Howdy ya all. I'm in the mood to work on 2 step transformation sequence tonight. If you're following me and would will like to volunteer: Please comment below and provide a image link to your character and a image link of what critter to what you want to transform into.
What's the catch that will keep this sequence interesting? Both the volunteer AND the critter will be chosen by RNG. So keep in mind that just because you request a dragon, you might become a goat, who knows? Only the RNG gods!

Posted 3 years agoHello ya all ... Dragonsica here. I'm back and ready for action.. Kinda.
I got really sick and was under for a couple weeks. Then one of my family members had surgery so I took care of them . Because of this, I'm a bit behind on the creature anatomy course and will be taking an extra week to finish it before working on sequences again.
As for sequences moving forward paintings will be more about quality then quantity. I plan on making more paintings in the vain of the commission done for Nimbold and the Rathlos TF worked on before my hiatus.
If you sent me any messages during my hiatus, I will try my darnest to respond as soon as I can

I will have one slot open for mid September. Its for a 3 step sequence in a illustrative style similar to the Rathlos Sequence https://www.furaffinity.net/view/48350498/. Sequences such as these take twice as much time make compared to my toon sequences so be aware it will cost twice as much($175 total, 3 steps transformation, includes a background). Turnaround will be 1-2 months to complete. PM me here or on my Twitter if you're interested with links to your character and what you want them to change into.

I was given a lot of good feedback with the Rathalos Sequence Illustration, feel confident enough to start doing illustration sequences and will add "3 Step Illustration Style Sequences" to the commission roster. Sequences like this are time consuming so it will be limited to 1-2 a month.

Posted 3 years agoHello everyone: I will be taking a break from social media. It might be up to a week before I get back to responding back to any messages as I will still check my accounts periodically. If you need to contact me, twitter messaging would be your best bet. I've been struggling with depression lately and thought a break might be best. I would like to improve my creature design skills. I have a course on the subject and want to practice it, which taking a break from social media and transformation art would afford me the time to complete the course.

I woke up with 20+ messages with encouraging words and good advice. Thank you everyone. I try to respond to each individually within the coming days.
I struggle with depression and anxiety but usually have it controlled.
I don't plan on quitting or deleting my accounts. My goal was to take a break and practice creature design and perhaps take an art course to improve.
You all are right about me comparing myself to others. It is quite the trap on social media. I struggle with pleasing the Algorithm gods.
Black Rat, Nyhgault are artists in the TF scene that I think very highly of. I don't want to copy their style but they inspired me to start doing my own TF art.
I'm not going to lie, as a graphic designer IRL for 10 years, I feel threatened by AI. However, I don't think it will replace TF artists anytime soon. Stock artists, graphic designers and photographers however are in deep trouble.
The TF community is close knit. I forget that I'm not in a bubble anymore and apologize again for causing a ruckus.

Posted 3 years agoI will be taking a brief hiatus. Might be another week, might be months. Haven't decided. I might have reached my apex as an TF artist and will never reach the heights of Black Rat, Nyhgault other talented TF artists. I need to take a break, reflect on what it means being an artist and figure out what I need to do before I get replaced with AI in the future. See you later.
