I rarely do commission work these days due to work/life and a general shift towards doing more art community centric events (like zines and charity events) so this is a SUPER rare opportunity to get me to draw just for you!

NFT Statement - I do not mint NFT's / Art Theft
Posted 4 years agoRecently, I've had several piece of older fanart flagged as being minted.
While I'm dealing with that, this is a statement I'm posting this here, and on my other socials,
I do not mint NFT's or allow for minting of any of my Artworks
This includes any and all pieces - Past, present, and future - Gifts, Trades, Private Commissions, ect.
Any NFT's featuring my art are Unauthorized and infringe on my rights
Please feel free to reuse this statement, this sucks y'all. ._.
While I'm dealing with that, this is a statement I'm posting this here, and on my other socials,

Posted 4 years agoI did 172 pieces for the duration of July's Artfight, that's a new personal best!
I hope you all had as much fun as I did, and if you haven't artfighted (artfought?) Consider checking it out next year! <3
Reminder that Artfight's Rules were updated to include the following in their Spirit of Artfight section:
"2. Do not sell or trade any designs you receive by others, unless you receive permission by the creator.
3. Do not use art gained from or made for Art Fight for profit (e.g. character sales, trades, auctions, etc). Creating a character to gain art with the intention of selling it is prohibited."
This aligns with my own rules -
No art I make may be used commercially or for profit without my explicit permission.
If you spot a Character with my art uploaded from Art Fight being sold or traded on TH or anywhere else, I request that my art piece be considered as adding zero value to said character please.
Other then taking a few days to rest up, My birthday's in a few weeks, but who celebrates those anymore!

GENERAL
By ordering a commission you agree to my terms and services. Violation of terms will result in the commission will be cancelled without refund.
Private Commissions are for NON-COMMERCIAL USE ONLY.
Private Commissions cannot be used to advertise people, businesses, or products.
Private Commissions cannot be mass-produced, used for profit or to advertise people, businesses, or products. All Commissions will be signed and dated (no exceptions). I reserve the right to use the final commission and process work in my portfolio, social media sites (i.e. Tumblr, Instagram, Blogs, Artstation, etc), websites, galleries, books, etc.
I may take 1 to 4 weeks to complete the commission depending on my work/life responsibilities.
I work full-time. Your patience is appreciated.
I do not accept references via description only, please provide visual references!
I retain the right to decline a commission if I feel that I cannot fulfill on the request.
I will outright decline any inquiries related to or involving known or suspected gang symbols, hate symbols, and sexually explicit, pornographic scenarios.
BASE PRICING GUIDE
Additive elements like additional characters, complex outfits that take more time will affect pricing.

In your email please include:
Your Name/Username
Contact Info, including your paypal e-mail
Type of Commission [ example: semi-real/ full color/ rough painted/ 3/4 body ]
Detailed description of what you are looking for and/or a reference sheet (picture reference preferred) Acknowledgment that you have read the Commission Terms of Services and that you understand and will comply with what is written.
PAYMENT
Payment through PAYPAL, in USD
An invoice will be sent to confirm your slot
Orders under $50 must be paid up front while orders above $50 require a 50% deposit before I can start working on your commission.
PROCESS
Send commission request email
Request will be discussed
If accepted, invoice will be sent, Payment will be invoiced through PayPal
The commission will not begin until the invoice/deposit has been paid
I will send a initial WIP for your approval.
At this time you may feel free to point out things you want changed or added in the sketch before I finalize the artwork.
Minor edits can be requested once again on delivery of final artwork.
Any major edits at this point may incur additional cost.
I will upload a high resolution copy with watermark once finished. Sizing may vary unless specified, all images are 150-300 DPI, file format PNG
