Help, please, if anyone’s had experience with these devices:
HUION KD100 or XPPen ACK05

I’ve had two HUION KD100 devices—one bought, the other sent to me under warranty—and they both broke! Then I got an XPPen ACK05, and it has the same problem 😭 After about a month or two of use, the scroll wheel starts to lag and jump forward and backward. I use the roller to zoom in and out on the canvas, and these jumps are incredibly annoying. And it just keeps getting worse over time.

I couldn’t find any solution for this issue. Maybe I should open it up and clean the roller, but I have no idea how, and I’m afraid I might break everything.

У меня было два устройства HUION KD100 — одно купил, другое прислали по гарантии — и оба сломались! Потом я купил XPPen ACK05, и там та же проблема 😭 Спустя месяц-два использования колесико начинает лагать и дергаться вперед-назад. Я использую роллер для приближения и отдаления холста, и эти скачки жутко раздражают. И со временем все только хуже.

Я не смог найти никакого решения для этой проблемы. Может, стоит вскрыть и прочистить роллер, но я не знаю как и боюсь все сломать.
