So I just finished applying to 2 different locations for a job position as a bank teller. I've been asked by a few folks if I ever thought of working as one. The fact that I received that at different time intervals and from different people, made me think this might be a sign. I apply to a bank company that one fur is currently working with.

Why am I applying for a new job? One of my part time jobs is cutting my pay in half and the other one is closing mid-January. I plan to stay with the latter until the end.

Reflecting a bit here, working with my 2 part time jobs are the last thing that is part of my old life (with my ex and being not very active in the fandom). So if I do get the new job, I pretty much will be starting fully anew in Colorado.

I'm hoping I can get the job in one of the locations. I'm told having an employee referral helps greatly.

I finished uploading 3 videos on my youtube channel. The 3rd is to celebrate my 100 subscriber milestone as well as introducing Phuell, my worgi (wolf/corgi) character. He was very well received at MFF and on Telegram/Twitter/here, so I'll be updating my profile page to have him in. As for my other fursonas, I will make some adjustments to their species, colors, or markings that isn't too drastic of change (since I still like them).

I have so many photos taken at MFF and there's many folks that I've met there. I am glad that I got 2 days off from work after I returned so that I could finish not only the videos, but also get most of the photos uploaded onto my twitter. However, I have still lots to do. I have to look for another job and we'll see how it goes with that.

So for my 2nd furry con, it was so much fun! It didn't have that vibe at first for me.

When I arrived on Thursday evening and went to look, I felt overwhelmed and became a little secluded until I met some of my friends.

Friday was better. I got to meet new and old friends. At the macro/micro meetup, I've met many who knew me as 'Dragonphlu'. When they saw me in person, they were happy to see me and I felt like I was at a happy reunion. I also got to do a fursuit interview with a furry youtuber, Kiwi Fox, and did 2 takes. The first one was rushed due to the location we were filming; the second one was much better since it was filmed back at my hotel. Those were the highlights that I recall for Friday.

On Saturday, I was going to wear my wolf costume to see about attending the fursuit menagerie, but I never did. I got to have lunch with other patrons of a furry youtuber, Dojo Dingo. I did attend the otter photoshoot and furry youtube meetup and that was great. I did another fursuit interview, but it's with a different furry youtuber and after it was filmed, I immediately noticed that the memory card in the camera is full and it only recorded 1 min in. But thankfully, we were able to do a 2nd take on Sunday morning. The furry youtube meet was nice. I got to meet other fellow youtubers and it felt really wonderful to be recognized by them (Majira, Stormi, Myron, Fjord Frost, Kiwi Fox, BeagleinRed, Rika, Kero, Nos, etc.).

Sunday rolled by and after the 2nd take filming, I decided to spend more time at the Dealer's Den. There was a fursuit raffle and I decided to enter 1 ticket in, costing $5. I went about and met some more furs and even two who are local here (  Maneater and  Mosin )! I was quite happy and it gets better. I got alerts that I won the fursuit raffle and so I hurried back to claim it. I immediately went fursuiting with it. As I was fursuiting, I realized that now I don't have a big luggage to carry all my stuff back home. I was going to use an Uber, but my good friends  dineegla and  MuscleWolf offered to help take me to Target to get a new luggage and drop me off to continue fursuiting. I met another friend,  Lucky_Dalmatian in the lobby and got to see what this Asian photoshoot is all about. As I was walking around, I received many congrats from various furs when they saw my fursuit and also some "I hate you" (not seriously). I met some more furs while resting at the headless lounge.

Of course, everyday I met and took photos with many fursuiters and got to know several of them! I had so much fun and bought more stuff than what I did at Anthrocon (I'm afraid to look at how much I've spent). I'd say the biggest highlight was definitely winning the fursuit raffle. While it's not my totter fursuit (which I am still looking forward to him soon!), it's wonderful to go fursuiting!

Thank you everyone whom I've met and got to know at MFF! You guys made it quite memorable for me!

Midwest Furfest was a blast!

I didn't get my fursuit for it, but something else happened - I won a fursuit raffle!

On Sunday at the Dealer's Den, there was a booth (Water Dog Wharf) who was doing a partial fursuit raffle (head, 4-fingered paws and tail). Buy any products from them and each product grants 1 ticket. I decided to buy a $5 badge holder and put 1 ticket in. A guy after me bought 10 items to get 10 tickets. So I went on shopping. I got to see  MuscleWolf ,  the_gneech , and  koidelcoyote at the Artist Alley. I also got a sketch from  cooner (will show later; gotta get a scanner).

Anyways, after a few hours and meeting other fursuiters and friends later, my phone was buzzing like crazy. I look to see my friends were yelling "PHLOWW, CHECK YOUR TWITTER!" and "Phloww, you won the raffle!" I could not believe it. I looked on my twitter and yup, I won the fursuit. I hurried back to the Dealer's Den and manage to make it with 5 mins to spare before they close. I picked up my new fursuit and I was so excited! It even fits my head (with my eyeglasses in them)! They took a couple photos and I tweeted the news.

I hurried back to the hotel room to change and suit up. I actually had bought a bandana earlier (for my Target wolf mask costume) and wore that with it while I fursuit a bit. Folks recognized me as the raffle winner and congratulated me. It was my first time I officially gone fursuiting and made sure to visit the headless lounge and rest to get my body used to it (which was fairly quickly since it's a partial).

Funny. I had bought the bandana, brought anti-fog spray, underarmour, and an outfit jacket to go with my wolf costume prior to the trip. Now, they all go to this new fursuit!

And based on his color scheme and such, he'll be replacing one of my current fursonas. Ever since I fursuited as him that night, I rapidly got attached to him and I played out his part well. So he'll be replacing Phurll and he'll have a new first name; I may keep the last name (if I can't find a decent alternative one). And will be adding his backstory and such later.

All I can say is....holy freaking nature, was I so damn lucky to win a fursuit and it only took just one $5 item I bought from the makers. And what's even more hilarious is that the partial fursuit actually fits me perfectly!

So tomorrow, er, later today, I'll be flying to MFF, woot!!

Some bad news - There is delay on my fursuit, so I will not be having it for the con. I will also not be able to make the unboxing fursuit, fursuit vision prank, and other videos that I wanted to do.

Some good news - I can still enjoy the con and also can do fursuit interview videos (which is what I have mostly on my youtube channel). I will be interviewing two so far - Dojo Dingo and Kiwi Fox. I have posted the appropriate tweets on my Twitter for folks to reply with questions they want to ask either of them (I sadly can only pin one tweet. >.<).

I do have a wolf mask that I got from Target and a wolf tail. I thought about bringing him along, but then I wonder if it'd be an insult if I wore a cheap mask to the con.

I can't wait for MFF!!!

This month is the start of a new journey and today, I got to attend the first furry bowl meet in Colorado! I had such a fun time, meeting familiar and new faces! And earlier that same day, I got a new phone (Samsung S8) and am liking it very much! I actually got a good deal with it from Best Buy (saved $200) along with a Otterbox brand phone case (on sale and with mall employee 25% discount)!

Okay, so I am going to Midwest Furfest in less than a month and my fursuit maker  WhaleosaurSuits (which sadly will close studio after finishing mine) will be delivering my fursuit to me in person at the con!! So I plan to make an unboxing video at MFF!!

The "new additions" is going to be photos (either taken by me or another) of me in my fursuit in my FA gallery. I will still continue to commission artists and get art from time to time. But yes, things are looking up this month and hope it'll continue to get better!

Yesterday, two fur friends (one who is one of my new housemates) came over to help me move almost all my stuff into my new place. The moving went faster than I expected! I still got a couple more things left to get tonight, but I can carry them in my car. My new room is at least double the size, including the bed provided! I realized how much stuff I have and probably should look into filtering some things out. So I slept in my new room for the first time last night. And I received a nightmare.

I dreamt that I was in a room with my ex and his best friend. They were friendly towards me. Then I yelled at them, telling them what I found out and did not want them in my life anymore. Last I remember was me walking away from them. I've never had such a dream where I stood my ground and I was very satisfied with it. I guess, in the end, it wasn't a nightmare, but more of a resolution.

So yeah, I'm taking my first steps in changing my life, making it better while still being me.

Oh, in other news, I am going to Midwest Furfest and my maker informed me that she will be going there and will deliver my fursuit in person to me then! I am SOOO EXCITED!! SQUE-AWR!!!!

*WARNING: Long walls of text and venting*

Where to start.....and I'll try to be as clear as possible. Long story short -  flint-flareon and I are no longer mates. That's a surprise, right? After how many years that we've been together, you'd think all's well. Nope.

Now let me explain some things that happened since 2008 - since  flint-flareon and I became mates. We've only had sex one or twice and one or two frotting or masturbation since we've been together (sorry about it being TMI) and we didn't really spent a lot together like other normal couples would. Occasionally, I tried to set up "dates" of us two to spend time together, but afterwards, it was back to same old things. Anyways, let's start from that year.

I was in Florida and he was in California. We communicate via online at the time. At some point, he moved in with his sister and her family in a military base in Germany. He stayed there for about a year. He saved up money to fly down here and move in with me. I was living in Tampa, Florida at that time. It was stressful, especially since we also had a 3rd roommate to accommodate (who came from Oregon). Kilij/Flint was trying to find a job, but no luck so I and our 3rd roommate had to pay for everything. Things happened and at one point when a friend from Canada came to visit, I had a nervous breakdown about finances and how to manage things. The part I was surprised was when Kilij/Flint just went out. After a couple hours have past, I got worried and went out. I found him walking down a sidewalk, away from our apartment. He was depressed and he couldn't do much to help with the situation. I comforted him and told him that we'll try to make it through and apologized about my breakdown earlier. After that, we went back home and we try to work things out.

About a year later Kilij/Flint and I moved to Fort Myers, FL to reside in my mom's condo unit; it was cheaper than where we were. A bit later, Draco moved in with us from wherever his stepmom lives (and he didn't like it there). Draco was  flint-flareon's best and childhood friend and has social security money (due to his Aspergers and other conditions). I have 2 jobs by then and Kilij/Flint was looking for one and we were trying to maintain rent and bills. Kilij/Flint does have a side "job" as an audio editor for a fan-based MLP + Dr Who crossover; it was going well at first, but then it seemed to have got caught into a snag. According to Kilij/Flint, he told me that the one in charge had some emotional and mental issues and had to seek help and thus, delay things. Now the whole time in Florida for about 5-6 years, he still hasn't found a job. When I asked, he told me that there is a sex offender matching his name and was the reason he couldn't get a job anywhere. I've been paying for rent, bills, my debts and loans and thankfully, Draco was able to help pay portion of Kilij/Flint's rent and occasionally the bills and food. It went slow and steady for about 5 years later, but not much of income and profit. Kilij and Draco played games together and such while I was in the other room and just playing by myself most of the time. It was quite secluded and lonely for me. I have adopted 2 cats to help with company. I was still working for Disney and my mom's dental office. At some point,  flint-flareon told me that an online friend of his was able to help him become a trucker. I was hesitant about it since I heard being a trucker is a tough job and Kilij/Flint had some emotional issues; eventually I supported him and even asked about when I should take him to his interview and such (I've taken him to get new prescription glasses that his online friend gave him money for). After a month or two, I asked how it was going. Kilij/Flint said that his friend suddenly "disappear" and hasn't contacted him since. During the time living in my mom's condo, I was given a almost new computer from my mom and gave my laptop to Kilij/Flint. I went through at least 2 laptops and now I got a desktop. My previous laptops were given to my mate. And somehow, each one keeps breaking down slowly with him.

HIs sister and her family and his mom and her new husband (Kilij/Flint's parents were divorced) came over to Disney World and we came too. They wanted to meet me and we had a great time together and I gave them presents (Disney related, obviously). They were very happy with me and for Kilij/Flint to have me. At some point later, Kilij/Flint and I went back to Disney World and met with another fur and also a good Floridian friend. We hanged out and had a good time. It was great to meet one of my online friends in person. ^__^

Now, a little of more about our relationship. I was totally fine of my mate to mingle with other guys and he told me he was fine with me doing the same, so we have an open relationship. I made sure to tell him if I ever go with another guy, I'd introduce him t my mate and tell him if we're going to anything together. That really never happened since I was kept secluded in the condo and didn't met anyone local. It was until late 2016 that I started to get out of my "rock" and try to get back into the furry fandom more and start socializing. I met some local furs around the area and went to my first furmeet. What's funny was that I had to start that furmeet up. It turned out great and my mate was with me at that time. I've asked him how it was to him and he said something along the lines of, "It was all right." So I was getting into being more active in the fandom, while Kilij/Flint and Draco just kept to themselves.

Earlier this year in 2017, my mom asked me if we can find another place to live. The reason is that the condo maintenance was getting very high and mom's got a lot of debt to pay. I was hoping to move near Orlando in a few more years (saving up) and work at Disney World, but due to this, that wasn't going to happen. I told the news to Kilij/Flint and Draco and they weren't happy about it. I had looked for housing around cities near Orlando and the price for rent is a bit high. I was pretty much trying to see what would accommodate us 3 and my cats. Then a good friend,  MojaveKoyote , offered his house for us 3 to live in in Colorado. I told this to Kilij/Flint and Draco and they weren't thrilled of it. They'd rather stay here. I weighed out my available options that I have at the time and after some thinking, decided to take up the offer that Mojave gave me. Due to limited expenses, I had to give up one of my cats; thankfully, one of my coworkers was willing to take him, so at least he's got a good home. I took the other cat, Sam, with us; he had been around longer. My mom and sisters were so happy that I am moving and helping mom's situation; they supported my choice.

So I had to do a lot of planning and preparation, including renting a U-haul trailer to help bring stuff with us. It was a long drive and very taxing on my body, but I was determine to make sure we get there and help my mom with her situation. Colorado is a new experience and lifestyle, compare to Florida. I was able to be transferred to another Disney Store here so I can still work for the company. Due to sleeping schedules, Kilij/Flint and Draco resided in the lower bedroom of the house while I resided in the other upstair bedroom. I was welcomed with the furry community here and I tried to introduce Kilij/Flint and Draco to them. Once we had settled in, I continue to spent time meeting and hanging out with local furs while Kilij/Flint and Draco both remain secluded in the downstairs bedroom in Mojave's house. I tried to get my mate to come and socialize, but he didn't seem much thrilled. One time, I saw him thrilled when he saw that I got a new camera (as a belated birthday gift) so that I can make furry youtube videos with; he wanted to play with it and be my cameraman. I was fine with it, but I kept the camera in my room. Anyways, living in Colorado was going well for me, but since Kilij/Flint and Draco kept to themselves, they didn't tell me much about their thoughts. They didn't tell me anything bad about living here after we moved here in July. Kilij still couldn't land a job and said the reason why is due to low credit score. I didn't think many jobs would require credit score unless you work for a bank. It was rather odd.

In late Sept/early Oct, I was told that if we can find another place by January; nothing bad, it was more of new mateships with the owner and I understand of privacy and such. When I told the news to them,  flint-flareon remain quiet while Draco said that's too short of notice. If I recall correctly, 1 month is the minimum notification allow to relocate/move. I explained that we got a few months to find another place and it's plenty of time. I heard him muttered, "Two months is still too short." I figured he's not happy and didn't want to correct him on the miscount of months. Anyways, I did some searchings and sadly, many places are a bit pricey if we want all 3 of us to live together. With Kilij/Flint having no job, me with 2 jobs, and Draco with social security money, it sadly wouldn't add up to keep up with rent, especially since I also have loans and debts to pay each month. Draco did told me that he could live with his grandpa as last resort. I did some searching around once more, and this time, I got some of the furries in the community to also help me. I found one where Kilij/Flint and I can move in with, but sadly not Draco and not my cat. I kept that option available as I continue looking around. One of my coworkers was willing to take Sam if needed to. After looking around and no other luck, I told Kilij/Flint and Draco what I manage to find. They weren't happy about it, but they went with it since they didn't have anything to share. After a bit, I decided that the one whom we're moving in with was the best option, plus, the fur may be able to help us find jobs (I'm losing my other job by next year) due to connections. Draco asked if I can take him to Arizona to live with his grandpa and I was fine with it.

On Oct. 16th, early morning, I helped Draco pack his stuff into my car and he wanted to take my cat. Kilij/Flint said that he'd rather let Sam be with someone. However, due to the stuff packed into my car, there was not enough room for Kilij/Flint to come with us. I did wanted him to come, but Draco didn't want that and have to pay for shipping some of his stuff over. It was a 13 hour drive and I stayed at his grandpa's place. Unfortunately, it was so hot and dry that I couldn't sleep. I ended up only getting 2-3 hours of rest and I was sweating buckets in the room I was sleeping in. I was also worried about my mate. So I told Draco that I was going to go back now and hope Kilij/Flint was okay. I did contacted a fur whom he became friends with Kilij/Flint to go hang out with him while I was gone, but I still want to make sure my mate was all right. It is a big change since he and his best friend are no longer living together.

I got back the next day and try to rest. I ended up getting a chest cold due to the lack of enough sleep and excessive weather exposure and stress. Kilij/Flint said he was fine when I asked how he is. I told him that very soon, it'll be our turn to move. We went out to eat at a buffet and then played Guild Wars 2 together. It was actually rare nowadays of us to play together. We played until around 3AM and then went to sleep. I woke up and I was thinking of getting some food and went to knock on Kilij/Flint's door. I peeked in to find him nowhere and thought he went out to get food. After a few hours later, I was getting concerned, I looked into the room again and noticed something; several things were missing that shouldn't be missing. The things missing were his laptop (one I gave him), backpack, some clothes, and his 3DS. I tried to think where he'd go. He didn't left me a note or anything about going somewhere. There was a piece of paper that had numbers/dates written on it and I wondered if it was some bus schedule. I telegrammed my friends and also his sister. His sister, being a nurse, will contact hospitals and other folks. I tried to contact Kilij/Flint online, but no luck. On Discord, when I sent a message to him, I get an autobot response, saying that this recipient only accepts messages from his friends and said I may also be blocked. I was confused. I looked around on other social medias and no luck. I messaged his mother to see if she may know what's going on. No luck.

So my mate went "missing" for a couple days and I was going to visit the police station this Friday. On Thursday night, I made my previous journal and one of his online friends contacted me on Discord (whom I've asked permission to mention his name, which is Russell, and it is  WanderingWastelander ). He wanted to share me some things in a group chat as well as some private messages that may give some insight of what my mate felt and such. I was shocked. Apparently, according to Kilij/Flint, I have "abandoned" him and went with some other guy (what other guy?!) and said that I stole his laptop and hold it for ransom. My mate said he had to take actions and called out "theft of property". There were a few other things that were mentioned that I was shocked that he said such things about me. Another shocking thing is that Kilij/Flint has another FA account under a different name (will not mention unless asked privately). And the info on that FA page was totally different from his  flint-flareon page, even lying about his age.

I decided to call up my mate's sister to tell her some news (since she did asked me to keep her informed). I explained to her what I just found out and she knows that the stuff he said about me is not true ( since she and her family has met me in person). When I told her that Kilij/Flint seems to have this "double life" of talking behind my back and such, she confirmed it and said that it had happened with another brother of theirs. She told me stuff that my mate had lied to me about - low credit score, why he can't get a job, being lazy, not being responsible. The low credit score was actually not from his family, but him getting a credit card and not paying it. The excuses he gave me for not getting a job is due to not wanting to do it and be lazy all day. She told me that he'll try to lie and make other people feel sorry for him and see him as the victim. She said he'd go through a "tantrum" because he's not getting what he wants and will "run away" until later. She said don't bother filing 'missing person' report and apologized to me. She told me that at Disney World, she was happy that I was there to actually help Kilij/Flint go on the right path in life. She felt really bad and sorry that it didn't work out and that  flint-flareon just remained stubborn and following one of his older brother's footsteps. She advised me that if he does come back that I need to stand my ground and not give in.

At some point later, on Discord, I found out that I got kicked from Kilij/Flint's group chat and same with  WanderingWastelander and apparently blocked him too. So it seems Kilij/Flint decided to block and ignore me as well as Russell.

I've felt betrayed, backstabbed, lied to, and used. Since 2008, I've been mates with this person and took him under my wings for 7-8 years and trying to support for both of us. The next day, after I had tweeted a post about what happened (since I had tweeted that I was worried about where he is), Draco sent me a message on Discord. He told me that I need a reality check, be responsible, and not blame others. He mentioned that he had to save his best friend from committing suicide because "I wasn't supportive to him of his ambitions". I was not told of Kilij/Flint making a suicide attempt and the times I'm with him, he was fine and well. Draco pointed out the 3 things (audio editor, trucker, and book writing) to me and said I gave no support for them. He also mentioned how much I don't consider their well beings. Now after reading his message, I would have been shocked, but by then I felt like these were just lies that Kilij/Flint had told Draco to make him feel like the victim. He also said that he contacted family and got one to take Kilij/Flint in and so that explains why he packed up and left. Today, as I was cleaning a bit of the downstairs bedroom, I did found another piece of paper that was hidden under something that were directions to Greyhound bus.

I started to cut ties with Kilij/Flint with things in Guild Wars 2, Twitter, and some of my FA profile page. Draco still plays GW2 and he saw what happened. He replied with another message on Discord, saying that I was "just going to ignore my responsibility and blame others as usual. That's unfortunate." What responsibility am I suppose to take? Contact Kilij/Flint? That can't be done. And "blame others as usual"? Who did I exactly blame and for what reason? If anything, I felt that what Kilij/Flint did was very immature - just get up, pack and leave without even leaving a note of goodbye. And about the whole "not considering their well beings", that's cause they don't F-ING SPEAK UP and they don't wanna help contribute when we have to do things! I had to do almost all the work and paid the most of this. Neither of them paid for anything with the movings and Draco didn't even help pay for gas when I was taking him to his grandpa's. Even if I do reply to him of my statements, he would dismiss them as excuses and not satisfy with them, so why bother trying to reason/explain to someone who shuts himself out from everything around him.

Anyways, I lost 2 people whom I thought were friends and one of them being my mate. They took the initiate and cut me off first without wanting to give me much to explain, so I'll be doing the same. I am deeply sorry for the long journal and wall of text. I am recovering (at a surprisingly fast pace, but then again, I was told that I have quick recuperation). From what his sister and Russell had told and shown me, it made a lot of sense of what was happening during the 9 years that I've known and been with Kilij/Flint.

There are things that I need to clean up that the two left behind for me, as well needing to make apologies/amends to those who got involved. And I am sorry about all this. I will try to be a better totter.

EDIT: Also, thank you all for your support. I just wish these two would speak up more instead of just keeping things to themselves and leaving me in the dark. That is why I share my info and ask consent if things are fine.

After I had dropped Draco off at his grandpa, I slept for a few hours. It was so hot in the room that I couldn't go back to sleep. I decided to drive back to Colorado. I was worried about  flint-flareon . He seemed fine when I saw him and we played some Guild Wars 2 together until around 3AM on Wednesday morning.

I sadly became ill with a chest cold due to the lack of good rest, stress, and winter/weather changes. However, something unexpected happened.

After I woke up (it was my day off from work), I was waiting to see if Kilij wanted to go out to get food. I went to his room and saw that he's out, so I figured I waited a bit. After several hours have past, I begin to have concern. I looked back in the room and noticed some things missing - laptop, 3DS, backpack, clothes. There was a small piece of paper with some numbers (that look like dates?) and times. There is also a "Deadline: 27-31" and I don't know what that meant.

I've already contacted his sister and his mother. They don't know what's going on, but we'll keep in touch with each other on any updates. I tried calling Draco, but I only get his voicemail.

The more I'm thinking about it, the more I'm convinced that they don't want me to be associate with them anymore. I....I don't understand. Did I said something or do something that offended them? I had asked if they were okay with the moving and such and they were fine with it. The one thing I do know about them and it bugs me greatly is that they don't want to show emotions. Both have things in common with each other, yet I'm different from them.

I may consider filing a "missing person" report to the police because this is very unusual of Kilij to just suddenly disappear and left. I have no contact to him and he disabled his FA and blocked me on Discord. I sent him a message on his 2 emails, hoping he would reply.

This month has been very stressful to me.

So I, Kilij (  flint-flareon ), and our friend Draco are moving again (nothing bad or anything happened). Thankfully, Kilij and I are going to be moving to the next city in Colorado. We'll be moving in with another fur in Denver. Thankfully, driving to my Disney Store for work isn't too bad (I may need to leave earlier than before, but not too much).

In an hour or two, I'll be driving my friend Draco to Arizona to his grandpa's place and then driving back home the next day. It's a 13-hour drive to get there and then another to go back. Thankfully, my car's a trooper! And once he's all settled and I return back home, it'll be Kilij and my turn to start packing and moving. I hope to get all of it done by Halloween/November 1st.

I've mentioned this on twitter, I'm giving Phirmm Buffgleam, my fobie, a total makeover. He didn't stand out as much as my other two Gleams do and I've gotten an "awakening" and dream of his new design. Also, his hybrid combination wasn't following with the other two (having one species being a wild cat and no domestic species). In fact, his reference sheet is in the works as I am typing up this journal. His first name remains, but his last name is going to be a little bit different. His background story stays relatively the same (being Phloww's butler/bodyguard through family ancestor history). His abilities will be modified. His colors will be altered to match his new form. So what will Phirmm become? He's going to be a lyolf (wolf/lynx hybrid). I may keep the fobie design but change it up a bit (color-wise) for a new character of sort.

Mom and her home/business are okay, but needed to get stuff repaired and such. However, it did put a big dent into her money making. I do work for her part time as an online remote desktop maintenance guy. However, if her situation doesn't get better soon, she may have to file bankruptcy and I'll need to look for another part time job. She told me that if she cannot survive in the US, she can return to the Taiwan home and spend the rest of her life there. I'm just really worried for her and her well-being.

So I enjoy Colorado! And I got to meet so many new furries and made new friends! I am going into making youtube videos and going to get a fursuit soon! I am also going to Midwest Furfest this year and hopefully can fursuit for the first time! I have many skits and ideas that I wanted to do in fursuit, but until then, I can do fursuit interviews on my channel. I got to learn how to do video editing (beginner level) and using a new camera that I received as a birthday gift from a fellow fur!

Some of you may noticed, but I am reverting my totter's dominant fur color and underbelly fur color to their, sort of, original colors - cocoa brown color and cream color, respectfully (and roughly). Two big reasons - 1) it is easier to see the contrast in colors, and 2) my fursuit is going to have similar colors. The light blue on stripes on ears are staying.

Now some folks like the brown/light brown colors that I have currently, so I'm keeping it as a "alternative universe" of Phloww. Let me explain. Currently, Phloww is mostly otter and a bit of tiger. What if, in an alternate universe, Phloww was more tiger than otter? That is where I'll be keeping the brown/light brown colors. The AU version will have four fingers instead of five and his hair is a lighter shade of blue. He will have a more feline face, but still have the otter tail. It's probably best if I showed a picture of how it may look like (which I may upload).

It is past midnight here in CO and now I'm a year older. First birthday ever in another state!

Arrived on July 15th around 3AM in Colorado. That was the longest drive I've ever done. I got most of my stuff unpacked, but still got some things to take care of before everything's finalize.

July 12th is the Move-Out Day and leaving Florida! My coworkers hugged me and gave me some gifts and said they'll miss me. I'll miss them too; some I've worked with for over 5 years! Today and tomorrow, I'll be doing heavy packing/cleaning the rest of the place. I won't have internet sometime during the 11th (because I have to turn in the modem), but I will have my phone with me. I am aiming for 3 days / 2 nights of driving to Colorado and to our (me,  flint-flareon, and our 3rd roommate) new home with  MojaveKoyote !

This week and possibly next week will be busy, but hopefully everything will go smooth, safe, and well!

Because I won't have internet for my PC, I will only be making updates on my twitter and telegram (occasionally) while during the driving and road trip. I hope to get internet again by weekend.

It was a lot of fun! There was so much happening and my twitter/telegram were buzzing like crazy on my phone during the trip! I'm going to try and make a youtube video, talking about my "First Fur Con Experience". Why? Because there's so much stuff that a wall-of-text doesn't work.

Also, happy 4th of July everyone who celebrates! Lots of fireworks are going off today!

Tomorrow, I'll be riding with  Fuchs336 from Florida to Pennsylvania for Anthrocon! It'll be my first furry convention that I'll be attending. I'm nervous yet excited!

Got free oil/filter change because of my car warranty, but the washer fluid hose was more damaged than before. Turns out rodents (or squirrels) seem to be hanging out under my car hood and poop in there and chewed on the hose. Good news is that they didn't get to the other wires; bad news is that it still cost a bit to fix and clean it all up, including the air filter, so that's $335 (include labor) to take care of all that. The service didn't take long either at least so I didn't have to wait as long as I thought.

Afterwards, I got one of my new pair of eyeglasses and it is great, but just need to get use to them. Then I went to U-Haul to pick up my hitch component and it turns out, I bought the wrong one and so the guy refunded me and he got me the one I needed for my car; it was like....50 cents cheaper and it doesn't require an appointment to install. So these turned out good.

And I have now about 1 month left living in Florida and then it's driving/moving to Colorado.

A little more than a month left here before moving to Colorado. I need to notify post office, banks, insurances, and all those adult stuff some time this week or next week. That'll give them a month in advance. The condo is slowly getting cleaned up and stuff are being packed, thrown, or donated out as time goes on.

One of my coworkers said she'd be willing to take one of my cats because she has a feeling that one of the teachers that she knows would want him and I'll be at ease to know that the cat will be in good hands. So that's good news of this and one less thing to worry about.

I need to send a "test" package to the new mailing address to see if it got there fine. I just need to figure out what stuff I have here that I can send over....

And I can't wait for FFXIV: Stormblood to arrive! I'm loving my summoner's change for the most part.

We had 2 handymen/contractors/fixers came in yesterday to take care of the stuff that was mentioned in my previous journal regarding of the kitchen. Behind the wall, there was no wetness or leakage from the pipes. The only place where the leak would have been is from the old dishwasher and it only leak into our kitchen sink cabinet, BUT NOT BELOW THE FLOOR. They examined the pipes and there was no visible signs of cracks or drippings from them. They also checked our bathroom, toilet and bathroom sink that is on the other side; they even made a hole around the pipe that is connecting the toilet into the inside wall, just to double check and there were no leaks. The only culprit of any sort of leak was, again, the old dishwasher, which the leak just moist our kitchen sink cabinet and the small cabinet next to the dishwasher. The workers also confirm that the leak could not make it down to the floor below us.

We asked them to please write down what they did on a paper and dated it. I took 6-7 photos of the area. I printed out the photos and also made copies of the letter. I kept one copy. Mom has a copy. And a 3rd copy along with original are going to be sent to the condo association. Mom will call the representative tomorrow to inform her the situation and also that 2 letters will be sent. We also have copies of the written consent from condo association that permit us to fix and repair our issues.

The neighbor actually bumped into our workers earlier today and dragged them into his unit to show the leaks. Our workers said what they have found in ours and there doesn't seem to be anything from ours that could cause the leaks in his. The neighbor verbally chewed out on them and was very boastful that it was impossible for him to cause leak in his on unit and bragged about how amazing he is and how he maintains his home and such. The two times that there was a bad leakage was when there was heavy rain here (he called me after the rain). The neighbor explained that there are several locations throughout the kitchen that has some leak and kept blaming us, despite what the workers have found in our place. He even claimed that we have wooden floors that he had his inspector view in his camera; but we have concrete.

This isn't the first time this neighbor try to blame us for any sort of leak issue. He tried to blame us of our A/C unit was leaking. We had maintenance guy came over to examine our unit and reported that ours was dry. Now, we had workers opened up our kitchen wall (and remove all the lower cabinets, sink, and stove) to show that our inner walls are dry and no leaks from our pipes. We sadly had to throw away all those cabinets, sink and stove. The workers commented to me that from what they saw in his unit and they know the leaks aren't caused by us at all.

We have a new kitchen sink, but no stove. But we have some small kitchen appliances like a 4-in-1 grill, a versatile slow cooker/stew maker, microwave, and toaster. Our fridge and oven are fine because they are away from the rest of the kitchen; and we still have our kitchen island nook and upper cabinets.

So we got photos and report of proof to show to the condo association and we've kept copies. The workers have tested our new kitchen sink and also triple check the pipes (even checked the toilet and bathroom sink). They suggest we wait on the garbage disposal until tomorrow (but we're not going to use it at all since we're moving in a couple months).

And if the condo association representative wants to come see the place, then they sure can because we've showed and fixed our problem. Now the neighbor can fix his.

Edit: Also, the neighbor lied to my workers. My workers told me that the neighbor complaint about the leak for months when we have official documents saying that the complaint was notified on 4/24/17. So I know the neighbor is a f***ing bastard.

Okay, so I got the estimate cost from the company who is going to take care of:

- removing all lower cabinets, countertops, drywall behind lower cabinets, uninstall existing kitchen sink, remove stove and vent
- installing of all drywall behind lower cabinets, finished and painted
- installing kitchen sink with 1 cabinet and plumbing
- dump fee of all materials and mold

Total = $2800

It's a hell cheaper than the $10-$12k for a new kitchen. And we're not going to bother with that because whoever's going to own the unit most likely want to renovate/redecorate it anyways. Mom's fine with this and it looks like my paycheck won't be affected by this. Phew!

Now if only my downstairs neighbor would stop bugging me and telling me all his crap as if I'm the manager of the condo and actually contact the condo association and give them an update of this! The leak problem is starting to be a condo association issue and not us since it is coming from above the neighbor's ceiling and below my floor (both of us have leaks/wetness) that we both can't get to.

My downstairs neighbor called. Now there's 3 leaks and constant dripping. He's already got his insurance and another inspector to come in and kept saying it's from us. However, we had ours inspected and we have no leaks from our pipes. We did notice that there's a puddle that is around the southwest corner part under the kitchen sink cabinet, which is very, very odd (it's away from the kitchen sink and pipes). The side walls and ceiling of the cabinet are dry. The dishwasher next to it is dry as well as its walls. It's getting more and more like a condo association issue and not ours (which is good!)

The way how my neighbor talked to me and texted me with some photos and message sounded like he's pushing me, when we still don't know where the exact leaks are coming from. We're getting a leak from BELOW us while he's getting leaks from ABOVE us. It's getting more and more suspicious that it's coming from the A/C tube or mainstream pipes in between our floors. Also, I've informed my neighbor that we don't have black mold anymore - only regular mold (because if we did have black mold, the 3 of us would have been very sick already!).

I already called my mom and she told me that our inspector is sending his report to our condo association (except the representative who is dealing with us is rather rude and judgemental). I just hope the condo association is aware that the leaking problem seems to be not coming from us and from somewhere else. And we're making sure to keep things documented.
