Slave Drive YCH update
Posted 6 years agoHello everyone! Now that the worst of the storms are over I can finally let you know what was going on! So essentially where I live, we had a ton of bad storms blow through for about three days. I was without power for the majority of this time, so did not have a chance to work! I now have to push back this YCH in favor of some commissions that were also delayed due to power outages. I am giving myself a new deadline of July 12!! Expect some sketch updates within the next couple days as I get your characters into place!! I really appreciate your understanding. <3

So I will be creating a PDF pack of about 20-25 characters/creatures, as a pack of coloring pages! They will be traditionally sketched and will be digitally inked. As some incentive, I'd like to use some personal characters throughout the coloring pack. This theme will be dragons/fantasy! So that can include anything not too closely related to an actual living animal. A small list would be dragons, unicorns, kirins, mermaids, and any other fantasy themed creature!
I will be doing these coloring packs to be used by anyone who purchases them. They will be sold for about 20-25$ Depending on the amount of pages are included. They will be PDF versions, allowing you to print off and color as many versions as you might like! If I use your character for a page in the book, you will receive a free copy of your one page and a discount on the remaining pages should you be interested. And for an added fee, I would mail you the refined traditional sketch!

Posted 8 years agoI am currently taking on some cheap commissions to get into the swing of things! These will be waist up busts of your character, traditionally sketched and then digitally lined. If you would like to pay more, I could mail the refined sketch anywhere in the world! The sketch will not be preapproved before inking, due to the nature of the commissions. Can be feral or anthro, any species! There are also some other options should anyone be interested! Please see below.

I do not feel as if it is beneficial unless enough people enter. (I only had 3 for the entire month since I posted about it.) However!! I will do a free art raffle in the near future. RAFFLES and why I won't be doing them anymore.
Posted 9 years agoSo in light of my recent raffle journal, I will no longer be holding raffles. Turns out someone actually created a trouble ticket for it, which I am not surprised about in the least.
I will, however, be holding them over on Weasyl from now on. FA has greatly limited the ability to expand my reach to new viewers. I will still do free art at random here through journals, but now it will only ever be artists choice. If you want a higher chance of getting free art through a random raffle, please feel free to watch me over on weasyl at https://www.weasyl.com/~dragonsfire90!
This does NOT mean I'm leaving FA!! It just means I will be doing a lot less free art through here. A lot of an artist's revenue comes from word of mouth. Unfortunately, FA has restricted this as much as possible, as anything can be construed as spam.
Again, I will be doing random free art here! It just wont be a random number drawing with multiple enteries. I can't be too upset about it, as it is against FA's code of conduct. It just means I will have to use other, more reliable, avenues.

Moving to a new site
Posted 11 years agoHello everyone! I just wanted to make you aware that I will be moving over to Weasyl. I've had an account there for quite some time, but never really used it. Given recent events of how FA is being run, I am gradually becoming less comfortable with being here. Seeing as I'm really not getting all that much traffic here, I see no reason to stay. I haven't had too many poor experiences here myself, but I have seen others. I am not closing this account entirely, but I will be posting FAR less here and more over on Weasyl. I will still be watching out for art being posted here from artists that I enjoy, but I don't intend to give FA my support anymore and as little as possible.
