Hey so, I know I'm the type to change things and accounts up a lot but I'm doing it again. Hopefully for the last time.

From now on this account will be my Commissions/Art for Others account! I haven't decided yet if I'm going to remove or just scrap the personal art I've uploaded to this account, but it WILL be reuploaded to the "new" account.

This "new" account will contain my personal work and well, it's not new at all. is where I'm moving my personal art to, as I've come to realize that is still my identity and I miss being ShelaFox in the community. But I didn't want to abandon this account either, so it feels like a good compromise.

I'll likely unfollow a lot of people on this account since all comments and faves will also be coming from the other account now, I'd like for this inbox to not clog up too much.

I've decided I'm going to upload my written works to Furaffinity.

This will include Riviera's Diary, which is what kick started The Caruso Legacy. This has been available to read on Toyhouse for several years and on my website for many of those years as well. It also includes writing for Rebels with Dangerous Thoughts, which was Shela's story. I say was because it's been re-written again as Renegade Rejects.

Despite the re-write, I spent a lot of time on what I did write, I want it to be seen. I love having it on my website and it being exclusive to that is nice and all but I held myself back for many years by making my work exclusive and not just sharing it. There's not reason not to keep posting it elsewhere.

So I hope you're excited to read it!! It'll be a drip feed, I don't want to spam people. Since I also have some doodles that I never uploaded, I'll probably mix them in with those just so it's not big blocks of writing with no art in between.

I don't feel like I have too much to say about life. I'm doing really well honestly but it's just been so busy and there have still been some big mental hurdles I've had to tackle. I haven't really felt like getting into detail about things because I'd really rather just spend the free time I have creating or updating my website.

It's been a while!

The past several years have been a lot, as they have been for us all. I've done very little with art this past year since I moved, got a full time job, have two kids now and have just had a lot of other stuff on my plate. It's overwhelming to say the least. Especially when it involves dealing with emotional trauma from decades of your life lmfao Things are getting better though and so now I'm trying to rebuild.

I did shut down my Patreon a few months ago, I wasn't producing enough and it put me more behind in reality. At this point, I'm okay with putting a pause to my art career. The job I got is actually enjoyable and it's nice to not use my art as means for survival. I still plan on doing merch and other things in the future, but for now I plan on just sharing my content for free.

I don't make any promises to be active here, I haven't even fully decided if I want to or not. However I will be at least uploading anything I'm missing that was done between 2019 and now, maybe some older stuff too for fun. But I do miss the community here, and Neer's passing hit me in a really weird way. I have so much to thank this place for, I want to continue to be here to some extent. I just don't want to promise it because I am very prone to just not having the spoons lmao.
