Just an update for those waiting on progress for requests and commissions, it should be relatively soon! I've been struggling with my classes for the past few weeks, but tomorrow is my last day of the semester so I should be able to get back this sometime soon

I managed to scrape enough money together so my dog can be taken care of! Hopefully his cone doesn't come off again this time, lol.

Soooo here's the situation I just woke up to this morning. Last month my dog had to get his eye removed because it had gotten ruptured during the time he ran away. The surgery was a success until about 2-3 weeks ago when he wiggled his cone open and scratched his face. It bled a tiny bit, but my dad told me to just wipe it and let it be. It then started to scab and he got the cone off again this morning and scratched it, now resulting in an open wound.

Long story short, he needs to get it stitched up again. We don't have pet insurance, and the first surgery costed about $1,000, which included the eye removal, stitches, anesthesia, and medicine. He won't need the enucleation this time though, so maybe the price is brought down slightly. I still expect it to be at least $400-500 for the anesthesia, stitches, and meds.

My parents are currently wrapped up money wise. Not only bills, but my sister is going out of the country next week (she spent all her funds on the ticket, so they're not gonna send her over there broke) and the roof is in bad need of repairs.

My goal is to raise about $200 so I can help pay for his treatment, so I'm currently doing $30 commissions! Fully shaded, max of 3 characters, SFW commissions. I'm doing portraits/bustshots for $8, but anything else is a flat 30. Please send me a note if you're interested in commissioning me!

So my profile has been dead for a while and I haven't uploaded anything probably in weeks/months. This is mainly because I was debating if I even wanted to remain on FA since the community is pretty tight-knit, almost as much as tumblr is. This is true for all art sites, but I found it even harder to grow as an artist and commissioner here than on other sites I've been to. I will try to be back with some FA-exclusive content since I've mainly been uploading DA-exclusive content lately.

To celebrate an upcoming blizzard, I will be streaming at 4pm EST today. Keep an eye out for link later.

So I'm debating on two things to help promote my work and (hopefully) gain some commission requests:
*Make a website
*Make an instagram account

The thing is, do you guys think these will work? Do you have better suggestions? (tumblr is out of the question lol)
I'm actually thinking about removing paid commissions and YCHs on here and going back to free requests too since they feel like dead weight on here xD

So...I kind of want some money so i can buy games on steam xD I also want to raise money so i can get an ad spot on the site to hopefully boost some recognition.
Unlike other users who have YCH auctions, mine will have a set price of $1 per character. For collab YCHs it will be the same. I'll have information set up on my profile and the commission tab that you guys can read. The YCHs already uploaded won't be affected, I'm just talking about the new ones coming up.

Not really my sona but she is an oc. I first made her as a villain character on DCUO grew quite attached to my many adventures. In-game her colors were originally inverted (red base coat with black markings) which looked ass backwards so I just changed it to how it looks now lol. Original Corra actually did have black magic abilities and a humanoid form, but just spend a large majority of time as a dog because who expects the dog? She doesn't like working with others to achieve goals and would rather do her own thing.

I'm thinking about maybe doing some tutorials soon o3o
