Okay so i really want to go to FWA this year but I realized that I don't quite have the funds for a room by myself this year. Is there anyone awesome enough to possibly let me stay with them, I'll probably only stay a day a night and half a day but maybe longer...maybe. There really is no change in store. I am planning on going to FWA and will hopefully make it. Anyway, it's been a while since my last journal and I just wanted to update you all. I've been out of the military since September, and I started college last month(majoring in Japanese). Other than that not much else is new...oh, I also got my ears pierced back in September. Feel free to send me a note or leave a comment on here and I write you back so we can catch up more.

I've been thinking about this for a while and I think I'm gonna change my fursona. I won't be changing my name, just species. I'll be changing to a shiba inu. To those of you that care tell me what you think, if you don't care, then I'm glad I wasted your time with my general journal title.

I just wanted to write about how my totally awesome v-day is going...oh wait that's right it's going no where, i didn't go anywhere, and ya know why? Because i have nobody to spend it with. I'm a loner...always was and always will be, that's all there is to it. Holidays like today suck... For me at least. So what, if i have emotional issues and can't "connect' with people very easily, that i might never find solace in any relationship out of fear of rejecion and as such humilliation. I'd still honestly like to take part in holidays like Valentine's day... Fuck... Stupid emotional "barriers", i want to go and put myself out there but, ah nevermind... I'm just ranting now. Anyway you should get where i'm going with this by now. To all those who are celebrating today now i wish you a happy valentine's day and hope that your love, relationship, open-ended sexual partnership or what ever it is you may have, last for years to come.

After the con I'll be sticking around in Orlando for about 4 more days, hitting up the Disney theme parks and going' to clubs and...such. I'm so excited...OOH! I can't wait!!!

Today is a very sad day. My grandmother who I have lived with for years now passed away this morning. She was one of the most influential people in my life. She was more of a mother to me than a grandmother. I will not remember her in her times of pain but rather her times of laughter and joy. The amount of joy that she exuded was large enough to make a whole stadium of depressed people feel better about themselves, she hardly ever got angry, rather she would smile and then laugh. There is so much more to her than this but I needed to at least get this out there. Grandma, you will be missed, and you will forever remain alive in all of our hearts as the kind, and loving person you always were.

Okay, now...This is gonna be kind of an opinionated rant(I just need to get it off my chest).

Love...throughout time both men and women have sought to obtain this object...no, this state of being. They've wanted to feel the warmth of the one they care for more than anything in the world, by their side for the rest of their life. But honestly, how does one obtain, reach this? Is the need to have someone holding you close during times of turmoil, as you both stare into each others eyes, tears already rolling past both of your cheeks. To know that, know matter what has happened or what it is that you may have done...you are always forgiven. In my opinion, the answer is yes. It is my dream to be held close, or to hold my love close to me eternally. To feel rather than hear our heartbeats become one as they gradually sync together, uniting us as one. I want to be touched in the ways only a person that's become such a part of my very existence could. To know, at least by them, you will forever be excepted. This is what my definition of love is, and this is what I want...this is what I need...true love...

In my last journal I wrote a couple of things towards how I've been feeling the last couple of days. I just wanted to clear it up by saying, that was no Emo I'd rather be dead kinda rant. I poured a lot of myself and emotions into that message. Truth be told, those feelings, they've been there my entire life. I guess it's just getting too much for my heart to handle and it's all starting to erupt.

Lately I've been struggling just to keep my mind in check, day after day it seems to be the same thing. I wake up in the morning with this fog in my head and vision hazy, it's getting harder to define myself, or even know who I am. I constantly feel alone, locked in a void, with no way out. Heart tearing, I don't intentionally distance myself from others, but there's this fear that I have. It seems every time I get close to someone they pass away, in a way I can understand why my mind distances my heart from others. To protect it, but there is a cost. Slowly over time I've become stoic, an emotionless slate of human flesh. I don't feel, but my heart keeps crying out I wish I could. I want to scream, I need to scream, but every time I try I choke.
I constantly wish I could feel love and happiness, but I wish in vain. For to love you must be close, and to be close you must feel. I cannot feel...
