I've been getting a small influx of watchers recently and I've wanted to know, how'd you all find me? And what made you wanna watch me? Also, what is it that you like about my work? Just asking because that would help me in what I can do in the future.

I'm probably sure I made a similar journal about this in the past but, who cares, I just needed to bump the old one off.

Also, this also applies to those who have been following me for years as well.

My friend  melaniecaffrey is in dire straits. Her roof is collapsing and is in need of repair. And with the rain that she's been getting, things have only been getting worse. As Pride Month comes again, remember that you are valid. Don't forget that you're loved and supported by the ones you know and love. And in these turbulent times, our sense of community is now needed more than ever. Please stay safe, and stay amazing.


As for future plans, I was thinking about starting up a project. If y'all have heard of the 'Inktober' challenge, I wanted to do something similar like that, but instead of being constrained to a time limit. Instead of having a set list to draw themes from, I would make up lists with themes to draw so I can go at my own pace, without the looming doom of a deadline.

I've already come up with a few lists:

Favorite game series
Mario Power Ups
Different fursona species
Pokemon Trainer classes
Mario Kart Tour/World costume themes

So if this is something that you would like to see, let me know in the comments. And if you wanna do something like this, go ahead. It'd be cool to see what y'all come up with. I might even share some of my lists if you wanna try mine.

As you're already aware, FA recently implemented the ability to change your display name. I was wondering if I should make some changes to my name, or if I should just keep it as is. Nothing major, just remove some things. Just something I've been mulling over.

I need a distraction, so ask me stuff.

I've been havin' trouble coming up with ideas lately, so a friend suggested I should draw some of my characters. Trouble is, I've got plenty of them, but I can't decide which ones I wanna draw. So, I'm asking you guys, which of my characters do you wanna see me draw?

I want to extend a deep and heart-felt thank you to all who reached out and offered their condolences. You've took some of the pain away from losing my grandpa and made it hurt less. The sadness is still here, and I feel it won't go away for a while, but with you guys around, I'll be ok.

While out getting groceries with my step-mother, we get a call from from my brother, obviously crying.

My grandpa has passed away....

I just feel.... numb right now.... I didn't expect him to go so soon.

I'll get through this.... I'm strong....

I got back from the hospital today. No, I'm fine, don't worry. However, one of my family members... is in a really bad shape.

Here's what's going on:

Last year, during thanksgiving, I went to see my grandparents. I had found out that my grandpa had cancer in his bile duct. When I saw him, he looked really tired and low energy. He hadn't been eating or anything and it was really affecting him. So, they decide to do chemo, but given his age, the chances of it working were.... practically slim to none.... like roughly 2%. Well, fast forward to December and I get told that the cancer is spreading through his body. So basically... it's terminal at this point. His stomach began to distend from all the fluids in his body which started to affect his kidneys and liver to the point where they're slowly shutting down. So.... he made the choice of going into hospice care until his time comes. I just visited him at the hospital today..... and I nearly broke down and cried when I saw him. I didn't want to be there, but I need to face it head on. The way I held his hand and felt it shake as he lied there.... it was heart wrenching.

So... please.... I need your support when the time comes. I'm just... really upset right now.

As much as 2024 was.... something, 2025 is almost here. I hope that we can make this new year happy and prosperous. So together, let's make 2025 a wonderful year.

Also, I have plans for next year. I've been writing down ideas for art pics, as well as character concepts I wanna create, so my goal is to at least get some of those ideas out and made.

I also want to expand my gaming library, so I've been wanting to try out some indie titles like Freedom Planet and Dust: an Elysian Tale. If any of you have suggestions, indie or other, feel free let me know.

Have an update on the move. Got the internet set up here, so everything should be on its way back to normal soon. Things are moving along at a good pace, just need to unpack and set up a few things, and we'll be back in business at 100%, or something like that.

Art may take a backseat for a while, so there's that. Otherwise, thank you for all of your support during this time.

I'm typing this while using my phone as a mobile hot spot, but progress is made in the move. My room is almost complete. Just gotta move around the furniture, get my desk set in, install blinds, curtains and a ceiling fan, set up the internet and all will be well. Unpacking will suck, but it is what it is. Thank you all for being patient with me.

As the journal says, I'll be moving to a new place soon. Nothing across the state or country, just in the same town I currently live in. So apologies for the lack of activity and art in the future as the move happens. Thank you for your time.
