Posted 14 years agoMy birthday is coming up on the 21st, and since I recently got back into the drawing groove with my tablet I really want to take commissions and get myself something cool.
I'll probably take them even after my birthday, but for now I am really interested in just building up my funds.

I'll be taking as many as I can handle at a time.
(Which is an iffy number seeing as to how college classes start back up on the 9th and I don't know how the workload will be yet)
And as far as couples or multiple characters go, just add on 8$ for each additional character.
I don't have any set do's and don'ts, so if you have any questions about characters or something then leave a comment or note me.
Also I have been asked a couple of times how I am with anthro (as in with muzzles or whatever), and while I am not /experienced/ in it, I am willing to try.
And if it comes out badly, I won't charge for it and will probably avoid taking it again so as to not let more people down. >___>;;

Posted 14 years agoI know there are a bunch of you fancy artists out there that always make really great clothing designs for your characters, but I always seem to have trouble with that.
And I don't know if it is because I am retarded when it comes to designing clothes or what, but how exactly do you guys come up with outfits? Like...
Do you look up clothing on the net or just look at random things and suddenly have ideas or... idk. Wing it?
:( Cause really guys, I want to make bitching outfits for my characters too. Stop hogging all the talent and share your secrets.

Posted 14 years agoGod, I feel. Idk, sad and proud at the same time.
I am vice president of Japanese Club at my school and despite the common belief of those clubs being really dorky and generally full of weirdos, it is a really great club and I am proud to be part of it. At least today I am, cause I just feel like we had something that we put a ton of effort into and it ended with a great result.
There is a kid at our school that has cancer. It is terminal and he is currently bedridden. Not just that, but he is super sweet and ugh. Like, he was embarrassed about having girls come over and seeing him when we brought the cranes, cause he was shy about how he looked because of the cancer. :c He was pretty swollen and he couldn't move so he was in a mechanical bed and his mom had to adjust it so he could sit up ever so slightly, which I am pretty sure hurt like hell for him, just so that he could take pictures with me, my friend, and the thousand stringed cranes.
And he was so earnest about taking them, very polite, and seemed honestly pleased to receive something like that. And I mean, he could barely even smile you guys, but godddddd. I almost cried. And despite being completely worn out from a rough week, being there and seeing his mother's reaction and him, and getting to be a part of something like that. It feels really great and really revived the energy in me.
His mom cried as we were about to leave saying things like she had looked it up online and was so thankful that we had done something like this and how if there were more kids that would reach out and do things like this the world would be a better place. She thanked us so many times and hugged us so many times, omg. I am surprised I didn't start bawling. She just seemed so sad, stressed, and utterly worn that I couldn't help thinking that she must be such a strong mother to be dealing with that in such a positive way. It was really heartwarming and at the same time heartbreaking.

Posted 15 years agoI really enjoy drawing in this style, and I've been thinking about how much my mom does for me, so I want to get her something eventually, even if it isn't in time for Christmas. :9 So I'll be doing commissions from now on, in order to hopefully one day buy her something she will enjoy.
And also to buy things for other people who are extremely important to me, and have impacted my life.

I don't really know how well multiples characters would work, but for pricing if I do them, it would just be multiplied by the number of characters.Skin or fur, which do you prefer?

Anyway, as I was working away on adoptables based on various holidays, I was hit by this sudden horrible feeling of needing to spew. And as gross as that is, it led my mind to think of random things while I drew to distract myself from this feeling. :'D
So I thought about a conversation I had with my friends a bit ago about adoptables andomgthatlookslikeitisspelledwrong but it was about preference towards adoptables with full fur ( body markings, odd coloration, etc. ) or ones with just animal/creature characteristics, like ears/horns/tails but with normal skin.
So what do you guys prefer? And do you think it is better to have a general theme with design sales, or do you think it is better with variety? Basically species vs random character designs. I suppose. :'D

Posted 15 years agoI am so mad right now. I have the dumbest fucking mother in the world. First off, let me just say that I personally can not stand people who drink in my house or around me. Like, if you drink, that is fine and dandy, but I don't want to see you doing it or be around your stupidity once you've done it.
No. This is not a baw story on how my mom oppresses me and how I want to move out so bad bawbawbaw. This is an outrage story of how dumb people can be, with my mom as an example.
First off, she has been doing karaoke for the past 7 hours. It wasn't so bad a first, because her and the people that came over to our house weren't plastered. But then it got to the point where I was trying to sleep and would wake up every thirty minutes to the sound of wasted 40+ year olds that should know better. And really. That's just inconsiderate. Especially since after ALL my moms friends are gone and I politely ask her to stop singing now because I am really fucking tired, she just does this fucking retarded dance, grins like a fucking retarded child, acts like she is brushing a lot of retarded hair from her face, and brushes me off and starts a new song.
Let me just say that by now she is completely wasted and I am thoroughly pissed. Was when I stepped out of my room for the first time, actually. Because of the second part to this rant.
She let her friend, who had arrived FIRST and left LAST (meaning the most drunk out of everyone other than my own mother), drive herself home. And I can not stand that. My mother is 47, not fucking 17. She does not have an excuse to act this way and I am fucking tired of it. My dad is home, COMPLETELY SOBER and willing to drive people home, and what does she do? Waves to her friend as she drives off. WE LIVE NEXT TO A FUCKING HIGHWAY. THAT IS HOW THEY GET HOME. There is a high possibility that that woman is going to get into a wreck, and it will be my fucking mothers fault.
I was outraged at her, called her retarded and stupid and dumb and I wanted to call her so many other things, but I am a good child and asldkfjalk it conflicts so bad with how I feel right now. And there is no on online right now that I can rage to so I am raging to FA like a baby.
Good news? She is done fucking singing now. AFTER calling me stupid back. I think she went to go clean a fish my dad caught.

Pointless things, mostly, but some more important ones also. To me at least.

There is this one stitch that I tended to mess with a lot with my tongue, but one side of it came out.
Not particularly worried about it because it doesn't hurt or whatever right now, but it's kinda weird since idk where the other end goes.
On another note, after three hours of sleep, all I want to do it stare at my computer screen and do nothing.
U: But that doesn't provide much entertainment. So maybe I'll watch anime.
But I don't know any good ones that I wanna watch.
Help me, ohgod. orz I can feel myself dying inside from this boredom.

But for real. Getting accused of tracing or whatthefuckever is fucking dumb as shit. BU I drew a picture and get offline to go to bed, but my dad tells me it is too late to sleep so I get back on and get accused of tracing.
