My new laptop has arrived!

I have it all set up and ready for art and adoptables again! I won’t be doing any today because I’m exhausted now but work on commissions and adoptables should hopefully be starting again soon!

I’ve also been distracted by video games so it may be slow BUT. It’s happening we’re slowly starting back up and are able to do things and that’s what’s important

SO. Summer is ending which means I’m not as swamped with my jobs but, of course, other shit started happening this month.

My laptop is being replaced which means anything custom and art commissions are on hold until it arrives around the 24th or august

I had Covid at the start of this month

My car broke down and I had to pay a shit ton of money to get all the tires replaced

And I was just hit by a hurricane and need to assess damages that may have been done from that yet. So far the worst damage to any of my things that I know about is potential roof damage because a big fuckin branch fell onto our roof but hopefully it should be fine

Anyway!! Yeah that’s my update. That’s why I haven’t been posting new art or new adoptables yet bc I can’t work on them yet

Hey everyone! During the summer I’ll be very very busy with work, having two jobs that will both be active during the time. My only day off will be Wednesday with very few exceptions

This means I’ll be less responsive than usual but!! I will not be inactive! I will still be taking commissions and selling adoptables, including custom adoptables if that’s anything anyone would like! They will just take me longer than usual because of my very very busy schedule.

It’s come to my attention that a phrasing I usually have in my adoptables descriptions isn’t very well liked, and I was entirely unaware of

The rule of "IF YOU RE-SELL, YOU MUST DO SO AT THE SAME PRICE I SOLD IT FOR AND NO HIGHER" is slowly being removed from each of my adoptables, sold and unsold

I may also be shortening the descriptions in general. Thank you for bearing with me in this process and apologies for not realizing this was something that was frowned upon

•The artist (Dragabond, Dragabond-Art) maintains the right to claim intellectual ownership of creating the piece or design.
•Half payment upfront always, but I will accept full payment upfront as well.
•I will send you WIP’s to make sure it is to your liking, and any changes you request may increase the price depending on how much change you are asking for.
•NFT creation, distribution, and cryptocurrency-related business transactions with this artist's work are expressly forbidden and will result in immediate legal action upon discovery.
•You may not use any of my art for AI or AI training purposes, even if commissioned from me.
•The artist also maintains the right to decline or refund a client for any reason that does not have to be disclosed.
•The artist may cease production on a commission for any reason that does not have to be disclosed, with partial refund or other reasonable compensation for the client with discussion as needed.
•Commissions may be posted to any of the artist's social medias and will be showcased as samples at the artist's discretion.
•Illustrations drawn by the artist may be used as reference for the character design.

•The client/customer/commissioner is welcome to share commissioned pieces with the above credits given to trusted individuals. Sharing unwatermarked pieces at high-quality is at the client's discretion and is not recommended due to potential risks of theft.
•If used for business purposes, artist's social medias are required to be linked and shared in an easily-accessible manner without subtlety (stream description, hyperlinks, end credits, etc).
