ARYD: Home of the Hex and a few of their scattered warriors. The Hex primarily controls Aryd. The jade mountains are unlike any other sight, made primarily of pure jade and sediment they are almost as green as the grasslands. The Hex plains used to be the home of the mysterious Hexite warriors until they were wiped out. In the northern reaches of Aryd is the desert of Phyron. A expansive mass of sand with intermixed mountains. Still slightly buried is the ruins of lost civilizations that time has forgotten. The fire tornado's are also something of a hazard more threatening than the sand storms, a sight only seen in Phyron. Last but not least is the Hex empire. An expanding city that grows slowly with every year. The scouting posts are also an essential part of the empire because the monitor areas both for changes, intruders and possible Hex expansion.
The Hex: a knowledge and method that is used to create perfect balance and harmony. Using hexagonal shaped technology is the mark of these people. All are welcome to join the Hex. They consider themselves the self appointed peace keepers of the world. Its followers are often hunted by chaos to prevent it from keeping order. Their solar panel technology ensures that there is a limitless supply of free energy in the day. Each of the important Hex inventors must take a 2 year post at one of the many scouting post and must bring t least 1 scout and may bring as many other people as the tower can support but none may leave until 2 years has passed. They then get a 3 year break to do as they please before their next posting.
Hex Technology:
Siege building: Whenever a building is threatened or under attack all but the first floor will be retracted into the ground for protection.

JU-GA: a lush continent of jungles, forests, waterfalls and lakes. Cyleens temple rests in the peninsula. After the great war the temple was abandoned until two refugees took shelter in it. After the events that transpired in the “awakening” the temple was rebuilt and became a place where new followers would flock. Cyleens chosen Six often are found here unless sent off to another land to deal with some threat. Ju-ga is still divided into many different villages but most of them either are allies of the Hex or followers of Cyleen.

Few have seen her but many have seen her power and followers. While Cyleen's motives are a mystery she does seek to bring justice and love to all her followers.

Before the excommunication of one of they're greatest warrior they had recently begun fighting with two of the greatest evil threats of the world. Needless to say they were spread thin and now only a handful of them remain alive. Some of the most intelligent people have come from this land. The land is rich in metals and precious gems making it one of the most sought after places to live. Philonia has many of the greatest structures and city's in the world. Most of the land is claimed but there is still scenic parks left. Due to so many people wanting to get there foot in the door, it is one of the most well protected and guarded of countries.
Joan of Heart http://www.furaffinity.net/view/10326535/ After falling prey to lust she committed a taboo with a fellow knight. She was then stripped of honor, armor and her weapon to redeem herself by slaying a great evil. However her order fell shortly after she was banish.
KREESH: A land that inspired much curiosity. Many an explorer venture into this land and many disappear without a trace. Still the wonders of this land make many flock to the land. Kreesh is a large wetland and swamp filled location. But what really fascinates people is the fact that large crystal formations everywhere and some of the curious natives. Many a rumor even circulate about strange powers and amazons that live in the southern swamps and of giant black crystals that litter that zone. Amazons: Little is known but journals pages and a few people have escaped from their territory's. While they do not seem especially violent there is a darkness that permeates the area.
NORMA: Easily one of the biggest continents, which is appropriate as it is known as the land of giants. People are not sure if it is the people there are just naturally big or if there is something on the island that makes them so much larger. People are not sure. It is least explored, mostly because people are intimidated by size.
TRONICA: Unlike the other continents of the world Tronica is artificial. Every ounce of land is a mechanical piece or cog. It is ruled by the ruthless and intelligent Secta organization. Few venture here simply for their policy of kidnapping strangers if they can get away with it. Secta has even claimed some territory of the Lu-Ton continent and often try to build secret laboratory's wherever they can.
Secta: A union of several great minds who believe that stupidity is a plague to the world and that the intellectual minds should rule. In they're minds, as long as it produces positive results in technology or science its justifiable. They won't hesitate to abduct citizens for any experiments they wish to conduct. They wish to rule the world through might and power. They are usually in conflict with the Hex because of how morally flexible their methods are. Most of the time they try to use foreigners to test new formula's and experiments but even some of the scientists in their labs may not be safe. Especially interns and assistants.
THE VAULT: While it is only big enough to be considered an island its what is inside that matters. The Vault goes so deep none have ever reached the bottom. From the depths of this place are a massive amount of tombs, locks, puzzles and many a machination. Most people only visit this place for a time. The creepy atmosphere, occasional hostile undead and vastness tend to unnerve people.

LU-TON: The most conflict filled and dangerous of all. Other than the fact that the Secta and Hex in conflict in their expanding empires there are many secrets held in this place. One of the few lands that has places that snow year round. The mountains and peaks are always cold, what is even more interesting is the Thunder Blizzards that happen in those high places. Cero was also unleashed from her prison in one of the more hidden places. While there is much conflict here the peoples of this area have become quite proficient of combat and holding their own.

ELONIA: Is probably the most curious of the continent, mostly because of its ambulatory nature. Some say that the this land is on the back of a giant sea beast but thats never been confirmed. What is known is that it has some of the greatest legends about it of all. It has been in some usual places but it tends to never rest in one place for any longer than a month.
Of the last two continents there are many ventures and speculation but there has yet to be a successful expedition that has reached them to confirm anything.
Us: A cult founded on the betterment of the world. The leader decided to make himself the master of it by coming to the conclusion that people create suffering because of not agreeing and working together. after a time the used dark powers to begin the cult. Draining each member of all individuality they all in a sense become the same general person. They seek to drain the world of individuality and conflict forever. Us usually wear black and grey garments but are generally ineffective and hated by all.

If she eats any object someone owns anything she feels or experiences is also shared with the person it came from.

Need a new Computer (need help)
General | Posted 12 years agoso I think this computer is on its last leg. I have been meaning to get a new one but I dont know much about hardware or building computers. Any smart techy people out there?
One of my friends said a good gaming computer should run art things smoothly. I dont know the difference between a good gaming computer and a good computer for art.
I need to start looking to buy a new one or having one built. I want it to be able to play modern games smoothly but it doesnt have to be THE best at it. Just something that allows me to play them without difficulty.
Also I was talking to someone about getting a full Terrabyte worth of memory as well.
Anyone know much about this? also if you are good with tech i wouldn't mind any advice to make my current one last longer.

Saving the Aquarium
So I was working to fix the problems in this island place that was a giant aquarium. There were multiple problems and I had to explore the many areas and fix things or get people to get along. After a fair amount of time of getting everything together and having most of the place in order their was one section where the water dragons and dolphins lived. due to rocks falling and such some of the area was hard to swim in. They were having problems with the goblins but overall it was due to the stubbornness of the dolphin and sea dragon tribes. Throughout my exploration of this area I had helped this one dolphin girl and I liked her and from our adventures she also liked me a little. However she also had a deadbeat dragon guy friend who was always being a problem. Eventually we came to a crossroad where I asked her to come with me and also go against tradition. and she was on the wall but then dragon butt came in and told her that dating someone outside of the tribes was foolish and that she should come back to her tribes (in the caving in area) and tell me to go away. So she had to choose cause I told her that I would go if she asked but I would not return. She eventually said that I was nieve and this was how things had always been. I left, rejected and angry. Eventually I met this orca woman who offered to help me with the last area that an evil squid had taken over. I rode on her back through the ink of darkness and her sonar calls scared the squid so we chased him away. the ink started to clear and everyone cheered. A tow truck guy and the man in the yellow hat said they were proud of me. After clearing the last of the broken glass from that area I left the water. Later I woke up.
I spent most of the morning alone reflecting on that and feeling a little rejected.

My Nemisis (funny story)
General | Posted 12 years agoSo I was telling this one story about a guy I worked with at a national burger making chain and what happened that night.
Working a grill you often burn your hands. well I was working the night shift and this one guy kept telling me "we do things different at night." Well I kept burning myself and apparently pulling my hand away when I burn myself is not how its done for time. So he told me "You are GOING to get burned, you just need to get it over it and do it. You just need to learn to work through it." Foreboding right? well not even 2 hours later the fryer starts to malfunction. One part drained partially and was not filling up again. So he goes over to mess with it, even though only managers are supposed to do this. He pulls on one part to get it out and then burning hot fryer oil sprays over half his body. Well he puts some ointment on himself and keeps working but every time I look over at him he is giving me this malevolent look. eventually the manager told him, GO to the emergency room man!
Well I was talking to my friend about it and we had been talking about super heros a second ago and he was like, "You know, if you used batman logic for this, he would become your villain." and I was like "ohmigosh your right!" so we discuss this and this is what would happen. He would be scared by this and after he recovers he would dedicate his life to crime and vengeance related to fast food. And he would be called "The Frenchfry" (or the fried french) and would adopt a fake french accent and would wear a large fry container upside down on his head, have like a mcdonalds happymeal style briefcase and have like a frenchfry he munches on like a cigarette. but he wouldnt be a good villain. "hoh hoh hoh! I av loched yu to ze freezar weth ma Oniohn ring Manacules! yu shall nevar escape!" And then I just karate chop the handcuffs and run to my car. and all his evil plots would involve burning grease or fast food. Call me demented but I thought this was the most hilarious thing I had ever heard of in my life. But my friend wanted to have something real like this made. Personally I might use my skills of art to one day make this thing a reality. Either way I hope you got a kick out of this.

Anal- I dont particularly find it appealing
Gay- pretty much anal art so you see my point
Gore- Like stuff being ripped out or just plain overkill

Scat- Absolutely NEVER
Diapers- just scat with a little cub mixed in
Hyper Obesity- Im fine with drawing our huskier friends but if you are close to sumo or more chub than there is person thats a little much

Last night my dad just helped at a wreck were someone died from a crash from the slick rain roads and held them for their last moments. Needless to say he was shaken and advised us to be careful on wet roads today.
SO we are driving back to college (8 hour drive) and my sister who has the GPS and we are following gets lost in the rain. We were trying to keep up with her at 75MPH in the heavy rain. Needless to say we lost control of the car. My calm collected brother was driving luckily and while we lose control all over 3 lanes of traffic and miraculously not crash. a little later we almost lose control and decide that my sister is driving to fast and isnt worth dying trying to catch up to in the rain. So we decide to pull back to about 60ish mph. Suddenly from behind us we hear the horn from a truck. Thinking the worst we assume he is losing control, but no he quickly passing us gets into the lane next to us, horn still blaring. Then he proceeds to MERGE. My brother, shaken but not broken manages to get us out of the way again and we lived. needless to say the rest of the trip was really nervous and now one of my eyes is bloodshot. Other than that nothing was overly eventful.
So yeah, survived first day of college. Woo...

Space Bear Dream
General | Posted 13 years agoSo had the weirdest dream. So its like a cross between Galactica and Startrek universe. Weird mutant robot/organic kinda like the borg and species 8472 mixed. So a pilot had gotten this one girl transferred to his ship and she apparently was the one who had developed a method of fighting against them. It was just the two of them were in the ship alone because the stuff in this space could infect your ship and people if it came in contact with them. It also had one of the most advanced holographic systems ever. like to the point you would beleive it was real. So they are in deep space and about to get there when the girl discovers that the system has a bear program that will turn you into a bear (not for real but enough to make you think it) and tests it. It causes her to turn into a big bear anthro and burst her clothing. she seems slightly intoxicated by this and it makes her act weird. meanwhile the Guy driving is trying to disarm the hybrid cyber infection. after a while I notice she is kinda changing in different ways and mutating like she is infected but so far the virus has only attacked the ship. Meanwhile back at the home ship they find the same girl with him on the ship. apparently she never left and a fake one on the ship was trying to sabotage the mission. the purple alien girl who really liked the pilot immediately leaves in a ship to try and get there in time. Meanwhile the mutant on the ship with him is really tripping. apparently it wasnt programed to deal with being a bear and is glitching up. Ultimately the pilot tries to disable the aliens in space and as a result the girl explodes into parts and the stuff outside goes dormant because of the bear program glitching it. The ship is a little damaged and the other ship with the alien girl lands and joins him. And he is fine, the spy is gone and he just has a long trip back. So she sees the bear program and he offers to let her try it. (I was kinda this guys but other than his hair and face and hands not much else of him was notice and I was watching this happen through the 'camera' too.) The alien intriged by this idea decides to try it. Since she is an alien the genes mutate a tad. she transforms much faster and bigger and instead of looking like a bear she looks like a hairless purple anthro bear. But she still looked better than the last girl. Also she really enjoyed it they sailed back to the main ship. Happily ever after.
What I learned in Art this year
General | Posted 13 years agoWhat you are about to read may shock you. None of it has be edited and all of it is in class. Those of you with gag reflexes and high standards are advised to look away. Thank you.
So first day of semester, this is the professor that likes to get sidetracked easily. Im going to skip most of the standard art history and just inform you what may be concidered interesting.
Opened class and started talking about how laptops are banned from use in the room and while he uses one. Why? "because this is a dictatorship. the he goes on to talk about how fair he is going to be with the grading. Yeah... because dictatorships are SOOOo fair. He then goes on to say he doesn't want people to use their cell phones in class and if they want to bring the phones they should use duck tape and tape it to their chest so they have pull of chest hair if they want to use it. Later he talks about how nudity is natural and clothes are not. Then as we leave he dismisses with "Congratulations, you caught all the pokemon. have a good day."
Next class he rants about 15 minutes about how he hates mac cords and steeve jobs. French revolution is mentioned and he talks about how it should have been unionized. Later he had a slightly witty comment. "you are what you eat, but if you eat what you are, your a cannibal." Then he went into a major philosophy Plato on reality. Later he talked about how he LOVED working on a factory assembly line when he was in college... yeah think about that for a while. Later when talking about Van Gogh he talked about his addictions and ended with "drugs are bad."
Okay so someone was in class early and popping those bubble things by jumping on them all at once and he pops in the room thinking there might be some kind of shooting but is unarmed and talks about how not to do that as that will inspire fear in people so its terrorism. Later he talked about circus freaks and bearded women.
That day we were talking about the industrial age and I kid you not, he goes into a forrest gump style rant about steel. when it happened I though he was joking but he was serious. Then he talked about how hard life was back then because they didnt have a walmart you could go to for food. Of course everyone has that "NO! really?" expression. later he talked about how there is a street that has his same last name, and I thought "How scary would it be if he had his own sesame street style show." Later he just announces after talking about how steel improoved making bridges with "I like bridges." Then he talks about the presidential bank conspiracy and how sheep cant eat apples. Then he went on to tell the story about how he gave himself his own root canal, and then how he lost that tooth.
So we were talking about how all these new high class paintings are coming from monkeys and animals. then he suggested if you get into a bad spot and have no job you should dress up in an elephant suit and paint paintings in the lobby of an expensive hotel. Then a Philosophy 101 thing again and finally how his left hand is actually his right foot.
Next class he ranted about how industrialization is responsible for all these cell phones, foursquare and facebook and how that is taking up so many peoples lives. Then his theory's on how to get pee out of a pool and the inter workings of a mac.
after that there isnt much else other than spaghetti monster references, eating mayonnaise with toenails in them while defying your parents and how he doesn't want to be force fed to eat goose lard.
Keep in mind this is just the art class. I didnt catalog the painting class, and thats when he really rants, when he doesn't have history to cover.

I asked her about it, and she said she just used the dating service she didn't know what that was. I asked her if she knew what furries were... never heard back.

I will say that Dekari most target females and herms. Males are not really needed. Why? because they are just trying to reproduce themselves. Males are incapable of doing that.
Also the Dekari curse effects people different. some become larger, others shrink and all kinds of assorted changes. Its like a box of chocolate.

What I learned today: Manmilk

"what do you think the common features or traits of these Fertility idols are?"
Then after that he just starts to talk about the idols and review the last five minutes of the last class.
After a brief translation of the word Paleolithic we go back to the "features" the dolls have in common.
So this inevitably leads to the fact that men can actually make themselves lactate. Thats right... MANMILK!
Then he goes on to talk about how nipples are special modified sweat glands. Not only that he also tells us that milk is a type of modified sweat. Pretty picture when your eating your coco puffs.
He finally gets to how hunter/gatherer society. back on track you might say? no.
He starts the "where babys come from" talk. Dead serious. Then he went on to talk about the dangers of childbirth, and that giving birth is like a grapefruit going through a garden hose.
Then we get a sesame street type lesson called "differences between men and women."
Then we-... HE talked about womens hips and why they are larger. Then he rants about... I have no idea long about pregnancy's in general.
Then he starts talking about how obelisks are phallic references to old Egyptian culture.
Then he spends a while on fertility worship.
he started talking about the cave paintings and hunters. and explains to us these unters on not some guys with miniguns shooting in the forest.... (yeah no idea where that one came from either.
Finally he said that the caves the paintings were painted in were not used for living in. SO he said that the hunters went into these cave "Which symbolize the Womb" and when they did they painted these drawings all over the walls "Which symbolize seed". So theyre you have it. its apparently all an elaborate metaphor for impregnation.

Later he starts talking about how "The Universe is an externalization of Will." Which cant be proved.
Then he gets back on track talking about how all art has a "message" in it. More other facts about the stone age.
Then he talks about how he 'likes to try and understand science'
Which leads to a new topic of genetics. But not just any genetics, Genetic reasearch and the 'mitocondrial EVE'.
Then he talks about population. Followed by Demon babys and Giants.
Finally he makes it all the way to Historical Genocides. Which intern leads him to talk about Souless beings.... in an Art History class.
Then a more common theme for him, he talks about bestiality and how some genetics could be changed through interbreeding in special situations.

This is about one of my professors. He is borderline crazy, not insane, crazy. He is a smart guy overall... but he doesnt have a doctorate but likes to pretend he does. An average day of class consists of him ranting about random things till he realizes class is almost over and crams a lesson in real fast. This is all 100% him im not adding anything.
Class starts:
First he starts talking about his belief system. No one will stop him cause he is head of the art department here. (technically he was elected when the last one quit and has kept it ever since)
Then he starts to talk about monotheism. Frankly I think he is jealous he isnt in the philosophy or religion classes so he just trys to make us his Guinea pigs.
Then he leaks over and starts talking about Jewish beliefs and how it differs. He moves on to the trinity and talking about souls.
Keep in mind this is an ART HISTORY class. (By the way everyone who has been near the art department has heard of him and his... talks)
This is the day of the syllabus also and he finally realizes that his slideshow IS in fact on the screen. so he starts talking about it and then talks about the 'language of art'. He also spends a few minutes talking about the book we dont really use and tells us to buy it.
Next, He starts talking about... talking. Dead Serious.
Now its the last 8 minutes of class and he has yet to address more than one slide of the syllabus. Does he finish up the powerpoint? No...
Now he starts talking about Obama and such.
Then we take a 'Buser' (his name) turn and he starts talking about plaid poodles. I wish I could make this stuff up.
So its the last minute of class and he gets back to the sylabus and is rushing it.
So its overtime and we are waiting to escape and he suddenly goes into a talk about how it he likes black ops and plays it. then he starts explaining that although he uses a laptop in class we are not allowed and we can try and report him for hipocrasy if we want.
Then he finally finishes by telling us all about how he wasted his whole summer on Fallout 3.
We escape finally.
(ironically I took this class cause someone else other than him was going to teach it but she quit)

GrineX is not a person you want to commission. I commissioned him I think about a year or more ago. I gave him my information, the refs and anything he wanted. A week or two goes by and he tells me he lost my information so I send it to him again. a month later he sends me the presketch for the full color and I approve it. a few months go by and I forget about him. I remember and ask him if he is almost done much later and then he tells me he lost the information AGAIN. So I kindly ask for my money back and he says "I am afraid that is not possible." and offers to finish the commission.
At this point my friends have told me I deserve my refund and a lot more for having to wait for having to wait for so long. So I decide to be nice and say, hey Im not interested in that anymore but I guess you can just draw a different picture since you never started it. After that I give him the new information. I check up on him a few days later and he says he hasnt started on the pre sketching but he will get around to it. After that he stops responding.
If he had not finished other commissions while he 'got around' to mine it would be different. He just does not seem to care about my commission.
SO A WARNING TO ALL: Do not commission him. you may not get your money back and end up wasting a years time as well.

General | Posted 16 years agoWell I do not know if any of you know this but I AM in fact a Spyro fan. How many other people actually bought the soundtrack for spyro beginnings? It is like the best soundtrack for a game I have ever owned. It would also be my only one but do not think less of me for it. The other games sort of remixed it a little but only added a few songs to the mix, both good though.
On a side note from the music I would like to comment on the newest games in the trilogy. Razz, I don't know if you are watching this or not but I do like cynder. but most interestingly I also like spyro. why is this interesting? because in the first game cynder was nothing more than an annoyance. Spyro was kinda cute and the game was well voiced (except cynder). In the second game I liked both spyro and the new voice for cynder. The game was too short though but was made rather well. Sparks voice was not the same but still funny. in the final game I think they put a great game up but just fell short of the last two. The enemy's seemed a little... lazy. like hey, lets just use this junk on the ground instead of committing to any kind of species like the monkeys. monkeys make good villains. I actually liked cynder all the way, however this was overshadowed by the lame dark side spyro cameo, Sparks awful new voice and spyros rather over dramatic and repetitive "its up to me/us" "its all my fault" like he couldn't make up his mind. So overall first game Spyro>Cynder second spyro=cynder last game spyro<cynder. yes I am an odd person to only like the same characters in different ways during the sequels.
