Well, I just received Sonic Universe issue 21... And I've gotta say I'm a little pissed. Ok, here's the main plot in so far: Cream and Vailla (Who are apparently in the story now, even though they were only part of Sonic X and have never been in a single mainstream Comic) are at the FF headquarters with Amy when Nicole shows up and tells them to check out a weird energy signature. Not bad so far, right? Okay, so Amy heads off with Cream, because obviously bringing a 6 year old girl into a former warzone that may be filled with killer robots is a good idea (WTF?!?), and they head for the energy source (also a bit of reference there to the wasteland that was the city). They get there and they find a pissed Blaze (and Nicole couldn't detect fire being used why?). Blaze attacks Amy (why?) and then creams trys to stop them and Blaze gets Amy and cream to help her find the Sol emeralds, which she has apparently lost. Again (who the hell made here gaurdian of them anyways??? Also, wasn't she just fighting Amy??? WTF!?!). Then they go galavanting off into a forest where, randomly, Rouge pops up randomly. Did I mention it was random? Hold on, gotta rant for a sec. You may as well skip this bit: {{Okay, WTF is with rouge's designs in this SU series??? I mean, WTF??? Sonic designs remain constant, even with different artists! I mean, cream and vanilla have the same goddamn dresses from Sonic X, Sally looks that same as her first appearance, so WTF is with Rouge? Its not the clothes, that's not my issue. Here's my issue: In the main series STH, she's the base fanservice, and has the *ahem* "assets" to make it so. What not obvious enough? Fine. Shes got a huge bust! Good enough? Okay. She was AT LEAST a double d in that series and they had no problem flaunting it in your face (and as a male fanboy is was wonderful!), with plenty of side shots and convenient bending over (note she wears a skintight body suit, so no down-cleavage, but still...). Now, in Sonic Universe, shes a B if that. It started in the second 4 issue set they introduced, where every fanboy just burst into tears. I mean, her epic cleavage was the main point of her character, so why the hell did they remove 'them'? Alot of fans hoped that Archie comics would see the light and reinstate her status as largest bust of the series, but Nooooooo, They had her as flat as blaze! W...T...F!!!!!}} Alright, back now. So, Rouge randomly appears and joins them, though amy is skeptical (damn right, rouge has the habit of stealing and betraying people, so its more than justified). They have a sequence where theres a falling log and we get to see Blaze and Rouge in action and its awesome, though entirely unnecessary. Rouge's thoughts at this point do reveal what shes about to do. They then find the Sol Emerald, Blaze apologizes to Cream for being "Untrusting" (WTF? She attacked them on first sight and has been hostile since! Whats with the turnaround? She's still got 5 emerald to go!). And then, surprise, surprise, Rouge says that she's taking the Emerald. Really, the long time thief is going to take the emerald. Anyone surprised? Thought not. Amy tries to fight and proves, once again, that she's not really effective against any named character... Rouge almost gets away when Blaze snaps and says she'll kill rouge. At this point Shadow and Omega, two of the most powerful characters alive (Shadows the Goddamn Ultimate lifeform and Omega has enough firepower to piss of Fiest, the god of the special zone, don't even try to debate me there, I can cite those), and stand there looking menacing. End issue. WTF is this Sh*t??? Who the F is writing this??? RAGE!!!!

I figure I should introduce myself. I have a few watchers, not entirely sure why. I mean, my art is far from good and I only have two pieces up. Anyways, I love you all, since it means someone is listening (I hope...). Anyways, I'm darksorm, a sonictard fan, a bionicle advanced builder, and all around geek. if its geeky, I've either seen it or its on my list. I try to draw as well as I can, but have immense problems translating the epicness from my head to the paper. Rest assured that what I think is lightyears ahead of my drawing skills. I'm a talented bionicle artist, however.
