- Winter Fursuit Romp RESCHEDULED -

I have decided to cancel my winter fursuit romp originally scheduled for tomorrow. It's going to be too cold tomorrow and for safety reasons, I am cancelling it.

- Winter Fursuit Romp REMINDER -

Hey guys! Just as a reminder, my winter fursuit romp is next Sunday...Remember to mark your calendars to come down for some fun. Also, next week and possibly throughout the weekend there is going to be a big cold snap coming through the area. The temperatures will be very cold and while it may not be that much of an issue for suiters, people doing photography and/or assisting with handling will be cold.
As a safety precaution, I have an alternative plan if the temperatures are going to be too cold. The alternative get-together will be held at Brunswick Zone XL in Lakeville off 162nd Street and just over the I-35 bridge. For those that have not been to Brunswick Zone, it offers full bowling, arcade, laser tag, & has a built-in restaurant. It is similar to the Big Thrill Factory in Minnetonka. Suiting will NOT be allowed, but ears and tails are still okay.

The winter season is upon us, so whether it’s a little bit of snow or a lot of snow, any amount will do. Be your fuzzy self or simply tag along to have a good ol’ time. Come on down to the southern part of the metro with me and others as we frolic around a park for a while! :)
I have decided upon Lebanon Hills Park by Jensen Lake. They have some beautiful trails that circle around it and are wooded so we will be with nature.
Dinner will be decided after the romp as the Eagan/Apple Valley/Rosemount area has plenty of good places to nom on food.

So...I decided to only have the one single photo for FA which is in my gallery...Thought about it dumping all here too, but that is just too much work since I can only do one at a time where with Flickr I can do multiples and saves me lots of time.

Fursuit Romp THANK YOU

Hey there! I want to thank everyone who came out this afternoon to romp around at Mill Ruins Park. We had an awesome turnout and it was a nice day to be out. I hope everyone made it home safely!
I want to thank everyone who actively did photography as well as videography. It’s always a lot of work running around capturing as many moments as possible, but it’s worth it through its hard work. My photos will be up as the days go on and I plan to do a small batch tonight.
I want to thank everyone not in suit (photographers included) who helped assist in keeping suiters out of the way of bikers and other walkers/runners. No one got hurt and no one seemed to have an issue with us.
The next romps I want to do will be aimed further south. We have not had much of anything in the Apple Valley/Rosemount/Lakeville area and I want to change that. Stay tuned!

Hey guys! I hope that all of you are have are having a fun time tonight and I hope everyone makes it home safely afterwards! :)
First off, I want to say THANK YOU to all who made it out to bowling…Sounds like there was construction around the bowling alley, but I hope the traveling around it was doable.
Next I want to thank Aerak and Ridayah for running tonight’s bowling in my absence. I hope everything went smoothly. I apologize for not attending tonight, but I am at an out of town adventure.
Next up, thanks to all who are actively doing photography tonight. We look forward to seeing all of the memories captured from it soon.

- November Fursuit Romp Discussion -

Next month before the Thanksgiving craziness, I want to try to put together a fun fall fursuit romp. The first weekend of next month if fursuit bowling so I am going to leave that weekend alone. However, the next weekend (of the 14th) is open!
I have a couple places in mind for the romp, but I have a question for everyone…
Interested in romping around on Saturday, November 14, raise your paw?
It will be just like my past romps, we meet up, romp around, shenanigans, photos, pack up, then dinner somewhere. :)

The Onion ~ An Event Idea

So, I have another idea and is no surprise to many.
Okay now this one to some may be a bit pricey and some may think it’s too much in one day, but here it is.
The event idea is being named The Onion and the reason for this is because it’s a multi-layered event. I use the term multi-layered because it’s multiple events put together for one day. I plan to have this on a bi-weekly meet weekend so that can be part of it. I want to kick it off with my traditional mall pre-meet (Ridgedale Center Mall) then lunch at Tiger Sushi when it opens (or somewhere else in the meantime) then the bi-weekly meet, then fursuit bowling (or if bowling is not scheduled, then dinner somewhere after the bi-weekly meet) then everyone safely drives home. :)
When will this event happen? No date/time set in stone yet, but if I had to guess, sometime after ZooBoo or Halloween.
So there is my idea, feel free to discuss! =p

Fursuit Mini Golf THANK YOU

To everyone that attended, thank you for coming out to make this a fun time. There was a very nice turnout and it was awesome to see everyone having a good time. We also did not get rained on which was awesome so yay for dodging the bad weather.
For anyone else taking photography and/or video while golfing, thank you for doing this. It will be fun to see what everyone else took. My photos will be up sometime this week as well!
Dinner was fun too as we nommed at Old Chicago on Snelling Ave. This is where it started to rain pretty hard at times, but we were safe inside. :)
I hope that everyone drove home safely and stayed relatively dry.

Fursuit Mini Golf Reminder

Hey there everyone! The summer is not over yet and we are always looking for things to do outdoors. Speaking of outdoors, come and join me for some mini golf at Putt’er There Miniature Golf next to Como Park Zoo & Conservatory. Fursuits are allowed so you can be fuzzy while you golf.
Also planning on doing dinner afterwards…For suggestions I will throw out Famous Dave’s, Old Chicago, Kyoto Sushi & Hibachi, Outback Steakhouse, Granite City Food & Brewery, or any suggestions others have. This will be decided once mini golf is over. :)
NOTICE: The mini golf course has a big fence around it. For anyone joining who is simply visiting, please stay outside the fence and watch. For anyone doing photography, please pay for a round and golf while taking photos (what I did last time). If doing photography and not golfing, please take photos outside the fence. I am going to advise that no one does video as I do not think the venue would appreciate that since it’s next to Como Park and other visitors will be mingling.

- The Life Updates -

So, I have not done one of these journals in a while...So much has gone on since the last journal I made. I have decided to put this in a more bullet-point format so that my updates are easy to read.
* * * * * * * * * *
- My boyfriend
has been living with me since February of 2014
- Got two new lenses for my Canon (w/ filters)
- Been updating my Flickr gallery to a much bigger library
- Making new friends in the community as well as connections
- Hanging out with more friends and doing fun activities
- Upgraded our kitchen flooring
- Been filling the house more with furniture and other things to make it look more like home
- Built a new gaming rig for myself and re-gutted Norm's with new components!
- Been doing many more events as it's a passion of mine
- Hosted events at venues I have never hosted at before (ex. Loring Park) and plan to do more
- Bought a new bike
- Got a new office at work with brand new carpeting, big window, desk (one raises up), chair, & laptop
- Did my first single track biking experience with Norm
- Trying to get good at tennis when Norm and I find time to play it
- Entering the fursuit dance expo at
- First time heading the Registration Department at FM with
- Need to try and figure out how to get the
more active again
- Trying to figure out logistics for a camping event for the
& 
- I am still a fox so that's good =p

Bowling - THANK YOU

Hello everyone! I want to say thank you to everyone who came out to bowl last night at Tuttle’s. I want to guess that we have up to 50+ people show up and everyone was having lots of fun.
I know for some of you last night, this was your first suiting event. I hope it was a lot of fun for these people!
For our changing room, thank you for keeping it as nice as possible during the event. When the night ended I only had to pick up a few things, but other than that, it was kept nice.
I have been talking with one of the main people in charge at the venue and he loved us. We brought them a lot of business and he was also nice enough to give our group a deal for unlimited bowling.
Also on an awesome note, I was also able to work out a deal where we can make this a monthly outing. As it stands now, after FM I will be scheduling a weekend to come back here. :)
Next, I want to thank everyone who was doing a lot of work with photography. I know there was a handful of community members doing this and it was much appreciated. I look forward to seeing photos wherever they get posted. I also have some photos that are being sent to me to be submitted to the MNFurs gallery.
Again, huge thanks to everyone, you are awesome!
