Is there a way to anime a static pic?

Just want to ask around, is there a way to anime a static pic?
I saw some artist managed to convert a static pic into a .gif or flash file, making the characters in the pic moving. That seems fun and I want to try it too. But I have totally no idea how to do it or what software to use.
Could someone show me some tutorial, or at least give me some hint to begin with? Thanks! <:3

Is there something wrong with FA's message system (again)...

I have multiple SENT messages in the sent folder, they are always shown as "not read". The oldest one is about a month ago, right at the time when FA updated the site.
It's either there's something wrong with FA's system and messages doesn't actually sent out, or the recipients being rude enough not to read message for a whole month. Or maybe they have problems opening the page? IDK. @w@

Is there a way to fast-export submissions to other sites?

Haven't maintain my other accounts on SF or Inkbunny for quite a while, since maintaining the acc. on FA already took too much time... @w@
and now I had about 500+ images to upload to those sites, eep...
I used to heard it from somewhere, that I can re-post my submissions from FA to other sites, but I didn't marked that down, and now I can not find that menthod anymore. @w@
If anyone know how to do that, could you please let me know? thanks!

Is there a way to LOCK incomming transactions in paypal?
Posted 9 years agoJust want to ask around, is there a way to lock the transactions in my paypal account, so that nobody can sent money INTO my paypal whithout my pre-confirm, only myself can sent out invoices?
Some furry is sending money without letting me know in advance, which is a volation of my TOS. And to refund those non-official transactions, I'll need to PAY EXTRA for thouse transactions. It is not much, but if this keeps happening, I'll be in big trouble.
I just want to know if there is a way to REFUSE all non-monitered transactions from random people/furries, in order to avoid trolls and frauds, etc.? If they can not sent money to me in the first step, it may avoid a lot of troubles.

WHAT?! I lost 73$ of drawing a 53$ commission for someone?!

A customer had commissioned me in some other days, the commission is completed, and I got the payments. (53 USD)
However, the customer's bank has some issue and they roll back all the transactions, including those money he paid me...
how here's the interesting part: they don't just roll back those 53 USD, they place a goddamn "Chargeback Settlement" fee on every transaction, and it's 10$, and they charge it from me! what the hell?!
since there's two transactions, paypal charges 10+10 = 20 USD, including those 53 USD I lost, I actually lost 73 USD in total.
Now's great, you work for someone, you didn't get paid, and you lost even more money. Talking about bad lucks in the whole life..... @w@
Now I am in a really bad mood, allow me to walk away for a few days to catch a breath...... and for that customer who bring up the issue could you PLEEEEEEASE just show up and tell me what's going on? Thanks.
