual behavior and abnormalities, abnormal psychology.
Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic Beverage? (If you don’t/can’t drink, just “favorite beverage,” then): My booze mainstay is Gin & Tonic—to the extent that I’m worried I’m not stretching myself enough in terms of trying new drinks, because it’s just easier to order a G&T. As for non-alcohol, I love tea (cold or hot, particularly green) and usually start my day with a glass of orange juice.
Thing to Cook?: I love to bake, especially cookies and brownies. Complicated? No. Fun and easy to make? Yes. Delicious? Double yes!
Thing to do on a completely free evening?: Either call up a friend and have a nice relaxed hangout, or curl up at home and draw.
Non-Video Game?: I love a good game of Scrabble. I’m also almost always up for a round of Munchkin (any set) and have a lot of fond tabletop RPG memories.
Thing to draw? (or love to see drawn, if you don't draw): Eyes, mouths, and splattery/drippy textures.
Art supply?(that you love to see used, if you don't draw): Alcohol markers. Particularly my set of Prismas.
Childhood toy?: My two big mainstays as a little squirt were Transformers and Legos. If you could build something with it, or it was a robot that turned into something that wasn’t a robot, I was all over that.
Piece of advice you’ve been given so far? (not the best piece of advice…your favorite): “If you’re ever pulled over by a cop, be as absolutely respectful as you can possibly be. Always ‘yes, officer,’ ‘no, officer,’ ‘thank you, officer.’ Even if you think he’s being an asshole. You’ll basically have to suck his dick.”
(Long pause)
“Like, metaphorically, I mean.” – A former roommate
Your Top Three…
Animals?: Cats, followed by a specific group of insects—crickets, social insects like ants and bees, and roaches (when they’re clean and supposed to be there)—followed by bats (somewhat predictable also hur hur I cheated).
Movies?: Amelie, Fight Club, and The Iron Giant. Real Steel would completely unironically take fourth place.
Websites?: Cracked, Tumblr, and Topless Robot (which is decidedly less saucy than its name. Usually).
Books?: That’s a hard one for me. There are so many books, you guys. So many books. But, let’s see…I’ll grab up…JD Salinger’s Franny and Zooey, David Malki and Ryan North’s Machine of Death, and Mark Danielewski’s House of Leaves.
Places to Go? (Can be as close as “my room” or “the bar down the street” or as far away as the other end of the globe!): The Seattle waterfront, the market area of Camden in London, and a college town called Bellingham.
Things about yourself that you appreciate/are grateful for?: My eye color, my conscience (even when it’s being overbearing), and whatever bits of creativity I have floating around.
FA Artists that you watch…that you’re not that well-acquainted with at the time of this writing(cuz let’s face it, without that qualifier, wouldn’t most of us just list our friends?):
Pravusbelua has a very strong eye for detail, and knows how to make things that would be creepy in real life (her staples are disembodied eyeballs, slime, and bugs!) just so darn…fun-feeling, even cute. I’m consistently fascinated by
Naturesvillain—while I’m not “into” the vast majority of the stuff they post, their talent, particularly with rendering texture, is undeniable, and I think even if you’re not attracted to their sexual work you can still find a sort of interesting eroticism in it, if that makes any sense. Like, they sort of capture this sense of that concept even if it’s not directly erotic to the viewer. Like Pravus, they also have a talent for making things that might be gross in real life and make them…well, I won’t say cute, because their stuff definitely isn’t aiming for cute. But they make grungy subjects more approachable than I think they otherwise would be. (EDIT: At the time of this writing, they have silently deleted the vast majority of their gallery, including a lot of the pieces I was thinking about when I wrote this! Pity.)
Rotarr has a knack for unusual subjects (her persona is a fly! She’s got dinosaurs with see-through skin! I was first led to her gallery by an exceedingly well-anthropomorphized sphinx cat!) and as of recently, absolutely kickass business cards that I’m kind of jealous of. I have to make an honorable mention for
PierreZaius, whose comics are just so darned entertaining, and I love his clean, easily readable character designs.
Internet Personalities?: JonTron, Seanbaby, and yet another tie (these should have been Top Fours) between Todd In The Shadows and The Rap Critic.
Random small pleasures?: Realizing someone attractive was briefly checking you out. The thrumming of an electric bass. Biting into some good food and tasting a singular, bright, really fresh ingredient that you realize you haven’t tasted legitimately in ages.
Non-FA Artists whose work you admire?: Ross Campbell, Daniel Clowes, and it’s only fitting that I end this with another tie—a four-way between Salvador Dali, Andy Warhol, HR Giger, and Roy Lichtenstein(kinky!).
I always thought the “tag X number of people!” thing at the end of these sorts of ventures was kind of silly, so anyone who wants a stab at this can naturally go.
That said, HYPOCRISY TIME. I’m curious, so I tag…

I was tagged by
acerbusanimus to do this and I thought eyyyyyyy why not.
001. Name → I sure have one.
002. Nickname(s) → Bee, Cricket, Scoops, Chops, Stop Staring You Fucking Pervert, M, Holdy
003. Status → Restless
004. Zodiac sign → I'm not sure. I think...Gemini? I don't pay much attention to horoscopes.
005. Male or female → Y Chromosome all up in this piece.
006. Elementary School → I don't remember much about it. The hallways smelled like varnish and urine.
007. Middle School → Is one of the most annoying transitions a person has to make in their lives, physically, socially, mentally...Middle School is a freaking hurricane.
008. High School → Was mostly a waste of my time, from an educational standpoint. It can't be a complete waste though--drama club was good, and I've still kept a few friends from those days.
009. Smart → Like, am I? Nah, not really. Well, it depends on the sort of smart. I'm "book" smart but not really "practicality" smart or "witty" smart.
010. Hair color → AH'M BAWLD but when I'm not it's very dark blonde, almost but not quite brown.
011. Long or short → It's...about as short as hair gets.
012. Loud or Quiet → Quiet most of the time, loud when I'm with just one or two good friends.
013. Sweats or Jeans → Jeans. All the way. I used to wear sweats all the time, and now I'm kind of embarrassed by those days.
014. Phone or Camera → Neither of mine are particularly great (not that I'm complaining, I'm glad to have either at all!), but I'd like a better phone before I got a better camera. I've had the same one since high school and it's a technological dinosaur. Can't even receive pictures.
015. Health freak → Sometimes. It fluctuates on an almost daily basis. I'll have one day where it's like nothing but veggies and fruit and soy and grains and another day where everything I eat has massive amounts of cheese in it.
016. Drink or Smoke? → I have a drink on occasion, to celebrate something or after a particularly grating workday.
017. Do you have a crush on someone? → Not at present.
018. Eating or Drinking → Like, which do I prefer, or what? I'm not sure how to answer this one.
019. Piercings → None right now, used to have one in the cartilage of my left-hand ear. Long story short, my body rejected it harder than Gordon Ramsay to overcooked pasta and I had to tearfully dig it out of my swollen earflesh with some pliers.
020. Tattoos → None on me, two planned, have designed some for friends.
FIRSTS:
023. First piercing → My first and only was my ear.
024. First best friend → First one that I can remember was my best friend pretty much all up from first to sixth grade. We started drifting apart a bit in middle school, and by the end of high school we were really just sort of accquaintences. Now we'll say hi on Facebook maybe once a century.
025. First award → I came in second place in the elementary school walkathon when I was in...second grade? Third? How do you even "place" in a walkathon, did I like...walk the second-most? Must have. I still actually have the trophy. It's the only trophy I've ever won and it's RIDICULOUS huge for both an elementary school kid to receive and for something like a walkathon. Thing's like three feet tall.
026. First crush → Girl named Heidi when I was...like maybe 3? I randomly ran into her decades later and she's still doing pretty well. Uh, no maintained crush, though. That would be creepy.
027. First pet → I can't remember exactly cuz they all run together...it was either a beetle of some sort that I named Brutus, a colony of unnamed pill bugs, or a salamander that immediately committed suicide. I never really had a "traditional" pet, they were more things that I caught and kept in little terrariums. I've been giving some genuine thought to keeping some roaches, though.
028. First big vacation → First one I can remember is Leavenworth. It's a little German village touristy place up northeast a ways from where I live. I don't remember a whole lot about it--I remember lederhosen, really good sausage, tons of alpenhorns, and beating Super Mario Land 2 on my way back home.
030. First big birthday → I know I had some, but I don't really have any distinct memories. As I got older, I stopped doing "big" birthday parties. Now I might do those for milestones, but for the regular ones, I'm happy just getting together my immediate family and a couple friends and doing a nice dinner somewhere.
CURRENTLY:
049. Eating → I'm nibbling on some junior mints.
050. Drinking → Refreshing, tasty water.
052. I'm about to → Probably fire up a video game.
053. Listening to → The washing machine. It's right next to me, makin' my clothes all clean.
054. Plans for today → Wash clothes, cook a food, play some vidya, look for better jobs, go to my current job, maybe some late-night drawing.
YOUR FUTURE:
058. Want kids? → I do, but it's not SUCH a strong desire that I'd push the issue if my hypothetical wife really pointedly didn't want any.
059. Want to get married? → I really, really do. It's like...one of my top three wants.
060. Careers → Some design position somewheres. A lot of my project-working-on dreams are elaborate hobbies, not careers--getting out a comic, working on an RPG sourcebook, blah blah.
SOMETHING ABOUT SEX:
068. Lips or eyes → I notice both pretty equally. Incidentally? Favourite parts of the face to draw.
070. Shorter or taller? → I'm on the taller side of things. Six foot even.
072. Romantic or spontaneous → Little of both.
073. Nice stomach or nice arms → I refuse to answer this on the grounds that it will be predictable and embarrassing.
075. Hook-up or relationship → Relationship. I am very much a relationship guy. I've tried to do the hook-up thing before, a few times really, and it only ends up with everyone feeling bad.
077. Troublemaker or hesitant → Mostly hesitant, but I have a genuinely mischievous streak that pops out once in a great while.
HAVE YOU EVER:
080. Lost glasses/contacts → Thankfully, no. I've accidentally crushed glasses before though.
081. Ran away from home → Genuinely considered it before, but never have.
084. Broken someone's heart → Enough hearts to make me feel kind of queasy if I dwell on them too long.
085. Been arrested → Threatened with it once, but never have been.
087. Cried when someone died → Not so far, and that kind of bothers me. I mean--none of the deaths I've experienced so far have been people that were particularly close to me, but still. You'd think I'd get a little sniffly or something.
DO YOU BELIEVE IN:
089. Yourself → Not often. I have random days where I totally do and everything kicks ass and YEAH I CAN DO IT but the default is a quiet but firm "no, not really."
090. Miracles → I think they do still happen from time to time.
091. Love at first sight → Nope. Complete, total, unmitigated bullshit.
092. Heaven → Yeah. Really curious what it looks like too.
093. Santa Claus → Nah. And not to sound like That Guy, but I'm not sure if I ever really did. I know I pretended to as a kid, cuz it's fun, but I know I was consciously pretending.
094. Sex on the first date → Nope.
095. Kiss on the first date → Nnnn...maaaayyybe? I wouldn't entirely, completely rule it out. But honestly, probably not. *waits for a wave of cries of "HYPOCRISY" from people he's kissed*
ANSWER TRUTHFULLY:
097. Is there one person you want to be with right now → If by "be with" you mean "hang out with," yes. If you mean romantically...no, not really, not right now.
098. Are you seriously happy with where you are in life → Hah! Hell no! But I'm working on that.
099. Do you believe in God → Eeyup.
100. Post as 100 truths and tag. NO I AM A MAVERICK CAW CAW I will title it what I want and ANYONE WHO WANTS TO BE IS TAGGED, MOFOS. OH YEAH, STICKING IT TO THE MAN AND this joke was over three sentences ago.

An idea! (Trades~)
Posted 13 years agoSo, that Liefeldian Sophie I drew ( http://www.furaffinity.net/view/8194008/ , first image) was kind of a blast to make. Pseudo-Liefeld/90s XXXTREEM KOMIX style is deceptively simple to pin down, and great fun to do. So here's a little pwoposal.
Since I want to do more of these, I'm willing to do "reimaginings" of one of YOUR (yes YOUR) characters as some sort of gritty, ill-proportioned supervigilante team member, in exchange for a simple drawing back from you (seriously, I won't ask for anything complicated or lavish).
Any interested?

The third day of the sixth month.
4) Natural Hair Color?
Dark blonde.
5) Eye Color?
Greyish Blue.

8) Favorite Food?
A good slice of well-made pizza, a crisp, fresh ceasar salad, or some hot, well-seasoned falafel.
9) Favorite Clothes to Wear?
Pretty standard--jeans, t-shirt, sneakers. It's the jackets that get interesting--a hoodie with extra pockets, a turtleneck with military detailing, a tailcoat, a motorcycle jacket...
10) Favorite Movie(s)?
There's a lot of movies I love, but the top two are pretty consistently Amelie and Fight Club.
11) How Would You Describe Yourself?
Can be hesitant to open up, but intensely loyal once I have. Snarks a lot--not always in appropriate situations. Chill, except when I'm worried, and then I flip to high-strung rather quickly. I'm someone of a lot of conflicting statuses, is what I seem to be trying to say.
12) Occupation?
Retail grunt.
13) Dream Career?
Freelance graphic designer OR in-house designer at a nicely-sized company, while also making comics on the side as an elaborate hobby.

15) Name?
The Bat.
16) Species?
IS A BAT. Not a specific kind of bat, really. Sort of a generic bat. I think I modeled the ears off a Mexican freetailed, but he doesn't have a tail, so...yeah?
17) Pelt colors?
Sickly green, with grey-brown wing webs.
18) Feral or Anthro?
Anthropomorphorific.
19) Physique?
An intentionally unflattering exaggeration of my own. Tall, gaunt, spindly limbs, gigantic hands, huge floppy clown feet, bit of a gut.
20) Likes?
Feminine forms laden with ample curvature, the smell of ink, baking delicious brownies.
21) Dislikes?
Knocking things over with his giant hands, the common perception that he can't see very well due to his wonky eyes, weightless balloon tits.
22) Eye color?
Black.
23) Features?
Brown mustache/goatee combo. Wears glasses when he remembers to. Prominent upper fangs that overbite when his mouth is closed. Eyes always point in two different directions.
