He's an alien, and pretty derpy and pastel as you can see. I've been considering Nemo, but if you guys have any possible cutesy boy names, I'd love to hear them.

Halloween is the best holiday of the year. Hands down. I've been indulging in spooky stuff all this month. My room is now a haven to halloween and all it's glories -- And the day after halloween, I'm going discount shopping for more useless halloween knick knacks 8>

What are you guys gonna be this year?

I'm going as a greaser, but doing my hair takes like 2 hours, it's such a pain in the ass lmao

So after seeing how the furry community is around where I now live, I've been intrigued to get my own fursuit. Not a full one, of course -- I'm aiming for a partial. Cheaper, a little less hot, etc.

So, I definitely have some questions for the more experienced fursuiters out there.

► I'm still planning out a character who would translate well into a head -- How hard would it be to stylize some hair for the character? My options as of now are limitless (seeing as I haven't pinned down a character), so it could be anything from a fauxhawk to a shaved side or ponytail or ... something.

► Are there any head / tail / hands / feet artists you would recommend? I like both toony and realistic fursuits, though I would prefer a happy medium. I'm fine with looking around at who people recommend, though~!

► Maintenance? Keep in mind I live in a small apartment, with no access to a private washing machine.

► Any other advice?

I really don't care if it's old or new, I just want some good horror movies to watch. I've been so bored by what's on Netflix and I've been watching nothing but Marlon Brando / James Dean movies lately, so I should watch something else before I start quoting East of Eden.

I primarily like stuff that gets to you, as gore kind of bores me. Found footage is always a fun one, but at this point I'll take nearly anything.

So, I really need to invest in a good pair of water resistant work boots. For a while I've gotten by with cheap 15 dollar sneakers from Target or plain flats from any old store, but the lack of arch support is really beginning to hurt my back. While I could get another pair of sneakers, I've been looking at riding boots / sailing boots that are water resistant.
You see, in September I'll be moving to Savannah, Georgia, and since it's right on the water I know that storms are going to be a very common thing, and the last thing I want to do is tromp around in wet, icky sneakers or flats.

Also, I love how stylish riding boots are. (`･ω･´)

I've been poking around at various stores for this kind of stuff, and while I do really like the boots at Rydale, Dubarry, Dublin, and Sherwood Forest, some of them are so very expensive and I don't think I can afford boots over 200$ right now, despite how high quality they are. Do any of you have a brand or type to recommend? O u O
