I got a Huion tablet and tried it out for the first time today. Feels really nice to use. Clip Studio is also really good at making using it feel like I'm drawing on paper like I normally would.

Somewhat overdue, but I settled into my new apartment.
I like the new job.
Can't wait for winter to be over so that I can crack out the bicycle and explore the area without needing to use the car.

I've been going through a pretty rough last few weeks. To name just a few, I lost my job, had to take out a loan to have my car's AC fixed, then had my car break down again a week later, leading to another few hundred dollars of necessary fixing.

I'm now in a pretty dire financial situation. As such, while I am looking for a new job, I'm going to be attempting some art stuff for supplemental income to pay off the cost of these repairs. Within the next few days, I'm going to post the first of these attempts in the form of a character adopts.

Ugh. Too hot. I know it's kind of AZ's thing, but still, sheesh. Can I get a week that isn't straight triple digits every day? Fuck global warming.

Still enjoying my QA job. Reached 1 year work anniversary. Pay raise get.

I haven't done much art. A scribble here or there.
