Ive been dealing with a lot. Ive opened up a store about 3 years ago which has taken all my time. Hence why ive been absent for 3 years. Its a geek shop and we have game nights on tuesday and friday playing dnd and magic and board games. :) so hope you guys havent thought the group dead. Its still alive but ive just got no time as of late.

I have been making books, Grimoires for a couple years now and was wondering if you would be interested in seeing them?

One problem is the CSS is from a free template and I have had nothing but headaches trying to customize it.

What are your plans for the season?
Im working on a few things, primarily getting through a death in the family. But project wise im considering getting back into sculpture and painting. Making journals and tomes, wood signs, leather crafts isnt doing it for me anymore... Maybe its just how the year has been going.. I hope for a better year in 2019.

Ive noticed this group is very quiet. Not much in the way of opinions, comments, suggestions, etc.

Its been chaoss for me these last few months.
I have been making spellbooks, wands, signs and leathercrafts like a mad man and finally im seeing light at the end of the proverbial tunnel.

One more big event this saturday and I can relax for a couple months before the big holiday sale.

How has everyone been doing? What hobbies and or excursions have you gone on? Feel free to just talk about anything :)

I'm in need of a new tool which will help save my hands from the already bothersome arthritis which rears its ugly head once in a while. Its a laser printer. This will cut down the time from 6 hours to 2 hours and also help me get creative projects from my mind to the printer. I don't have much since its very difficult to get a job that's not part time in Brookings. I'm considering moving to Eugene next year. I'm saving up but with insurance as well as all the other bills I'm lucky to have what I have. I've even started going through my collectibles to see what I can sell.
Speaking of which if your in Oregon this month Come on over to the Medford Comic con on the 28th and 29th at the public library! I have a booth there. Im selling my customized grimoires/books, leather goods, deck boxes and you will see a spot for my comic books and other collections im selling. Ill be dressed up as boba Fett... well mostly. I cant wear the jet pack or helmet as a merchant that and I had to sell my jet pack years ago to pay part of my rent :(
Anywho...

Ive been working with a bad shoulder as of the last few weeks. Going in to have it checked out but other than that I am keeping my energy in the positive and working on things that make me happy.

Im starting to study a little bit of wiccan on YouTube. Quite fascinating. in many ways it parallels us druids. We are all children of mother earth. We all want to be at peace with all the other animals of this world.
In order to be at peace with the world you have to be at peace with yourself. Im just starting to learn this but its not something done overnight.
Im a science mind Druid but i know energy flows thorugh everything. The trees, the animals, the water and air and even the rocks and minerals beneath our feet. Everything resonates with energy. Once we are focused and at peace we can then begin to feel that energy and understand it and utilize it for our and others health and well being.

Due to the federal gov. a small 1/4 acre fire that could have easily been put out, got ignored.

Im talking about the "Chetco Bar Fire" check it out.

We were in the path of it but by the grace of Gaya the winds and weather changed and we werent one of the several burned out. The fire stopped 2 miles away from us.

Were settled back into our house and lots of reorganizing needs to take place..

Sorry I've been away. I have not forgotten my fellow druids and Beings of this earth realm.

I hope everyone had a great new years and are staying safe. The weather has been a real bugger up in Oregon. Lots of ice, snow and possible flooding in many areas.

Well i hope everyone had a great winter solstice and are looking toward a new years. I believe 2017 will be a year for change a time for looking within ourselves and helping each other. Either that or our destruction is inevitable. Learn from the past mistakes and try to do good in this world. Hold a door open for people, say please and thank you, be kind and generous to each other. Help those in need when you can. I know that even in below poverty level in my life and nearly being homeless twice I still was able to give an apple to a homeless person and showed kindness where I could.

Winter solstice is what I normally say just because its more accurate than anything else for me. Its different for other people.

I will be heading to my grandmothers this Monday "2hr drive" for a couple days and then on the 17th ill be heading up to my moms which is a 7 hr drive in bad weather but worth it.

I am disappointed in what I see on the news. I am not a political being, I'm simply a part of this earth, I want the best for everyone. Cant we all get along and be at peace?
This is one of my main reasons I don't watch television.

I will take a moment to find my center, be calm and avoid technology for a while.

Drink some Green Tea
Hug a plush or a pet or both :)
Curl up in a blanket and or sit by the heater/fire
Read a good book.
