So, after dealing with the frustration, that is PayPal hold policies. I decided to switch to venmo.
Apparently, PayPal will hold your money for 21 days, if you haven't sold anything in a while. That's ridiculous, especially for freelance artists like me. Anyway , once I get my money out of hold, I will no longer be using PayPal for my commissions.

Me and my wife are officially residents of Phoenix Arizona. We both have landed work here and things are looking up again. We gave up a lot being forced to leave our previous residence, but we are now making more money than we ever did in North Carolina.
