Okay, never mind... again... jeez!
Posted 7 years agoI've mentioned before I have a tech friend. Thanks to him I'm getting more tech savvy, and I'm also getting less panic-ey when it comes to computer stuff. Before him, I had legitimate anxiety and panic attacks over computer issues. Now, for the most part, I'm pretty chill about it.
Anyhoo, so this Adobe Genuine Software Integrity Service is now officially not a problem any longer. I found out that it is, in fact, something pretty easily disabled from inside "services.msg." Going into the properties of that, I can select it to be shut off, and also to never pop up again upon startup. I also went into the Task Manager beforehand to end its task before doing so anyhoo. It freed up my Adobe software, and now I am free to use the damn thing I got several years ago while at University.
Thanks for the concern... sorry to have worried all of you. Looks like I can put off paying for that subscription-based "CC" version for some time to come C:

Aaaaaand right on goddamned cue!!
Posted 7 years agoOkay, so yesterday I posted a relatively positive message about how I'm not giving up on arts and I'm planning to go back to it. Today I opened up my Adobe suite and got a message from a service I had no idea existed. It's called the Adobe Genuine Software Integrity Service. It scans for anyone using an old/outdated version of Adobe and assumes ANYONE who doesn't want their fucking moronic subscription-based garbage idea MUST have an unofficial version. Yeah, 'cause NO WAY would ANYONE have ANY problem with a system where we have to pay over $200 a year just so our artwork doesn't get effectively stolen away from us and is inaccessible unless we pay for our LOANED Adobe software. Don't be silly! It MUST be unofficial.
Basically unless I somehow address this, the software that managed to sneak its way onto my computer without my express permission will block my use of Photoshop. Unfortunately it won't take my verification code, and thus will block my use of Photoshop soon. Effectively that makes my computer currently useless for drawing, as I have no other decent means of drawing.
I am aware there are other softwares out there. Free ones, even. I've tried them and none appeal to me. Photoshop was nice. Photoshop was comfortable. Photoshop, for all its flaws, was like returning to the warm arms of an old friend, who while they might annoy you at times, still cared enough to help out. and make your dreams possible.
Right now I'm considering how to proceed. One option may be that I ask annually for the Photoshop CC version to by either a birthday or christmas present from my parents or something, I don't know. For now, unless you want some pretty rough pencil sketches, I'm physically unable to post artwork. So I guess hiatus for a while.
Sorry, guys. But don't worry, I'll find a way out of this somehow.

Long absence, future stuff, and paid commissions
Posted 7 years agoHi people. So, yeah, I returned about three months ago with a lot of enthusiasm and a crap-load of almost-daily postings of art, plus some journals explaining what'd gone on and what was planned. Those have obviously not, as of yet, come to fruition, but that definitely does not mean that they won't.
So, I've had a problem, which you may have noticed; I can be a little flighty. The thing is, that only ever happens when it's personal projects that have no set time frame, or if I don't entirely know what direction to take something in. Both of these are factors when it comes to things I do on this site, since I've never gotten around to setting up a Patreon, or Paypal, or anything so far which would force me to confront actual deadlines, and paid requests from people I'd be obligated to follow through on.
I've got full-time employment right now, and for the first time in my life, I've been faced with a particularly long period of time where I didn't particularly feel like drawing. I had absolutely nothing that made me feel disinclined to it, I don't feel depressed or anxious (or at least, nothing I can't handle and easily get through) but I don't feel all that inspired or compelled to do it either. This is something I'm changing now. I'm also going to only talk about a project from now on if I'm already well into production of it, not before art has begun to surface. To that end I'm starting up production of arts I want to do, as well as (soon enough) setting up Paypal so I can get paid commissions--that is, if anyone's interested. I made a promise to myself not to give up drawing, and I am absolutely going to stick to that.
I've started sketching again, and man I am out of practice after not having really done so in a few months properly. So, I've gotten a crap-load of reference material, help books, etc, and before I start doing commissions, I am going to sort out my art and get into a place where I'm comfortable with doing so. I don't want to start getting people to pay me money for something that ends up not looking good, that'd just not wind up going well.
So yeah, I'm not dead, not leaving, and definitely you'll see something going into my gallery here. Just not sure how long that'll take. Thanks for being patient, people C:

Little update ^u^
Posted 8 years agoHi people ^u^
It's been a month since the last time I updated anything. There's a few things that've happened in the meantime, plus I have many new watchers since then. Wow, I honestly didn't realise I'd broken well past 200 a while back, but thank you all so much =(^´//ω//`^)=
First, there are a few sketches that I've drawn up and newer ideas which have been put to paper, but I had been holding off on them until I'd uploaded at least one more page of "I Accidentally Cock Vored" (IACV), which obviously I have now gotten at least most of the way through doing (inking shouldn't take too long, and page 7 is mostly sketched up too, so the series is almost done). Those characters are absolutely guaranteed to be in future projects, I have had too much fun writing their cheeky selves not to keep them around, especially Cathy. For the other projects, we'll have to see how they pan out.
Second, I plan on finally getting back to Spacelancer's Escapee. I wrote myself into something of a hole there, wanting to get things developed in a certain direction... but it took focus away from the kinky stuff and would've taken up several pages on things I wasn't sure you guys would find interesting. There was also the problem of not being sure how you guys would react to suddenly having other, non-fem-related kinks of mine popping up there. Given the positive reaction to Benny/Cathy/Tommy, and other male characters who involve cock vore and the like, I feel a lot more comfortable including that in the Spacelancer series. So, yeah, once the current cascade of unrelated sketches, plus IACV, are all put up, I'll feel a lot more up for going back to Spacey and her human toys, set before she was tasked with tracking down and swallowing the great Optimus down her gullet. And yes, that story will be told, just wait...
Finally, the main (latest) reason I've not made much progress uploading things recently; I have a new, permanent job! It's honestly a pretty good one, too. I enjoy it, most of my coworkers are really nice to work with, and it's full of lots of varied tasks. Heck, as a result of the job, I've actually getting better at mental arithmetic since that's integral to the position, so yay! The only thing is, it pulls me away from the internet--which is mostly a good thing since it means I get to be more active, more mentally healthy, and it helps me to feel better overall. So, while it's sort of a shame that I can't be making more comics and pictures as I'd like, it's still a happy thing that I've managed to get into the working world finally on a more long-term basis, instead of temp jobs that are guaranteed not to last more than a few months.
That's about it in terms of updates for now. I hope to have page 6 of IACV inked and uploaded later today, and the sketch for 7 will be up soon after this journal.
Hope you guys like! ^w^

Umm... never mind, no worries.
Posted 8 years agoOkay, so before I posted the journal about six hours ago, I'd messaged my tech guy. Usually it's a few days before this kind of thing gets fixed, since he has a hectic schedule, but about an hour ago he showed up with the answer to everything.
Basically, AMTLIB.DLL file--which is a base code which allows Photoshop to function--was completely removed by my overly cautious McAfee anti-virus software as I had suspected. Technically it shouldn't be able to do that, since it's something I have to approve of before it could be shredded. But, it was done and I couldn't do anything about it myself. I work on five days of the week, which is why I thought it'd take a while before I could meet up with my busy tech guy and have him fix the problem. Turned out he was going to be passing by my neighbourhood tonight and dropped by. He gave me a new AMTLIB.DLL file, had it white listed from McAfee's quarantine, and Photoshop works perfectly fine now. Soooo.... yeah it's still gonna be a couple days before I upload stuff, but only due to work, Photoshop's back.

Stupid McAfee being bloody stupid
Posted 8 years agoOkay, so I finally got back to drawing, as you can tell from the very frequent updates. Unfortunately, it's difficult to do anything digitally artistic when every bit of computer art software is getting constantly and infuriatingly blocked by your anti-virus software.
Thus, we see the problem. McAfee seems to have not only blocked Photoshop from my computer, but actually removed/shredded it. I don't know how, it shouldn't be allowed to do that unless I tell it to, but it's not in quarantine so I have to take it that the AMTLIB.DLL file has been completely expunged from my computer. This, naturally, is very irritating. I'm currently trying to work on ways I can get it back. If nothing else, I know for a fact I can get a full software restoration from a friend of mine, but it's still going to be frustrating having to white-list several dozen sub-files again.
Still, now that the process has been learned, with luck I should be back up and running within a few days, two weeks at most. Sadly there won't be any updates until this matter is resolved, for obvious reason.
Let's hope it gets fixed soon.

Problem with making art progress...
Posted 8 years agoHey guys, sorry to say, but I'm not going to be uploading for a bit. Not sure how long, this could be fixed by tomorrow, or it could be weeks, who knows. Point is, my copy of Photoshop is in quarantine by order of my anti-virus which keeps telling me now all of a sudden that the software has been infected with a virus. Now, I don't know if this is actually the case, since it's worked fine for almost a year and hasn't had any major problems (hell, it's not even crashed), but I'm playing it safe. Mainly it's a problem because this is a CS6 version, the last one right before Adobe decided on their idiotic and infuriating subscription-based Adobe version.
Now, I have a tech guy who'll take a look, he put the software packet on the computer in the first place and if anyone can fix it, he can. If it is problematic, then I will have to uninstall and reinstall it. If it's not, then I'll be back, up and running in no time.
For now, I am just letting you guys know what's up and that I may be gone for a while, and this is why I've not uploaded much. I may upload some sketches here, but they're quite rough.
See ya soon ^^;

Gone for a week!
Posted 8 years agoHi people! These last few weeks have been about the most productive and consistent time I've had on this site in years, having uploaded images almost every day, sometimes twice a day, as things are made. Rest assured I'm also working on something else I hope to have done soon as well which is slightly different, but does involve Optimus, Spacelancer, Magnum and the big man himself, Megatron (finally I've found a method of drawing complicated Transformers with their entirely different anatomical structure, at least for some 'bots).
I also plan on getting back to where my heart truly lays, that of dragons. Yeah, it's been a very long time since I drew dragons for this site, and for this subject matter, and I'm likely rusty on that. It'll mainly be the occasional dragon sketches to start with, then clean images, then coloured images, and finally I'll get back to that series "The Draconem." That's a small comic project which has an actual plot, the writing of which is something I've been crafting for a long time. Likely I'll remake the original pages and do it better this time, but yeah that's about as different as one can get from the stuff I normally post here.... so much so that I may make another account just for that, who knows.
BUT ANYHOO!! Back to the point of this, yeah I'll be gone for just over a week. Normally that wouldn't matter, but like I said there's been a massive upsurge in how many art posts I've done over the last few weeks, and I figured on letting people know I'm not just sitting around doing nothing, I'm going on holiday, a change of scenery from busy, loud, crowded Manchester to a nice, quiet countryside place for a bit will be a nice change of pace.
I'll be back, and since I'll likely still draw a few things while gone, I'll return with some new artwork to share ^U^

PLEASE HELP, having a hard time drawing male robutts
Posted 8 years agoOkay, so by now I figure you're all familiar with my artwork that involves sexy giant fembots who stuff humans (and Optimus Prime) into their various naughty bits, and it seems to be fairly popular.
For quite a long while now, though, I've wanted to do some male macro/micro play, which you can tell by a cursory glance through my favourites is also something I enjoy. I know at least a few of my watchers also enjoy this, so I figured this'd be a good time to delve into the male side of the micro/macro fetish.
One problem... I've practiced like crazy to get the female anatomy right, and although I feel I've gotten it fairly well down by this point, I still often get that wrong. I've had little to no experience drawing sexy male characters, especially slim ones like how I envision a couple of them I've been thinking of drawing. I considered starting with someone like Bumblebee, but the anatomical structure of the majority of male Transformers is so (for lack of a better word) alien to me because of how it's utterly different from human anatomy. I know if often doesn't seem like it, but male Transformers have a totally different body structure in almost every way to that of humans.
Thus, you see the problem; the mind's willing, the image exists in my head, but the hand is stupid and won't let it happen >.>
I wonder, if there are any artists out there who can suggest ways of drawing it, handling the various angles and anatomies involved here, maybe a tutorial or something? It'd be a big help. For now, male robutts will have to wait for a while.

Any ideas for Nyan's colours?
Posted 8 years agoHi guys, I'm looking to make a coloured version of Nyan some time, but I don't know what to go with. I originally thought of a Garfield-inspired orange colour scheme, but that turned out to be very distracting and kinda awful. I tried something blue, but that made her way too much like Spacelancer. So, I wonder if anyone has any suggestions on how to colour her in a relatively unique way that nevertheless says "Decepticon." I'd like to keep the symbol on her shoulder purple to keep with that, othern' that I've got no clue what to do, which is why I've not gotten to any coloured depictions of Nyan as I have with Spacelancer. I tried doing her mostly in black, but that conflicted with both my ability to pick out details, her torso being clearly mostly made of soft polymer material, and her bright, bubbly, happy nature.
Any pointers, suggestions, or maybe a little sketch if you feel like it (no need to or anything, I know a lot of people do work that's paid commission-based and I don't want to step on anyone's toes by suggesting otherwise) might help out, because I really don't know where to go with it.
Thanks ^u^

Not dead. Working on new pieces
Posted 8 years agoYup, I'm not dead BTW!
Which... honestly I should not kid about. I was in Manchester recently and a bomb went off not far from where I was. I'm not getting into it, but it did shake me. So, for anyone who knows I live in Manchester, England, and was concerned (which is... probably very few of you guys in this site?) just know, I'm fine ^^;
Anyhoo, I'm drawing some stuff about Nyan and her new favourite bot-toy. Lots of fun drawing it, especially with the different angles and poses. I'm getting a better feel for how to draw this kind of stuff, and every time I come back to the gallery my older work starts to look more and more embarrassing. Honestly, I don't know why half of you people follow me, but it's appreciated :p
A new rash of sporadic uploads to come soon ^u^;

Officially back and happy to be here!
Posted 8 years agoOkay, so as you've noticed I've dropped a couple of drawings up onto the site at last. I'm working on more, both Transformers-related and furry-related. I figured it'd be good to lay out how it's likely going to go from here, but I'm going to avoid actual promises since situations change and all.
1: Spacelancer's Escapee. I've got an actual story arc planned, which will start in full as of page 8. This includes... well, the subject of the title, duh. Katie's going to attempt an escape and have some (mis)adventures away from Spacelancer.
2: Spacelancer herself is going to get an origin story, and a confidant in the form of a fem-bot best friend/maid who looks after her precious humans while Spacey's off to war. Haven't come up with a name for her, but she's going to be fairly small when compared with Spacelancer; shorter than Optimus, not remotely built for combat, not even really considered a Decepticon. That'll come later.
3: I'm finally going back to The Draconem, the series that has a full story and world to explore, and isn't to do with kinky stuff. I've got that world and the way it works planned out. The way magic functions, its mythology, what physical laws are and aren't allowed to take place, etc. I've got backstories for near every character in it mapped out, and it should be an interesting ongoing thing if I can get my SH** together.
4: Planet Furry. Umm... yeah, the first things I put on here were... umm, well, to put it lightly they were pure crap. Not that I'm ashamed of that... well, okay, maybe I am a little, but it's been five years since I started here, and obviously over that time I've improved and changed a lot, both personally and artistically. So, there's no way I'm going to continue the series now as it was. However, I may remake that series as "Planet Macro" or "Macro World" or something like that. The, uhh... 'story' such as it is would remain the same in terms of plotting. However, the logo, artwork and writing would be updated and, with any luck, improved. As a result, I am soon to move the old Planet Furry abomination pages into scraps. I won't delete them, since I feel they're an important part of my life and personal development. But, since I Like the idea of a world made up of varying sized kinky creatures and humans living together in semi-harmonious coexistence (besides for the ones who capture to eat and/or keep humans as tiny sex toys). So, that may happen, it may not. With The Draconem and Spacelancer stories taking centre stage above other projects, Planet Furry (or whatever it ends up being called) is going to fall by the wayside at best.
That's all the update info I've got to share. Thank you all again for being sweet and supportive. Years back when I first made this account, I wasn't sure what I'd run into. I wasn't sure if others would share my interests, ridicule my work or odd kinks, or if anyone would even give a crap about what I was making. Having now gotten over a hundred and twenty watchers, and many friendly greetings and nice people who, even if they don't share my kinks, still are super-understanding about it? Well, I couldn't ask for better than that.

Drawing again!
Posted 9 years agoHey guys. So, more than a month ago I said I was considering taking a hiatus, possibly giving up on putting drawings on this site all together. However, now, a lot of things have happened to improve the situations.
On a practical front, I have Photoshop and Illustrator back at last! My graphics tablet works, I have a new brilliant computer, and I've been expanding my skills with a pencil. My scanner is back up and running, meaning I can scan sketches I've done over the last year or so of being inactive here.
On an emotional level, I feel more stable. I'm not having panic attacks or major bouts of depression anymore. I've got some optimism for the future, and I'm feeling more motivated to do things :D
Basically things are going better than last time I posted here. Actually, things had been getting better slightly before then, it's just now I'm finally seeing the exit of several problems.
Thanks a lot to those who've sent sympathies and support on my last journal. It did mean a lot ^^

Thinking of giving up here
Posted 9 years agoFirst of all, I'm really sorry to those who've wanted to see more from me for ages. It's been officially an actual YEAR since I submitted anything here. I don't feel good about that, though I have some reasons.
First, the Mac I received for free from the University I was at has had major hardware issues, and thus is unusable. It had all of my artistic software, and it's not transferable to a PC. I don't have the money to replace it. I've been physically incapable of doing digital artwork for at least SEVEN months. That's one of the reasons I was inactive for a while. I've also had some major emotional instability, for which I am receiving counselling. I'm feeling better in many ways now.
Recently, I've been drawing a lot more with traditional methods, working on those skills while my digital portfolio is stagnant. I've actually improved a LOT after this time, and have figured out some new techniques I hadn't considered before. However, while my work in dynamism, layout and anatomy have all been getting better, I cannot seem to make any of my erotic art actually look good at all. Any of it. Anywhere. No matter how much reference material or practice I do, it comes out just looking crappy.
Given that this account was made with the purpose of giving me a healthy and safe place where I can express that side of myself, and really for no other reason, I'm not sure it makes sense to promise anything in terms of producing things on here for a long time. Like I said, it's been a YEAR since anything was uploaded here. And while I do appreciate the support and nice comments on my work here from you good people, I can't say with any degree of certainty that anything further will be put onto this account, at least not for a long time.
For now, I'm throwing in the towel. However, I have no plans whatsoever to delete this account, or any work uploaded. I still comment and favourite others' works, and I wouldn't dream of removing this part of my personal artistic history. Plus, who knows, I may even return to creating erotic artwork here one day, that's still an option. It depends on what the future holds.
I'm sorry if I let you down, guys.
See you later, maybe.

Animation and Dudertron
Posted 10 years agoSo, I recently graduated from University with a 2:1 in Animation and Illustration. A couple times on this site, I figured I'd give the first of those two training skills to work, and both times it fell to pieces (at least in my opinion, and the second was never finished.)
I figured at some point that I'll never be an animator, I've simply not got the skill set. I'm not very good at keeping track of details across a project, and the characters are very inconsistent from moment to moment. There are ways to try and fix this, and maybe it's just a matter of time, patience and practice before I get more natural at it.
Question is, do you guys want to see animated shorts involving, say, Spacelancer and such? They'd be the same subject matters like unbirth, vore, anal vore etc, and I'd try hard to work on the stuff to the best of my ability. Do you guys want to see me try this out, or would you rather I just stick to still images?
Thanks, and I look forward to hearing you guys weigh in on it
-Daniel

Art has returned early!!
Posted 10 years agoSo as you can tell from my newest submission, I'm back, and so is Spacelancer. I have a brand-spanking-new, never-used-before Intuos-5 graphics tablet. And as it turns out, my old one was defective since the day I bought it! The wireless function didn't work on the old one... I always figured I just didn't install a certain piece of software, or didn't calibrate it right, but no apparently it was just that the other one's wireless USB module was non-functional.
Still, now that wireless is all set up and working, I won't have the same problem as before. The only time I ever have to use the mini-USB port is to charge the tablet, and since it has an amazing battery life, I won't have to do that particularly often.
So yeah, I'm back, and here to stay.
Thanks for the concern, and thanks even more for showing me how much you like my work. You guys are awesome!

Art will be back on the 24th or 25th!
Posted 10 years agoHey guys, so on my last journal I mentioned that my graphics tablet's mini-usb port broke. Well, luckily I managed to find the warrantee, and get in contact with the people I needed to in order to sort out a replacement tablet!
The new tablet will arrive on the 24th November, though what time exactly I'm not sure. If it's early enough, then it'll give me time to finish page 5 of Spacelancer's Escapee, and start work on the story I keep teasing. If it comes late, I'll continue work on the 25th.
Thanks again to all those who've shown the appreciation for my latest work, and you guys just generally being awesome.

My art's in trouble
Posted 10 years agoOkay guys, I'm really happy that you've been enjoying my work more than usual lately, particularly "Spacelancer's Escapee." Giantess stuff with Transformers always seemed a pretty natural extension to me, but practically nobody's done it, and as far as I can tell despite there being plenty of human-on-Transformer romance (even within the official canon of the franchise itself) I'm the first to do unbirth with Transformers. So, I'm very appreciative to those who've been sharing their opinions on my work on that so far.
However, now to get to the nitty-gritty... everything I've drawn so far for about a year now has been on a Wacom graphics tablet. You can tell a noticeable shift in my artwork when I switched from some old, crappy art software to using Photoshop. Unfortunately, my Intros 5, which I've had for a few months now, has broken. It's the same problem that presented on the Intuos 4 I had, the plug socket for the USB cable is snapped inside, and there's nothing I can do about it. It can't be soldered back into place, and the entire device requires replacing.
Not to panic though, the thing should still be under warrantee, so I should be up and running within the next couple weeks, at which time Spacelancer's Escapee P5 will be completed, and I'll continue to progress an actual story with those two characters as of page 6. For now, I'm putting the sketched version of what I've gotten so far in my scraps so you get a... *cough* 'taste' of what's to come (certain things will be changed/added/made less crappy as the drawing process continues)
I'll update as it goes. For now, this is just going to put the kibosh on projects I've got going.
Thanks for the support.

Someone please critique this:
Posted 11 years agoHi, I recently posted a piece called "Lover of a Godess" here, but it got rejected from Hentai Foundry for minor anatomy issues. I requested a critique, but that can at times be like drawing water from a stone... thus I ask that someone help here and point out anything they think is off with this drawing:

Please don't be timid with it either. I'm specifically asking you guys to please say with total honesty what you think.
Thanks ^.^

New software!
Posted 12 years agoIf you've seen my latest drawing, you'll notice a change in style (and to be honest, it's a lot more "me" than my cleaner work).
Well, I've recently managed to get my hands on a full Adobe software suite for my mac. I'm going to start using Photoshop, so you're gonna notice that my digital images and styles getting better, and a bit more naturalistic.
Just thought I'd say. Wooh! New art toys! :D

I've not actually stopped drawing...
Posted 12 years agoSorry for being on hiatus after a very frequent series of uploads and the promise of more. I haven't actually stopped exactly, but I have been busy with other things (namely coursework for University and my other projects elsewhere).
More stuff for Planet Furry will be made, and at a higher quality than before since I've been working a lot at my art styles and feel confident that I can make more, and make better.
Thank you for being patient with me, and here's hoping there's more to come soon!
