DAFF Selection for 4/15/2013 Elephant Maw.

subwooferfuhr Link to the image - http://www.furaffinity.net/view/10374363/ Image type and characters - Type B digital color maw shot of an elephant.
Why this image was chosen - This is a very good image that deserves a feature and to start with the interior of the elephant's mouth is quite correct. Usually the upper jaw teeth are more visible than the lower ones but in this image the artist has drawn the upper jaw in a way that you probably wouldn't see them. Apoptosis has done such a good job at rendering the mouth detail and the long tongue that I feel like putting my feet in there and having a go on that superfleshyfunslide! Elephant tongues are longer than you'd think, just look up a good quality maw shot and you'd probably be surprised. I can image how it might be to get eaten alive by one of these big guys, feeling a hot powerful throat pulling you down over that big thick tongue. Having the elephant's trunk come against your head to help push you down into the relentless hot rippling feeling traveling down the sides of your body as your being swallowed. . . yep, sounds fun doesn't it? The artwork here has very subtle use of color, shading, highlighting to give this such a realistic look. This image has the feeling of an oil painting and I'm surprised that ol Subwoofer hasn't stuck himself in there just yet, maybe this image shows his point of view just before he climbs in there? (Thats what I'd like to believe anyway. )
Wonderful work apoptosis. A very interesting idea for a commission Subwoofer, now lets see you get in there wolfy !
DAFF Selection for 4/14/2013 Rabbit vs Buzzard.

Artist name -
FidchellVore Link to the image - http://www.furaffinity.net/view/10362887/ Image type and characters - Type A digital color mini comic of a rabbit being eaten by a large buzzard.
Why this image was chosen - This one page mini comic by Fidchell vore is excellent, I had a pretty good idea that it was very good when I first saw the thumbnail. When I got my first look at it in full size my reaction to it was "Wow! thats pretty hot! " When I looked at the first frame the things that stood out for me were the bumps showing how the rabbit was kicking out from the inside. There was also the look on the rabbit's face as the last of him/her is about to disappear into Lyla's beak. Another good addition to the frame is the text, two types of sound effects going on as denoted by the different colors of said text. Overall the image is quite appealing, the detailing, the coloring and the rabbit fighting to stay out of the buzzard's stomach kicking while being swallowed alive. The second frame on the middle left is a wonderful, sexy looking final gulp as rabbit goes down the bird's throat. I love the expression of effort on the face of the predator and the lump in her neck as the last of the bunny goes down whole. Then there's the interior shot, the bunny still fighting and pushing against the walls of the stomach, warm colors are well used here. The final image is a charming close up of the bird's stomach as the rabbit prey is still fighting to get out somehow. The "pushout bulges" are not as big as in the first frame which could show that the prey is weakening. Either way the whole comic is a very nice new upload. The coloring, the good detailing work and the first two images really make this comic a winner in my books. Considering that large real life birds can swallow large prey items whole. You can imagine that large anthro birds might be able to down some impressive sized meals should they find something they want to consume.
This is an excellent piece of work Fidchell, it's in the hall of fame because of the good work in color, detailing and the upper two panels really stand out for me.
DAFF Selection for 4/13/2013 Orc. vs Dragon.

buggynights Link to the image - http://www.furaffinity.net/view/10354758/
Image type and characters - Type A digital color image of a demon being eaten by a dragon.
Why this image was chosen - This image is fairly heavy in the detailing work. What stood out for me is that the dragon looks like it has some eastern and western influences mixed in to the final character design. The shape of the upper jaw, the large thick whisker like extensions coming out and drooping down through the picture for example. The expression on the prey's face makes me think that this scene is consensual, that the demon is purposely allowing themselves to be eaten. This seems to be reinforced by the way the demon's hand is resting on top of the end of the dragon's nose. The mixture and number of colors is quite striking and the blacks and whites in the dragon's hide are contrasted by the colorful blues in the prey. However, the dragon has some blues of it's own to show off, the interior of the mouth being the most interesting. The dragon's large toothy maw has been very nicely drawn and colored, the demon sized lump in his neck is attractive and the dragon's various piercings add some extra character to the predator. The image has a nice cool feeling to it with the dominating blues, whites and the unusual looking eyes that the pred possesses.
This is quite a good picture NarcolepticEpilepsy, good coloring and line art!

DAFF Selection for 4/10/2013 Dragon vs Serval.

Severus_Blackpaw done as a commission for
Hida Link to the image - http://www.furaffinity.net/view/8620157/
Image type and characters - Type A color digital scene of a small blue dragon being eaten tail first by a Female serval.
Why this image was chosen - Where to start *boggles*. . . This is one of my all time favorite vore images that I've come across here on F.A. I really like the way the artwork looks, a good amount of realism is involved in this image. The characters are well drawn and colored in Severus's unique style and I enjoy the way in which Hida has been done. Hida's looking rather alarmed considering he's starting to go down the Serval girl's throat alive, looks like she's going to down him whole. The serval girl is none other than Severus's interesting character Lilith Mincemeat, ( Or Mrs. Mincemeat ). For those of you who may not be familiar with Hida or Mincemeat there's two interesting backgrounds to be considered behind the characters in this wonderful scene.
Lilith Mincemeat - This information comes from Severus, an interesting back story...
" All characters live in the old Victorian London of the year 1883, slightly steam punk-touched.
Full name: Lilith Mincemeat Forename: Mrs. Mincemeat Sex: female Interest: no interest but uses female charm while “hunting” Species: Serval Height: 165 cm/5ft 4in Weight: 48kg/105lbs Age: 19 Born: 1864 Birthplace: London/ GB.
Mrs. Mincemeat lived from her birth to her sixteenth birthday in various orphan asylums. She was given from one to another after she stole things and teased other children until they ran. Somehow she got together with Severus Blackpaw, ( The artist's Silver Fox character.) and made him addicted to Opium. He tried to push her away but she tried to kill him for this so nobody but she could have him. In this fight, Severus left eye got blinded by her and he got some scars on his back from her claws. For this, she was condemned and put into an Asylum, where she got drugged, tortured and raped by the doctors. They also tried to lobotomize her, but for some reason it did not work the way they wanted. She managed to not take her drugs one day and she rammed a big needle into her doctor's head, right between the eyes, and escaped. Now she is searching for her fox to make him her little toy again. "
Hida the blue dragon - This is someone I'm familiar with because the dragon and I share some common interests in that we both like to be sat on, indulge in some crush play as well as being eaten. It seems that Hida finds all kinds of trouble, gets sat on, gets eaten, gets crushed or pinned in unique ways, gets caught in food etc. In this case he's somehow gone back to the Old time UK where he encounters Mrs. Mincemeat.
Getting back to the artwork I love the concept behind this picture. Mincemeat comes across Hida, grabs him and after a short verbal taunting she swallows him whole and alive. She could have cut him, hit him down on the ground or done some really nasty things to him. However, for me the image and story is all the better because she decides instead to eat him alive instead of disposing of him in ways she might use more often than this. I love the way in which Hida's front leg seems to be pushing down on her lower jaw as if trying to shove his way out, Only to feel her sandpaper tongue flexing, tasting underneath his body, wetting him with saliva as he feels her greedy throat pulling him down deeper with every swallow. Her face looks wonderfully insane, her eyes focused on watching Hida disappear into her mouth as she can no doubt feel him going down inside her. The serval girl's clothing is unique, you don't often see fur artists using period costume, especially in a scene like this. The most interesting feature of the background is the rain, it looks very convincing to me. It makes me like this image more because Mincemeat may be getting wet but is so focused on swallowing Hida that she doesn't care how wet she's getting! This image works on so may levels for me that its a hall of fame selection.
I have to admit that I have done a rough sketch of Mincemeat in a similar scene based partly on this picture. The back story of a young insane serval girl whose escaped from an asylum, looking for her fox toy and surviving by eating anything and anyone she can hunt down is very appealing to me!
Great picture and concept Severus! thanks to you and to Hida for sharing this image with the group, its a real winner!

Yumino Link to the image - http://www.furaffinity.net/view/8365869/Image type and characters - Type A digital color micro macro pre vore scene of a human riding a huge dragon's tongue.
Why this image was chosen - PIIIINK! It's soo pink, but wow did this turn out good! The first thing that caught my attention when I came across this picture was how soft it looked. The colors and the level at which the brightness adjustment was made really softened the textures of this picture in a very subtle yet effective manner. Even though the dragon has very sharp looking edges and ridges. It's the coloring and brightness that gives all those sharp jagged lines the look of a diminished, foggy texture. The dragon's eyes seem somewhat friendly and one can almost picture that he or she is enjoying the taste of the man surfing on their tongue. The man looks very pleased with his situation while he surfs on the huge fleshy organ that is flexing and rubbing back and forth underneath him. The drool looks quite good, the small neck bulge is a nice little detail and the overall design of the characters, the look of the artwork has warranted it's selection into the hall of fame.
This is quite a good and very Pink! picture Yumino, congrats on the feature in the group as well as the hall of fame selection. Love them tongue surfing scenes!
DAFF Selection for 4/8/2013 Dino vs something.

Artist name
Severus_Blackpaw Link to the image - http://www.furaffinity.net/view/10321103/ Image type and characters - Type A digital black and white drawing, opaque greyscale of a dino with a nice lump going down the neck.
Why this image was chosen - Severus Blackpaw is another artist I have been keeping an eye on for a while and this picture demonstrates one of the reasons why. Here we have a charming minimalist image of a dino who has swallowed something, ( or somethings ) whole and the lump/s in her neck are very attractive, (for this group's purposes lets just say that the victim/s were eaten feet first since you can't really tell in the shapes you see here. ) I love the way that Severus has added extra lines down the sides and front of the long neck as if to imply wrinkles caused by the bulk of the prey inside. I really like the way the mouth has been drawn, teeth gritted, showing as if she's having a hard time downing the bulky creatures squirming inside her throat. However, maybe she's just holding them in there as the artist pondered to someone who commented on this picture ". . .she is able to hold food in her throat /gullet like a bird does. " The way the body is shown looking like it's leaning forward, the position of the forelimbs and larger hind legs makes this picture look quite tantalizing.
Good work on this one Severus even if it was a quickie that you weren't totally happy with I certainly like it.

siberdrac Link to the image - http://www.furaffinity.net/view/10200186/ Image type and characters - Type A digital color image of Jackai being eaten by a large Ermine.
Why this image was chosen - I haven't come across Ermine vore very often and when I saw this picture for the first time I was pleased to see that Theo did it to begin with. However, the artist has touched on a scenario that I like in a pred/prey situation. That is when the prey being eaten or dislodged out of a tree or higher place, or falls, is directed into the waiting mouth below. The first thing that I like about this image is that the colors are very earthy, almost invitingly warm. The artwork gives me the impression that it could very easily have been a screen grab from a cartoon. The character designs are pretty good, again reminding me of a cartoon. When I look at this picture it makes me think that the prey seems to be acting like its a weird version of a game of tag or hide and seek, (the loser gets eaten!). Jakai must be pretty tasty because the Ermine has a look on their face that says " this thing is yummy!"
Nice piece of work there Theo... thanks to you and Siberdrac for sharing it with us.

Green_Roon Link to the image - http://www.furaffinity.net/view/10304883/Image type and characters - Type A traditional B&W pencil drawing showing a micro sized fox being cock vored feet first.
Why this image was chosen - Green Roon is someone that I have known about for a while now and has done very nice looking digital work. However, this time Roon has gone off tablet and for the first time by their admission has come up with/ posted their first pencil drawing. In this picture the quality is pretty darn good and the fox has been very well rendered. He looks quite concerned about whats happening and the way his facial expressions and body language has been drawn are convincing to the viewer that he's afraid. I like the way that one leg has already started sinking in to the head of the massive cock as he is probably feeling the sucking it's interior working up his lower body. The penis itself is very impressive, the detail, the wrinkles and the shapes are very well done. The hint of pubic hair behind it, the other smaller details and shading give this image a realistic overall look that stands out from the crowd. If Roon wants to do more pencils like this and offer commissions then I'd say do it because chances are that you will get business!
Great picture Green Roon, you should explore the traditional methods more often because you clearly can do it well.

Image type and characters - Type A color digital picture of a snake eating a human, (snake charmer).
Why this image was chosen - I like the style that this artist has and in this picture the concept behind the scene is one that I have thought about on occasion. The idea of a snake charmer feeding themselves to the snake is thought provoking, especially if the snake was a python or some other constrictor. It makes me wonder how easily such a snake would eat something willing or would it grab hold and squeeze first anyway to make sure it was subdued? In the artwork featured here today eskaria has rendered something quite cool, the human looks quite good in this scene. The snake is also suitable looking as it slowly inches its way up the willing prey's body, I like the little heart seen above snake's head. From this artwork I get the feeling that both are mutually enjoying the encounter but for different reasons. The bulges in the snake's body makes me think that the guy is pushing himself down the snake's throat every time he feels a swallow travel down his body. If I were that guy I would probably have a bit of worry about the large teeth that the snake has cause those look like they'd hurt! I can picture the hard vores grabbing or pushing down on the upper jaw to get the snake to bite them repeatedly! The short version of why I like the artwork - Feet first, good character design, I like the coloring technique, the bulges, the way the guy is enjoying being eaten, the little heart above snake's head.
This is a commendable piece of work eskaria145 and a big thanks to you samagthrav2 for not only sharing this work but for feeding the snake so well!

That_Kei_Guy Link to the image - http://www.furaffinity.net/view/10278249/
Image type and characters - Type B digital color three quarter angle maw shot of a shark,
Why this image was chosen - That Kei Guy has come up with another really nice looking maw shot, this time its a shark. I've seen my share of shark mouth pics and T.K.G. has put in a pretty good effort in this one. If I were to try and do an anthro shark mouth then I would make it look something like this one, pretty good! The first thing that grabs you in this piece is the blue tongue, its very wide, thick and looks like it would be quite stimulating to lay on. Mind you you'd hope that the owner of that mouth doesn't bite down too hard unless you are into the hard stuff! The shading gives this picture some depth and have a closer look at how the shadow has been drawn in curves to give the tongue shape. The teeth appear to be pretty big and the throat entrance looks quite large as if it could suck you down with one big gulp. The white and lighter highlights that show the drool are of the quality I'd expect to see from T.K.G.'s artwork. The way that the grey and blue have been applied on the shark in front of a blue background give this picture a cool ambiance.
Nice picture T.K.G. and kudos for rendering a shark so well.

Artist name -
A_Roaming_Shadow showing the prey character that belongs to
Nixiks12 Link to the image - http://www.furaffinity.net/view/10260577/
Image type and characters - Type A color digital mini comic of a micro being drunk/sucked out of a bottle.
Why this image was chosen - This was chosen because I LOVE any scenario where a micro is drunk or sucked out of a bottle and eaten! I seriously get into that and this mini comic is a newer version of an older upload that was posted by the artist about a year ago. The first frame shows the predator's long tongue licking up into the bottle to get a taste of the tiny prey. I like the way that the micro appears to be trying to brace themselves against the inside of the jar while pressing his feet against the sides of the tongue. The second frame shows a pretty anxious looking micro who is getting pressed right up into the jar with the big slurping tongue. The third frame is quite good in the way that you can see the micro being sucked through the entrance of the bottle into the macro's waiting mouth. The two best features of this panel are the the pred's lips curl and press up into the bottle around the micro's body. The other feature is the way that the end of the tongue is seen poking upwards as it directs the prey onto it's upper surface. I've always thought that the most stimulating part of drinking vore would be the part when you pass through the end of the bottle, glass and go onto the tongue for the first time. From there you would feel the throat get hold of you and start pulling you down over the quivering tongue. The final frame finishes this mini comic off quite well as the swallowing scene is presented with a decent sized neck bulge. I like the way the artist has shown off what looks vaguely like cow nugget like face and body features showing through the lump.
Nice piece of artwork Roaming Shadow ! simple and yet quite effective.

firondraak also showing
Solusar Link to the image - http://www.furaffinity.net/view/10233492/
Image type and characters - Type A color digital mini comic showing a Tauren being eaten by a dragon.
Why this image was chosen - It took me a while to get permissions to feature this upload but its worth the wait because of the quality of the work. From the beginning I knew this was going to be a good piece when I saw the thumbnail because of how effectively the cold colors have been used. I also have to point out the clever way in which parts oft he dragon were used as panel borders. Have a look at the way the dragon's front leg overflows into panel 2 from 1. Or how about the way the wings overflow and obscure part oft he panel boundary at the bottom, its a good technique that I personally like to see.
Let us review each panel. (Panel 1) - The Tauren is being slurped into the hungry dragon's mouth - For me the dragon's long neck stands out in this panel, the look of the Tauren also warrants a mention as the artist has rendered the character quite well. (Panel 2) - One of the best panels in the comic because the Tauren looks so good! The expression on the face almost says "Damn! you got me!" as the draggy's long tongue helps direct him into the throat now climbing up his body, sweet panel! (Panel 3) - Tauren's last gasp as the dragon's neck bulges nicely under the chin. (Panel 4) - For me this is the best panel in the comic, the neck bulge is epic, the shape and the length of it as well as the way the dragon's head is tilted so far up. The little bit of drool seen near the dragon's mouth is a good extra detail. (Panel 5) - A nicely drawn and colored full body shot of a satisfied dragon, wings look pretty good as does the belly bulge. ( Inset ) - The last image in this comic shows the Tauren inside the dragon, I like the darkened warmer colors and the way the prey looks like they might be trying to push their way out again.
A very good piece of work VVITch and thanks to Firondraak for sharing this image with the group, also thanks to Solusar for looking so tasty! I enjoyed this comic, and because it turned out so well I'm +favoriting it into the group's hall of fame.

TheFianna Link to the image - http://www.furaffinity.net/view/10210769/ Link to a second image showing a full body shot of Donovan the Boar, (WARNING! Adult image - http://www.furaffinity.net/view/10209136
Image type and characters - Type A digital color image of a wolf about to be eaten by a large boar, macro/micro scene.
Why this image was chosen - How many times have you seen a muscular looking boar as a predator? I haven't seen it done very often at all. This is a pretty nicely designed character that is quite well drawn by a newer artist who signed up here on FA only 3 weeks ago ( at the time of writing this review.) There's something I like about Donovan's looks, something primitive and strong based on my first impressions. This guy has an X factor that I can't describe or pinpoint in any way that could properly convey why I like this character, maybe because he's different? uncommon? more exotic? The vore image is quite effective and I like the way the line art and coloring is simple yet efficient in showing what the artist wanted us to see. I like the rough looking nature of the predator, the eyes, the toothy, tusky mouth and the "oh crap" expression on the wolf's face as he/she is about to get chomped on. The unusual shape and color of the head and eye ridges/brows gives me the impression of a creature that still has remnants from a pre historic time. I like the thick looking neck that looks like it could admit something much bigger into that muscular body while the shoulder and bicep are quite becoming. This is a pretty unique character and one of the most exotic that I have seen in a long time... Hey Donovan, would you mind turning around for us... slowly. *oogles*
A very unique and interesting character you have TheFianna, I hope you enjoy FA ( if you haven't been here before).
DAFF Selection for 3/23/2013 A good multi imaged comic.

Artist name
CorrieZodori Link to the image - http://www.furaffinity.net/view/10195643/ Image type and characters - Type A multi image feet first vore comic, minimalist style.
Why this image was chosen - Its been a few days since I saw something I could feature and I think I came up with a good one. In this set of images we see Eachom vs Absilon, Corrie hasn't drawn Eachom too often recently but this time there's an interesting story to this well drawn minimalist comic. In scene 1 the huge neck bulge in the predator's neck has a VERY attractive shape to it as Absilon goes deeper into the mouth. The little motion lines under the pred's neck are an extra detail that makes the image better still. In scene 2 Absilon is swallowed and just like the first panel the look on Eachom's face denotes considerable effort in eating such large prey. Panel 3 shows a satisfied predator but the taste of victory only lasts a short time when in panel 4 somethings going wrong. The look on Eachom's face is very humorous and Corrie has done a wonderful WTF? expression with a big bulgy looking eye.
The three middle panels shows that Absilon is not happy about being eaten alive and starts to kick, grab, pinch and fight from the inside, the artwork here shown that Eachom is clearly not happy with such a tummy ache. The artist here has done well in showing the full body scene of Absilon inside of Eachom. I like the way that Corrie has drawn a close up of Absilon's hand grabbing some stomach lining in the far right panel. In the bottom 3 panels the result of Ab's kicking and fighting back is seen as Eachom pukes him back out. In the last panel we see Eachom looking very nervously at a pissed off Absilon who may not as yet decided how to respond to what just happened. The expressions on the faces of both characters in the bottom panels are very good, the post puke nervousness on Eachom's face and the slow burn that Absilon goes through is funny! I love the first two images in the upper left though, swallowing scenes and nicely shaped neck bulges are a winning combination!
Sweet looking comic Corrie, it deserves a feature.

Anima Link to the story, (not on FA) - http://animakitty.furrynet.com/Texts/Werewolf.htm Type and characters - Type A feet first vore story of a woman being eaten whole and alive by a Werewolf.
Why this story was chosen - To understand why I love this story so much I have to look back to spring in the year 2000, ( now 13 years ago! ) when I first got on the internet. I was looking around for vore related artwork and stories to add to my collection and came across this wonderful short story by Anima. Back in the spring of 2000 and to this day, (at the time of writing) the story was originally posted on the Voretex web site where I had originally encountered it. I sent Anima a couple of messages to say how much I enjoyed the story and from there I moved on to other things as the months/years have passed. I still read this story regularly and enjoy it to this day, even though its a bit short I personally consider it to be an excellent piece of writing.
This effort titled " No Greater Gift" was one of the first stories I read and I would rate its "Frisky Factor" at 9.5 out of 10. I really liked how the characters were described and how they got into the situation where both parties had become careless with some serious consequences. Her relationship with the predator adds an extra dimension to the scenario for me. She becomes a victim of complacency where they must have taken precautions to prevent what ends up happening to her in this narrative countless times in the past. The way in which the swallowing scene is laid out and described is fairly detailed for such a short story. I love the way that the woman's response to being swallowed by the Werewolf is one of shock, surprise and at first to be unwilling prey. However, as she slowly goes down his throat she appears to enjoy whats going on and becomes willing to give herself to his hunger and his body. In this story I find a bit more realism involved than many vore stories because of what the woman realizes as she goes down into the wolf's stomach... To me this story is really sexy, hot , stimulating and was the first really good feet first writing that I enjoyed on so many levels !
If there was a hall of fame for vore stories then this one would be my first entry into it, great job again Anima!
DAFF Selection for 3/17/2013 A quickie Dragon Maw.

apoptosis Link to the image - http://www.furaffinity.net/view/10150968/ Image type and characters - Type B digital color maw shot of a very large dragon.
Why this image was chosen - By the looks of the number of comments already posted to this artwork I'm guessing that many of you have already seen this image. You'll probably be looking at this to see what I have to say about it so here goes.... Wow! only 45 minutes! I wish I was that fast! The first thing I liked about this image was the cleverly placed size indicator scale that can be seen on the upper right side of the picture. It gives one a good idea of just how big this draggy is, looks like a real city stomper to me. For something that was done so quickly the mouth is very good, very inviting and cavernous. Love the shape of it, the huge jaws, the teeth and the entrance to the throat really make this effort out to be a good piece of work. A humorous addition is the "You go here" that made the thought cross my mind that this picture could be very easily made into a YCH auction. I'll bet you'd get some volunteers to go in there and considering how big he is he could handle them all, at once. Another attractive feature in this artwork is the way the thickening neck is indicated on each side of the lower jaw and below that to the body. The eyes look quite fierce and the simple background is the final thing that this picture needs to be featured in the group fore today.
Good piece of work Apoptosis, its amazing to me that you did this in 45 mins (give or take).

FutonMania as a gift for
pandatron Link to the image - http://www.furaffinity.net/view/10125652/Image type and characters - Type A color digital micro/macro scene of a dragon being eaten by a giant Panda.
Why this image was chosen - Futonmania gets the day's feature with this one, a pretty good looking mico/macro scene with a good cell shade looking coloring style. When I went through the other new uploads of the day there were a couple of others that I could have gone with but this one was my selection. To start with I enjoyed the characters involved, they look quite agreeable to me in this clever minimalist image with the mix of cool earthy colors. This is one of those days when I want to look at something no nonsense and more on the elementary side as far as the amount of detail and coloring is concerned. The mouth is enjoyably straightforward and so is the prey who is getting quite the ride by the looks of it. I like the way that the end of the tongue is curled up in front of the face of the prey as he grabs on to it, (maybe in an attempt to delay the inevitable outcome perhaps). The eyes in the pred are well done, (shiny!) and look rather cute, ( that is if you can call a big hungry macro nommming on someone cute!... well I can!) As an extra note when I went to pandatron's user page and looked at their "species " I got a good chuckle out of what they put down.
Good picture FutonMania, a well done for your cute macro nomminz image!

ZeusRalo Link to the image - http://www.furaffinity.net/view/10123868/ Image type and characters - Type A digital color image of a wolf being eaten by a Sea Dragon.
Why this image was chosen - This picture stood out from the others that were posted in the last couple of days because the detail, the character design and the background. Instead of using a single color background the artist made up something more interesting that looks like frozen motion blur that you would see in anime. When you focus more on the characters the first thing that got my attention was the muscular dragon pred, I quite like how he looks. The wide gaping dragon's mouth is hot in the way that it seems to be stretching around the last of the wolf's shoulders and head. I like the way that the corners of the mouth are stretched to the point where you can see the tissue between the jaws. I love the way the long dark tongue is seen dangling outside of the mouth. I've always believed that when a predator is swallowing larger sized prey. That the size and bulk of the prey going down it's throat would displace the tongue out of it's mouth like you see in this picture, a very good but important small detail. The neck bulge is pretty well done too, not just a shapely lump but in this case it looks almost writhing as if the wolf is squirming inside it as he goes down. The way the dragon is shown in this piece projects to me that he is putting quite an effort into swallowing the victim whole. The artist mentions in the description that " there is a bigger picture to this one. So it will be up soon. " If that is posted then I'll keep an eye out for it and post the link whenever it comes up. However, this version is stimulating enough for me in its overall look, the coloring, especially the pose and the way the dragon's mouth has been drawn that I'm +faving it into the hall of fame.
This is a very sexy piece of work ZeusRalo and congrats on having your work entered into the group's hall of fame.

TheoTheFox Link to the image - http://www.furaffinity.net/view/9919621/Image type and characters - Type A color digital picture showing a macro micro situation.
Why this image was chosen - When I first saw this image as a thumbnail the colors stood out from the other pictures posted at the time so I decided to have a closer look. When I saw this in full size I was like " Wow! Blues and Purples! " I haven't seen this kind of a unique color blend look so good together in a long time, its first impression was for me quite remarkable, almost commanding. It is one thing to effectively put together two characters in a micro/macro situation. To do something more like adding this uncommon color scheme makes the work extraordinary and ads a compelling element to an already good piece. The characters themselves are interesting to examine, the colors, the appearances and of course the inside of the huge predator's mouth. That little micro looks plenty worried about whats going on, whats about to happen or how long he might get to tongue surf before the final plunge. I don't know about you guys but I'd want some play time in her mouth, on her tongue before any swallowing happened! The tigress's warm eye color is a noticeable contradiction in the otherwise cool colors that dominate the rest of this image. I am +faving this image into the group's hall of fame because I like the looks of the odd color scheme and overall pleasant/cool look to the image.
A good image Theo, congrats again on the feature and the hall of fame selection.

ilbv and
rubygirl14 Link to the image - http://www.furaffinity.net/view/10100070/ Image type and characters - Type A digital picture of rubygirl14's character being eaten by ilbv's Minotaur Garth.
Why this image was chosen - Its interesting to consider that out of all the numerous vore images posted on FA there aren't that many feet first Minotaur scenes like this one. I've always been a fan of good Minotaur vore scenes like this and when I first saw it I quickly recognized IraGremka's style. Once again Ira has done the picture where both characters are drawn in two different colors. This makes' rubygirl's character stand out to have hers drawn in the darker color and Garth the minotaur is drawn in the lighter pigment. I like the pose that Garth has been drawn in, crossed arms, confident and patiently taking his time in downing rubygirl's character. Garth's tongue is thick and looks strong as it tastes, directs the prey down his throat while the thick neck admits ruby's character into the large muscular body. The picture is pleasing to look at and the added text for sound effects finishes off what is a good picture overall.
A good one by IraGremka and it is good to see Garth and ruby14's characters playing so nicely.

That_Kei_Guy Link to the image - http://www.furaffinity.net/view/10096728/Image type and characters - Type A digital scene showing a micro trying not to slide down into a macros mouth while riding the tongue.
Why this image was chosen - The species of either the micro or the macro isn't mentioned by the artist but thats not really going to matter in the end. The line art in this scene is quite good and so is the shading, especially around the lower edge of the head and inside the mouth. I like the long thick neck and the way the front part of it curves down, many artists might just make it a straight line and leave it at that but that small detail is a fine addition to the picture. The smaller micro has a fleshy wet front row seat to what must be quite a view into the macro's waiting mouth. The question we have to ask is will the little guy going to take the plunge? I know that if I could somehow survive the trip and come out of it in one piece then I think I'd go for it. I enjoy the way the interior of the mouth has been drawn as well as the tongue and the saliva dripping from it. A lot of the people who have already responded to this artwork have some pretty good comments so be sure to go through them.
Good piece of work Kei Guy, random macro micro mouth play can be a lot of fun!

Puca-Puca Link to the image - http://www.furaffinity.net/view/10071511/Image type and characters - Type A cartoon like digital artwork of a dog being eaten by an elephant.
Why this image was chosen - I really like this picture because when I first saw it I had the same reaction as did lkjhlkjh who said " this makes me think of heffalumps and woozles. " The scene has a Disney type look to it but is different enough so that it doesn't copy the style outright. Puca-Puca has done this piece in an attractive and simple cartoon style with minimum amounts of coloring. Character design is pretty decent and the look on Jamesthedog's face shows that its a non consensual situation, ( as it states in the Keywords ). Consensual or not there isn't a lot of Elephant vore out there and they are so big and powerful you'd think they make pretty good preds when the mood strikes them.
Good piece of artwork there Puca-Puca!

Image type and characters - Type A digital mini comic with 15 scenes showing size play, foot play and vore.
Why this image was chosen - I have seen a few of these flash mini comics show up and have always enjoyed them when the images are well done and tells a good story. There are 15 images to scroll down through in this comic by That_Kei_Guy a the tiny fox meets up with Ben the dragon. In the first 4 panels we see the tiny fox licking, worshiping Ben's feet. Ben picks up the little fox with his toes before he then steps on the fox and gets in a little crush play. The fox is then picked up, gets a good look into the dragon's mouth before being dropped in and eaten after doing some tongue hugging/surfing. The comic ends with a burp and then a satisfied looking Ben is seen along with a small interior shot shown as an inset. A good micro/macro story is told here and the artwork has differing levels of detailing in each frame. In the maw shot and scenes where the fox is hugging/sliding on Ben's tongue additional work has been added as if the artist is emphasizing the payoff scenes. This is a good example of artwork that doesn't need to go into huge amounts of detail in order to tell a good vore story. The viewer scrolls down through a set of well drawn and pleasing looking minimalist images to the story conclusion. The viewer comes to the payoff scenes where an increased amount of attention highlights the last third of the comic and then the end comes.
Good work on this Kei_Guy, Ben and cherry-kyun should be happy with this effort, ( having an available PNG version is good as well. )

DAFF Selection for 3/5/2013 Sylvari vs Charr (GW 2)

FinalRoar Link to the image - Artist name, Link to the image - http://www.furaffinity.net/view/10065803/Image type and characters - Type A digital mini comic of a Charr swallowing a Sylvari, adult material, some P.O.V. frames.
Why this image was chosen - To start with I like the kind of storylines where there is a barbarian type character who decides to have a captive for lunch/dinner. Another thing that I really like about this comic is that the Charr is taking his time with the captive as he pleasures himself. It makes me think he gets off on eating the other guys whole and alive, this is reinforced by the artist's use of the words.. " I do remember him taking his time.. savoring me. " I can imagine how slow and leisurely the Charr's throat must be rippling around the Sylvari's body. The Charr's long tongue tasting and directing him in, down inside the big husky, hungry body. After the Charr has pushed the victim into his mouth for the final swallow the comic then changes to show the Sylvari's point of view as he is swallowed. The text in each frame is very good and so is the choice of colors and the way the comic has a dark appearance to it.
I like the characters and the way the Charr is looking like he's enjoying his meal while getting off on the act of consuming it. The point of view frames are well executed and I like teh way that fFinalRoar pokes fun at the prey with the quote " Eat your veggies, kids. u_u "
A very nice comic FinalRoar, the colors, the characters and the choice of words in the text is pretty good stuff!

Gaping Link to the image - http://www.furaffinity.net/view/10044029/Image type and characters - Type A digital scene of several micros in various stages of enjoying a macro lizard's maw.
Why this image was chosen - This picture comes to us from a pretty new account here on FA, the artist is fairly new, (unless this is an alternate or new account from an artist who has been here before.) However, if it is not then here is someone new whom I can see getting a lot of attention if they continue to put out such good quality works. Gaping's work is pretty damn good and in the case of this picture has some definite wow factor that can't be easily dismissed. In the featured scene we have Gryttl the macro female lizard "fishing" for her dinner and getting several "bites" from 4 interested micros. The first wants to straddle the end of her long tongue and he's seriously getting off on it. The second is is licking one of her big teeth, the third is doing something I have never seen anyone draw before so extra points for an original idea, (must have a serious tooth fetish to be doing that!) The fourth knows they are about to get swallowed but by the looks on their face it doesn't matter anymore, it's too enjoyable for them and there's no escape by that point anyway. When I look at Gryttl's looks and expression I really like what I see, the head shape is cool and so is the neck, the hair, the eyes and the jagged big teeth! This is a very well drawn and colored picture. I am impressed by how the mouth and the tongue look as well as the micros doing naughty things near/inside of the huge lizard girl's mouth before they are eaten. There are so many unique elements in this well done piece of artwork that I'm going to +favorite this into the group's hall of fame!
This is a very good piece of work Gaping!
