So I had some thoughts as I kinda slowly integrate myself back into this "place" and was thinking about if I made this profile for commissions, gifts, etc. and a different profile to run my personal pet projects on? Basically like one for my silly kinks to settle on and the other for all my story lore and character universe stuff to have a place, but then again I'm a bit against it since I know the nature of this site that I've been around for the last 9 years now despite a sort of lurker activity, so I'll give it some more time before we get to that point, but other things to attend to first!

So some news, I've been pretty silent for a bit of time. Had gone through some things, recently learning that I'm autistic being one of the few things I needed to coupe with for a bit of time after I learned I was and getting set with people I can actually trust in terms of talking with and getting some assistance. I don't really post art here as much around this site and kind am not in much of a mood to share most of it here, so mostly commission stuff will get posted here... when I do feel like posting.

It's easier for me to access and post what I do feel like sharing cause coming here to post through a set of things gets a little tedious and really does not hold my attention for long to the point of "Well fuck I don't feel like posting it right now right after I just finished it." Cause there is a lot of art I have on the backburner that I have not posted or really shared here or much of well, anywhere if I had to guess.

As for commissions, I'm still working on them, it's taking some time cause I'm looking for a job and being in a workplace around people I can't trust is not a very good setting for me, so I'm trying my hands at getting into graphic design cause it's an environment where I do not have to worry about interactions as much and things cutting into my routines without me getting frustrated to the point I might actually flip out, which I don't like the feeling.

A lot has happened between the last journal and now, I had to move back home to lick some wounds and I mean that in the kind that I messed up in some places and it costed me. But right now things are settled down, slightly at least, but I might have a harder time without having much of a way to get things off the ground.

Before I wanted to get a personal kink toy done for myself, but I found my options would make it neigh impossible to find a place that exactly could do, as many companies I asked and small places said that while a few did say that they loved the idea, the problem is they did not have the resources to do it or that the resources were too high of a price during their time to deviate from the supplies they already have. So right now, I never wanted to bring this up, but the longer this goes on, that harder it will become.

But the reason I don't try to bring up my personal problems is because I've tried reaching out before with really disappointing results when dealing with financial issues, with either not really getting as much assistance when I tried to work for it and tried to advertise myself to keep pushing and hoping that maybe I'll get some help and I can't blame you guys, everyone has their own problems to deal with, be that either their own financial issues or that they don't have the kind of luxury to use their allowance in such a way.

I moved to California to a friend's house last year to attend Academy of Art University, can't really say it's the best, but their teaching me things and it's helping to move along with whatever it is I'm trying to improve in, but with how my payment works to pay off rent, by the point I get the money from my benefits, I don't have enough for myself to get better tools or pay for the other smaller bills that I might have because it mostly goes into rent and food and it grows increasingly frustrating.

So I'm going to try this, I use to practice an art style that Hiimdaisy used for a few of the comics she did way back, and right now I'm currently trying to break out of my comfort zone of just being a traditional artist with getting use to doing digital art with my tablet. I'm going to try taking commission for doing Hiimdaisy styled icons to try making money, because depending on how these next 3 years of my attendance for school goes and what assignments might get thrown my way, I likely will not have a suitable schedule to get a part-time job. I'll start with just the line art first because I'm still getting use to the feel of my tablet before breaking into adding colors and shading.

For pricing, I'll try this:
-Line art: 10$
-Color: 20$
-Shaded: 25$

I ask that if you guys can spread this around, and if I feel I really need to but I honestly detest it to a great deal of my being, I might have to start up a Patreon and I'm not pretty happy with that, but I really want to see through making a career out of illustration. Okay, so where do I exactly go with this? The major point I want to throw out here is, be friends with who you want to be friends with or interact with who you so please.

Now look, something I've seen a great majority of the time is where people say sides are like important, that you MUST pick them, no I don't believe that, it sounds like a shit excuse for a posse to grow in numbers, you pick sides based on the facts, because if you choose something based on word of mouth due to believe someone else over the other, that's honestly fucked up, to the nth degree.

I love all my friends, I care about all the people I interact with, though I do realize at times I need to like back off and remember I need time to care for myself too. One of the major issues I run into with friends is that "Hey you can't be friends with that person because that betrays my trust in you." Now hear me out here, YOU, as a human, a person are entitled to feel betrayed, but you cannot force your guilt and philosophy of why person A can't interact with person B in any shape way or form. If my friend is friends with something I've had a bad history with, should I stop them? No, yeah I'll give a warning on how they should make approaches to said person, but I'll never try to discourage them from wanting to get to know them.

The biggest factor in this is, interactions vary for each and every person, not all interactions end up being the same, when you are trying to bar people, your own friends especially, Hell I even consider this for family members to not interact with someone because of beliefs, your experience with them, or just things that effected you, despite they have better interactions with them, it's wrong and manipulative. It is different however if that friend is being abused by said person, then yeah, maybe not let them try poking that person with a 10 inch stick within a 35 foot radius or just ya know, stay the fuck away.

So be friends with who you choose to be friends with, don't let the bribes or fear of your other friend hold you back and for those that do end up doing that to friends, honestly in my eyes, your a piece of shit.

Also a question, but I'm not so sure, I want to post my art again, though what kinda is a peeve for me is that not many say anything or really no one at all, which I guess that stems from the fact I'm hungry for criticism in my work, but I know this ain't the site for that. Hello people, here's the thing, since I'm pretty limited in what I can do in terms of art until I get my hands on all of my supplies again, this will be the alternative for now... I'll be opening commissions, but only in the form of sketches and inkings.

Slots are limitless, if you want a sketch = $5 for one, you can pick up how many you like, but they will only be sketches, if you want me to ink them, that's an extra $5 for inks.

Generally this will be the alternative since I'm still waiting to get a job and keep myself handled on bills and other things that end up coming my way.
