Furry Fiesta 2012 report
General | Posted 14 years agoHad a great time at FF. Made it back home OK. Unfortunately, I ended up in Laredo.
Now for the details. Let’s see what I can remember.
Thursday-
Met up with
tobu early in the morning in San Antonio and picked up 
marjorywarrenne and Neo on the way to Dallas. Got slowed up a bit because of construction not far from the Crowne Plaza. Eventually arrived and got my badge a few hours later (preregistered this time). Helped 
elinwinkler. 
joeartguy and Amy set up the Radio Comix table. Had dinner at Boston Market just before it closes.
Mild winter means copious amounts of allergens in the air, and there’s plenty of sneezing and congestion for me for most of the weekend.
Friday-
Assisted
briansutton, 
kingcheetah, and 
poinko with the set up of the Happy Jackal Graphics table in the dealers room and helped sell their stuff. Four new tshirt designs made their appearance at the con (one of them mine. Yay.). Met up and said hello to 
portzebie, 
sashadarkcloud, 
wolfkidd, 
sailoranna, 
glacierwolf, 
moonstone, 
goliathcpg and others. Dinner at Dickie’s Barbecue Pit.
I was still feeling the effects from allergies which results in me going to sleep early.
Saturday-
Much like Friday. Sold plenty of shirts and drew in many sketchbooks. Dinner at The Londoner.
Talked with my friend
vaperfox for a bit after dinner. Went to the Corral (by the way, FC really needs a room the size of the Corral or AC’s Zoo for their Creator’s Lounge) to get some more drawing done, but allergies make me sleep in early again.
Sunday-
Got some more drawing done, and helped Brian and Shon pack up their stuff before 3pm. Stayed with Poinko the rest of the day at the table. Dealers room closes and I help the Radio Comix crew break down their table and pack up their stuff. Dinner at Tokyo One.
Hung around with Joe and talked about the con and what changes need to be made if it continues growing. Went to get some more drawing done at the Corral and finally felt well enough to stay up late (would’ve been nice to have that energy during the con). Got back to the room by 2:30am-3am.
Monday-
Since Tobu has membership in the hotel’s Priority Club we get to check out at 2pm which lets us get more rest. After getting some luch at In-N-Out on Midway and LBJ Hwy we head south.
Marjory and Neo are dropped off first and then Tobu takes me to the Greyhound station in downtown San Antonio and I make my way home from there.
Now for the details. Let’s see what I can remember.

General | Posted 14 years agoMy younger brother was in a car crash this morning and was taken to the hospital suffering from a concussion.
The doctors released him a few hours later and he's back home now resting. Hopefully his recovery from his injuries will be quick.

It has since been removed from iTunes, but is being uploaded everywhere, of course. So if you don't want to learn any spoilers, it would probably be best to stay off the internet until Saturday or watch it on YouTube right now.

About half the art in my portfolio got sold at FC (thanks to everyone who bought something, especially to whomever bought nearly $100 worth of artwork :D ), so I need to whip up some more art for it for future conventions.
Cheesecake type pin ups will be done of course, but does anyone have any ideas what other subject matter I should try? Any suggestions are welcome from 'general audience' to 'adults only'.

I just wanted to know your opinion on the quality of the dub being shown in your country. If you know the language but don’t live where the dub is being broadcast I’d still be pleased to read your opinion.
