I've been having really bad anxiety and depression for a while.

It just seems to be getting worse.

Some of my friends have suggested that I should probably talk to a therapist. Or to take anti-depressants, but I don't know how that would affect me--some have said it would make me become 'emotionless' but I rather be that way than how I feel usually.
