So first of all, one of the things I missed out on talking about is that I hit a few milestones recently! Be it fairly small but really cool regardless!

I hit over 20k hits and over 1500 watchers!!

I would like to say thank you all so very very very much! It really is cool that you all decided that you want to follow my work regularly. While numbers aren't a big deal, it is a big deal that you guys have taken such a wonderful interest in my art.

Okay so I got in today around 3:15 pm from Orlando ( one HELL of a drive) Took my shower, got to eating, and sat down and got to work to get my affairs in order.

As you can see I knocked out a sketch of a bluejay, and I edited one commission ( that really took much longer than it should to edit it) So Here's what I wanna do this week.

totally dropped the ball on commissions today. I intended to color a few for people who had already paid in full ( like you ) But I got my new computer today!! An iMac! ( soooooo happy) unfortunately my photoshop disk was spirited away to Canada by my bud so once I get that back I will be able to fully switch over to my new computer!! So be patient..

Oh but if any of you know how I can get my hands on a trail version of CS3 ( because3 I went to adobe and when i went to download cs3, they tried to install cs4) :C

So some announcements: I will be attending Furry Weekend Atlanta and Anthrocon. In lieu of FWA's approaching awesomeness I'll be opening up for badges and badges ONLY for that Next Monday! (Rather Re-Opening since the lackluster response since before FC) Plus! You guys need some recovery time from FC! That's a big con!! You get some rest XP

In other news I'll be returning to Atlanta from visiting my family in Cape Cod. I personally needed this time to myself. It was really important that I just simply took some time to actually rest..

So I'll be taking the bus from Harwitch to Boston to the Airport, and then take my flight that leaves around 4:30 or so and be back around 8:30. I'll most certainly do my best to get commissions back on track by that point! Thanks for your patience everyone!!

I will also be heading to Orlando for an extended weekend to visit a buddy of mine next Friday. Again this shouldn't interfere with Commissions too much! When I get back though I'll be opening up for FWA Badge commissions again ( or re opening rather) since I really don't want to interfere with everyone going to FC :3

I finally finished my awesome comic project that I hope to post next week. It's actually taken me a little over a year to finish it. 34 pages long, drawn traditionally, inked and colored digitally ( and you'll definately be able to see I'm a total newb XP)

At any rate I hope you all are doing well! I promise to kick myself back into gear for commissions, art shows, dealers rooms, and the like this coming Sunday and Monday!

So for the last few days I've been spending my time, ( if not with family ) out on this heated porch that faces the Atlantic ocean. It is beautiful. As of now we have a lighthouse a few houses down and will cast a light out onto the ocean. When the stars have been out it lends itself to the tranquility of the scenery. But even moreso it's really awesome to see it during the stormy weather we've been having. It's kinda cool being able to type to you guys right now about this place. While it feels like so many things are happening here online, I feel somewhat nice and reclusive in my little hole here at 2 am looking at the boats at sea and the night :3

So after a tragic series of people on the forums not actually reading my topic (and per usual responding anyway), Uncle Kage was kind enough to respond being fairly helpful in the process! So I apologize ahead of time guys. I wanna try and make it a point to have at least something sketched or drawn or finished every night, but while I inked a commission that I don't feel right posting until I've assembled the whole thing I didn't really get to sketching what I wanted too.

Next on the list are horses as recommended by :redrodent: icon but I'm still a tad sleep deprived from this morning, and I have an opening shift and things just didn't fall into place for me there. Also NONE of my warm up sketches or any of my research was really paying off. While I was capturing some good gesture I just wasn't capturing their facial structure. So... BLAH.

Anyway. Saturday, , and were kind enough to invite me over to draw with them. Or allowed me as a fairly entertaining distraction XP. I had quite a bit of fun sitting and chatting with them. Reminded me of hanging out with and drawing with. Went to dinner, read my tarot cards. I so totally turned into a believer ( I'm a horrible horrible person for lying so badly)

In either case I love drawing like that, I'm hoping I get to do it more often :3

Good EVENING everyone!!

So the last few days have been... rather hillarious.

Both and I have been laughing our northern exposed butts at the state of GA, and those of you up in the north will probably laugh just as hard.

Georgia, yesterday, experienced it's FIRST snowfall. Barely an inch, schools closed, malls closed early! People stocking up on jugged water and salt.

Only thing I can see being a horrible thing is that the roads in the community I live in were not even touched by salt... after that.. the roads were fine!

I think though, and I have had an unfair advantage. See.. I learned to drive in Michigan and my road test was the day after a blizzard. I didn't see any asphalt at ALL. Drove on snow and ice the entire time, and parallel parked (well I might add)

Understand, when you say "First snowfall of the season" and you hear Law and Order Gavel sounds on the news around you in the middle of January... People up north laugh... very VERY hard. But this is the reason I moved down here. I hate the cold and snow, and I don't mind tolerating it for a few months or so, but not well into June.

So I came to the conclusion that maaaybe it's a bit early to take FWA badges... being that FC is right around the bend... so... in lieu of that, I'm at the tail end of the commissions I owe from MFF, and am ready to take on a new set of them. I am introducing a few things, I unfortunately don't have any examples for, so.. if you're willing to work with me through the sketching process, you let me know! So prices are as follows
