New Patreon Prices and What They Buy

As mentioned in the previous post, we’ve decided to lower our Patreon prices. Here’s some quick info about our tiers:
Lowly Worm ($3):
-Early access to monthly comics
-Digital downloads of monthly comics (sizes vary)
-Our gratitude that you've fed us

-Early access to monthly comics
-Digital downloads of monthly comics (sizes vary)
-One monthly page from the Lore Tomes
Noble ($5):

We're trying to do some CPR on our Patreon before we have to make some tough decisions about where we're going with Studio Nascosto. For this reason, and because everyone else is trying to stretch their money right now, we're dropping our tier prices. To those who are already patrons, thank you so much for all that you've done so far! You're about to have lower bills for the same perks as well as our undying gratitude! For Twitter-ers thinking about joining us in the near future, please check out this poll and give us your opinion on pricing. And, if you've had a look at our Patreon and thought that it's lacking, please let us know what you'd like to see from us! We're open to suggestions. Thanks, guys!

In my last journal I mentioned that we had some news regarding Studio Nascosto. After much deliberation, we’ve decided to move to Patreon. Parenting, website maintenance, work, school, and comic production have proven too be too much to juggle at one time, and though we’re keeping our domain and website, we’re putting it on the back burner for the time being.
Instead of having to buy each new issue of your favorite series, Patreon subscribers will have access to our new comics for a lower monthly price, behind the scenes goodies, lore extras, and you get to see our free content way before Instagram, Twitter, and FurAffinity. Patreon will have our free content in front of the paywall, as well.
Are funds tight? No problem. As I mentioned, we will be releasing “That Which is Unseen” (and possibly other series, too) here, on Instagram, and on Twitter. We don’t want you to miss out on our favorite stories to tell because the economy is in shambles. ^^’
I also want to thank you all for your patience while we figure out what the heck we’re doing as a studio. We’re young and dumb (but not too ugly) and trying to learn how to do things right. Hopefully this new system will make consistent releases much easier to keep up with. We’ll update you of the when’s and where’s in the coming weeks.
P.S. Keep your eyes open around New Years. Juni’s less than cordial introduction to Nico wasn’t without aftermath.

We are discouraged, to put it simply. It has been a week of fighting, troubleshooting, and head scratching in hopes of getting our website off the ground, only to find (find through research, mind you, nobody actually had the consideration to tell us) that our identification number that allows us to get paid won’t actually be on record with the IRS for two weeks. No payment system will work with us until then. We’re at a standstill.
Even so, I will be posting content here and on Twitter as promised in order to fill the silence and keep from beating my head against a wall. Hell, by the time this nightmare is over we might have two issues of TWIU ready for you instead of one. We’ll just have to see how it all plays out.

Dearshul Launch Update (Paperwork Hell)

As you might have guessed from the title, slow clerical work from the state has put our launch on pause. We aren’t currently able to accept any payments for anything that you might buy on our website (which constitutes most of what we have), so we are having to postpone, possibly as late as the 28th of this month depending on how quickly our paperwork processes.
However, I will be posting some goodies here and on Twitter to ensure that the hype wasn’t completely wasted. I’m so sorry, guys. Hopefully the wait isn’t as long as they say.

Gonna Take a Break

Things with the Nascosto launch are going to run a little behind schedule. My grandma passed away this morning. I’m going to need some time to process and grieve.
Don’t get too wrapped up in the minutiae of life not to make time for your elders. It is a mistake that I am coming to regret deeply. She never got to see her great granddaughter in person. I feel so horrible.

Dearshul Finally, Sleep (A Little Update)

Our little wiggle’s doctor cleared us to actually sleep when she sleeps! We can finally put the reflux scares behind us. Now all that remains is to actually remember how to sleep properly… >.>
In other news, I’m going back to school online to hopefully pull in some side money teaching and tutoring ESL. That way, Mr. Lab can spend more time at home with the wiggle and me (and, you know, working on backgrounds). ^^ I’m going to get a few TWIU issues out there this year come hell or high water!
I hope your new year is better than the last two so far. Thank you for your continued support and love!

Dearshul Hey... Uh... Might Be Quiet For a Bit

First, I want to thank those of you who are patiently RPing with me again. It has been so nice to explore different aspects of my internal world and yours and it has served as a lovely diversion for my waking shifts. I intend to continue, but I don't know how diligent I can be right now. We just lost two family members, one on my side and one on Mr. Lab's. Neither were fully unexpected, but it hurts all the same. I can't really say one way or another how grief is going to affect me; I may want to escape here or I may just want to hide for a while. Either way, thank you guys for affording me an escape if I need it.
P.S. Comments disabled because it's just a lot. I know you guys will pour out love and encouragement because you're so dependable for that, but I don't know how to handle it right now. Know that I'm grateful for you and your compassion.
