As you or may not have noticed, I've been neglecting my FA account. I'll still try to post on here every so often, but please forgive me if I forget. Have you guys heard of this site?! Very cool. It's like an ongoing version of Kickstarter or IndieGoGo. Basically, creators make a sort of profile page explaining what it is they make, and people can go and back them for each whatever-it-is they put out. It's great because any creative line of work is an ongoing thing, rather than a one-time project (which is what KS and IGG are for).

So... yeah, go check that out.

I've been sculpting & molding several types of horns, and hope to have them cast in latex and listed in the shop very soon (currently, there is only one pair listed).

She was born on the 14th. Had some complications during birth, but everyone's doing well now. We just got me and her home last night & I'm already back to working on commissions.

I don't do these often (obviously), so I figure we're due for one.

Well, commissions are picking up. I've gotten some finished, still working on others (as always, the list of what's what is on the homepage).

Also, I'm now offering commissions for key-ring tails, as well (examples here here & here). Unlike other commissions, these guys have a set price: $10 for 1 or 2 colors, $15 for 3 or 4. Any more than 4 colors and it's probably too difficult for me to want to bother with. They'll all be around 2" wide and 6-8" long. Please no ridiculous designs - stripes are about as complex as I want to go with these.

One more thing! The C.C. (Carnaval Cat) partial is officially up for sale. See the shop for details on that.

Honeymoon (cabin in Gatlinburg) was incredibly awesome! Couldn't have asked for a better time! But now we're back, & it's time to get back to work.
Plans from here? More pre-made ear/tail sets for the shop, hoping for commissions to pick up, gotta finish those two suits, & keeping up with my actual job. Not to mention, getting ready for the baby! :3

I won't be taking many slots, and I'm limiting it to tails & ears for this round. I simply don't have time for larger items such as paws and heads, I'm afraid.

On top of furry things, I'll also be allowing a good number of commissions for latex paw pads. Hand pads will be $15/pair and foot pads will be $30/pair. If you need an odd, rare, or hard-to-find custom color, add $10 (if getting multiple pairs of pads and all are the same odd color, you only need to add $10 once).

As always, read the info before getting a quote and agreeing to a commission.

It's been... a hell of a week this past week, and we found out some big news (which I can't tell y'all just yet - we're still waiting on blabbing to everyone we know).

On another note, I may be opening a couple commissions slots back up for tails & ears. Holding off on bigger stuff like paws & heads til I actually have time for it. Keep an eye out - my next journal will say for sure how many slots & of what.

One more thing! Go check out my latex (or soon-to-be-latex) items in my gallery (scars, horns, vampire bites & paw pads) & tell me how much you'd want or expect to pay for them. I really want to know before I start actually selling them.

To both FWA and St. Patrick's Day seasonal changeover being on the same weekend!

As some of you know, my job is dictated by holidays (thanks to working with cards). Since St. Patrick's Day falls near the end of the week, my weekend looks as if it will be taken up with work so no FWA for me. Previously I had thought 'Well, it's a small holiday, I can probably work around it & still make it to Atlanta,' and if I'm lucky, I might still be able to, but we'll just have to see how it works out. There are a couple other things that would also need to get sorted out if I were to go.

And now, off to work.
