I just feel like saying this, as it may not be obvious as I would like but...

I really am lucky. Sure, not the best luck when it comes to jobs, or income taxes issues... but...

I am lucky to have my family, and friends that I have, that are able to support and help me through rough times. While I do tend to be obvious that I honestly appreciate the support and help, I always feel that I may not be as forthcoming about that, so, hence this journal.

I truly appreciate the support and help I've been blessed with. (Not that my parents would ever see this but...) I just want to make sure in saying that I am truly grateful, even if it's something that would simply cheer me up. It all helps, and I'm truly grateful for it.

As far as my current status? I am still working at a minimum wage job still, somehow managing bills. It's a balancing act (that I don't really care for mind you. c.c), but it's so far working in my favor... even if it doesn't leave me with any funds to do anything.... but! It's better than before, where I was jobless. c.c

Anyway, apologies for this, just felt like speaking my mind on something I felt needed to be stated. (not that many people read these, but whatever)

Is it just me, or is there a LOT of people recently just changing accounts?

I honestly don't see the point of doing so, as most just want a different name. I can understand if they want to change due to content for their profession... but most I see these days just change for the heck of it?

I dunno, maybe this old dog is too old to get the fads of the young.

That being said, I'm not saying you shouldn't, just an observation I've made recently, nothing more.

Yeah, was my birthday yesterday, I had work, so didn't really got to change this topic until now really.

Things are still decent, still working at the same place, not really able to save up for anything, but at least I can pay the bills.

In either case, hope you guys have a good one.

Two hours in my sleep (I usually sleep 4-6AM to 12:00-2:00PM, because of my sleep pattern and usually working nights), Barely past 8AM, I get a call, and it was an obvious scam call, whatever, I hang up the moment I notice it's a scam call, and head back to bed to get back to sleep. 5 SECONDS later, the phone rings again, it was the same exact person, claiming they weren't going to try selling anything, to which I hung up immediately again, as they were fishing for info given the opening statement the individual had said. I go back to bed, somewhat frustrated.

That's not the best part.

They call AGAIN, I go to my phone, pick up and hang up immediately. It rings again, do the same thing.

After it not ringing right away, figuring they got the hint, I go back to bed, only to be called a 5th time.

I go to my phone, confirm it's the same person that called me, and pretty much threatened them to stop calling me that instant, and hung up without letting them talk.

They finally stopped after that one, but by then, I was wide awake and no longer able to fall back asleep.

Seriously, to anyone that think scamming people is cool, easy money, and for kicks, please stop. Everyone suffers as a result, and to those that are doing it, and keep doing it ought to be ashamed and hope you get caught, most people have enough trouble with the economy as is without this. If you have enough time to try and scam people, you have enough time to get an actual job and make a positive contribution to the economy.

Sorry for the rant, just really frustrated I'm loosing sleep on a work day because of this.

I haven't uploaded anything in many years, so sorry for spamming a bit there.

I might be posting more stuff from different artists once I get the okay from them, as I don't know their disposition on posting their stuff as well as Stampy.

My apartment is the 3rd that got hit by bed bugs in this building this is going to be a fun time in dealing with this.

The landlord got someone booked to spray my apartment on Monday.

This whole process is going to be fun to deal with. c.c

Yeah, turned 30 today.

Nothing really new, I am coming to a close on several payments tough, so that'll be great. Oh, I'll also get to use my bike this summer, so I'll even be able to save up on bus passes, so that'll help too.

In either case, things are looking up, be well.

Got an extra payment for a year, but at least I'm now operable again.

I'm typing on my 3DS as I think my hardrive on my laptop might have died. I'm waiting to see if the auto repair options can resolve this issue.

...what a pain this is, I don't have the kind of money to simply go get a new one. bleh... x.X;

Hopefully, this can be resolved without repairs, as I'm not paying to fix this 400$ budget laptop. I'll keep you posted.

Well, seems like the boot partition is gone, so until I get my hands on a new PC, my Internet time is limited to my 3ds. Ugh... why me?

The suspect was caught last night with no further incidents.

I feel relieved that they got him now.

The city is still in lockdown.

The individual is still at large, heavily armed, and extremely dangerous. The RCMP is in intensive manhunt mode at the moment, an update from them should be around 30 minutes or so from now.

Please pray for the families affected, and for the officers that died, got wounded, and continue to risk their lives in the line of duty.

The man is sill at large, the over all situation hasn't changed. There is some good news though, one of the officers that was injured got released from hospital not long ago.

Well... some madman(madmen) Decided to go on a rampage in the northern part of Moncton tonight.

Last I heard before I was allowed to go home from work, is that 4 were dead, 3 of them being RCMP officers. Thankfully, I'm not in that section of the city but... Well... here's hoping things get resolved. This is the sort of excitement no-one wants or needs.

So until further notice, the city is in lockdown, many have to stay where they are for the night, I was lucky and was allowed to go home, thankfully, one of my co-workers gave me a lift.

So yeah, hopefully nothing else happens.

This is exactly why I REALLY dislike having a mobile number for security purposes.

To start with, I have no mobile phone, I can't afford it, but anything Microsoft is pestering me for one. (so is google for that matter), I keep having to skip it, as I don't have one.

Now, while I don't use my Hotmail as much, it still had importance. Well... I decided to check it yesterday, only to get a message that they suspect that my caaount was being used, so it asks me to either verify my mobile # (which I don't have), or fill out a form to be verified.

Now... on this form had the security question that I got correct, and my date of birth, but everything else was obscure. Like, it's asking me what the last 5 emails I received, or... what folders you created. How the heck would I know that? I don't keep a mental note of everything I do in there. In either case, I send the form with the info I could remember, only to get my account blocked for insufficient info.

Better take note on what you do in your MS accounts, they'll block you if you can't remember the details no-one pays attention to.

Today, I was given a shift because of changes in the schedule.

...but I forgot it started at 2:15.

I go to bed around 4 in the morning, normally, I wake up around noon.


...not today, I woke up around 2... 15 minutes before my shift. I could only get to work at 2:40at the earliest, whether by taking the buss, or walking to work.

So I did the responsible thing and called work, just to let them know that I was going to be late, but that I was going to be there as soon as possible.

The manager checked to see if they needed me for the day, and told me to not to worry, that they didn't need me today. ...so I lost an entire shift. *sighs*

I wonder if doing this to myself subconsciously.... I find things hard as it is... I don't need this sort of thing happening on top of it, I struggle enough as it is. /end rant.

I'm not the best when it comes to manual labour, as they are noticing, this was a spam CV location for me to get a job but... well... I got it but...

I have Part-Time classification just as their busy season starts, but when I try to work my scedule with the other job I have, the manager seemed less than impressed that I won't be working 40 hours at his location.

...if that was the case, why not have it as a Full-Time clasification?

As a result, it makes me wonder if I can fit with my new employer or not, if my new manager doesn't like me splitting my hours between both until I figure out if the new place is for me. Well... tough for him, as I'm doing what I need to do to keep having some income. I'm not going to abandon my current one for a job I'm not sure that I'll like, or that I'll be able to keep after the busy season is over.

*sighs* Why cant anything be easy for once? Always have struggled to do anything after starting high school... seems like this is going to continue for the rest of my life as this keeps going.

Well, turned 28th today. Doing better than last year... though it ain't perfect mind you..

I still have my job, and I am finding that I do like this one better than all the call center jobs I've had to date.

Learned what to watch out for, when it came to hot things that can burn you at least, so that helped alot.


The problem now is... I need to find either a second part time, or a Full Time job, as while Empire Theatres is a good place, it's not enough to pay the bills. I think that so long I can pay utilities... My parents are willing to help pay rent until I can make enough to afford it on my own. I had two intervies recently, hoping I get good news so that I don't have to burden my parents any more than I already have. I mean... while I'm truly grateful that they are willing to help me, I do hate the fact that I'm not self sufficient yet and have to keep asking for help. c.c

Was hoping that 2013 would go well, considering the hard times I had for multiple years.

Morning of January 1st, 2013, my grandfather on my fathers side died in his sleep.

Got fed up with my PC not being reliable. It started having issues after months of no issues c.c;

So... I got a cheap laptop.

...the supposed 'End of the world' came... Hold on a sec, nothing happened, big shocker there. c.c


Now, I seriously hope all the ones predicting 'Doomsday' get the fucking hint and stop these. NOT ONE HAPPENED! -.-

Decided to make some soup for me today because I felt like it.

When I decided to carry the bowl to the table, I happened to spill some on my fingers.

As a result, 4 fingers on my right hand, and 2 on my left got burns. It's slowly starting to improve, the pain takes longer to come back. And it's incresingly easier to tolerate what pain I do get.

Figures something like this would happen, I had too many good things happen to me recently. *sighs*

EDIT: Comes to find out, its 2 fingers on each hand, was hard to tell at the time due to the searing pain. The pain is gone, but I need to be mindfull not to hit the burned areas, as that still hurts when that happens.

EDIT 2: Well, good news: It seems the burns are only surface burns, as they no longer hurt at all -even if I touch those areas-.

After 3+ years of being jobless and broke, I finally get a call about an hour ago that I got hired.

It's minimum wage, and part time hours, but I dont care! It's a job, and an income, I'll be able to finally do things again!


I was starting to worry I wasn't going to get this job, if that was the case, I wold have felt like crap about failing at getting a small job that anyone can get. But, thankfully, it didn't come to that.

I'll be glad when I get things sorted again, untill then, be well.

Reached 27 today... was hoping I'd have access to my parents PC so that I could talk to my friends but... I guess I'm not that lucky today.

I should be around tomorow...

Its now I realise that... while I dont have that many friends... Being cut off like this does make me feel lonely. =/
