Hello all,

I know it's been a hot minute since I have posted, or submitted a journal, or even existed on this website other than to lurk and favorite art. Been through a lot, depression, relationship troubles, cancer, 4 different surgeries, the works really. I have drawn here and there, but haven't uploaded anything. Well I am here to upload some once in a while. Unsure if i'll be back to my old rate of submitting often, but here and there I'll be throwing some things I drew in. Most, if not all of it has been gift art to friends haha, so please don't judge. Still using my derpy, odd, simplistic style, of course.

Anyways, hope to see those who stuck around (which idk why you would, I've been gone so long.) Hope you all are doing well and happy.

I had met Dogbomb once during a time in my life when I was at an all time low. When I had lost myself and my love for life. His complete positivity and his genuine kindness touched my heart and really helped me tough through things. I had never forgotten the kind words and the smile he shared with me. It saddens me that he is gone, but the world is so much better with the good vibes, big smiles and laughs, and lots of whole hearts he left behind. Safe Journey, Sir. You were able to move my frozen heart in the darkest time. Thank you.

So I've finally gotten fully settled in Peachtree City, Georgia. Any furries around there? :P

I found a job at a local animal hospital as a Veterinary Assistant. It's a wonderful job, enjoying it very much. I've gotten myself a kitten named Nixon. I adopted him from Animal Control. He was born on the streets. Poor little guy. I"ll post a picture of him soon. He's crazy, rambunctious and gets into all sorts of trouble, but he IS a kitten, and he is very derpy. We've nicknamed him Derp Nixon. He enjoys chasing his tail and eating people food. He has a thing for cheese balls. yuck. :(

I hope everyone is doing well. Just giving a little update for those who care.

Just as the title says. I'm moving to Georgia at the end of the month. :) I'd love to learn about the furry community in and around Atlanta. Anyone from the area would like to meet up and hang out?

So I want you guy's opinion on something.

I was dating this girl. She introduced me to some of her online friends. One of which was a guy she admitted to having feelings for, had asked out at one point, but he turned her down, but stayed friends. I was like ok, I'm cool with this. I won't tell you who you can and can't be friends with, that wouldn't be cool.

So she talked about him a lot, and I mean every time we spent time together, he came up somewhere and I'd end up listening to her talk about how awesome he is and how they played all these games together all the time. I'm generally not the jealous type, so I was ok with it. She was just having fun.

Well one day when she was on her computer, I walked up behind her and saw some of the messages between them. They were role playing sex. I didn't sneak up to her, but once she noticed me, she closed the I.M. as fast as possible. I said nothing and walked away. In the year I dated her, I became friends with this other guy, to show her I trusted her. The guy was cool, fun to chat with, but he always talked about her and asked how good the sex was with her and such. Thought nothing of it.

I sat on my new discovery for a few days, then decided to ask the guy what was up. He said he "didn't mean to get between us and that it was "just role playing"... it was explicit sex role play. Full dive descriptive writing. I then asked my girl about it. She said she did nothing wrong, that it was perfectly fine and she did nothing wrong cause it was, again, "just role play "... I felt like she cheated on me. Sex, whether role playing or in person, with someone else is cheating in my eyes. Not to mention with someone she obviously still had feelings for. AND, I learned they did it every weekend, and "relieved themselves" to it. Her response to it all was "I did nothing wrong."

Was I wrong to dump her for cheating? Do you guys think it was cheating? If you saw your mate was doing sexual role play with another, would you have left them? I've had other girls cheat on me, so was I over reacting? Please, I'd greatly appreciate any and all advice.

I'll say it here, since I feel the need to say it.

No, I don't think my art is great art. I know it doesn't NEARLY compare to more than half the people on FA, I know it's nothing commission-worthy, nor fanbase worthy. But you know what? I never intended to make great art, or beautiful art, or pretty art.

I came here to make emotional art. Art that makes you feel something, no matter how crappy it looks. Whether it be a negative feeling, or a positive feeling, as long as it made you feel SOMETHING, then my job is done. =]

I wanted to bring out people's emotions with my art. Some happy, some sad, some joyful, some angry, some sorrowful, some heart warming, or even just a smile.

So I thank those who showed emotion towards my art. It's very gratifying and exactly what I came here for.
