Feeling more foxy every day..
Posted 15 years agoWell my life has been pretty hectic lately.
I resigned from the part time job I have had for the last 6 years at the fetish shop to take on a full time position at a company that makes mascot costumes. My new boss thinks I'm a furry freak but is impressed with my work and I get along well with others in the workroom. It's a bit strange working with other people.. I don't normally play well with others but everyone who works there is open, friendly and honest. And I'm not afraid to talk about anything with the girls which is refreshing. No topic is taboo. I also wear a collar every day and can listen to my music collection on my laptop which everyone enjoys. Getting to dress up in the costumes for photos is a perk too.
And I get to make suits for a living! My wishes have been granted!
I am sad to leave the shop which has been such a big part of my life both professional and social but sometimes you need to be planted in a bigger pot so you can grow.
I am also really looking forward to Midfur XII and getting my foxy villan on. And I will be having a stall again. Last year was a great success and I like having something to do during cons so I dont get bored.. also you get to see everyone cause they know where to find you.
And with my full time work comes full time wages so I've started collecting commissions. Go aussie dollar go!

Okay so here I am...
Posted 16 years agoIt has taken me a little while to work out this whole "furry internet" thing and I've always found FA either to be too slow for my small attention span or to have crashed.
As it is I don't know how often I'll be on here as I am a facebook addict but we shall see.
I'm Dustan DaFox from Sydney, Australia. Me and my wolf Lupie have organised the furry entry in the Sydney Gay and Lasbian Mardi Gras for the last few years and we have been to Midfur every year since we joined the fandom about 7 years ago. I'm a costume maker by trade and have made fursuits for myself and wolf and done commissions for ears and tails. I'm also intending to make a bunch of silly hats and bags to sell down at Midfur XI this year after being inspired by a wolf hat my flatmate Wolven brought home from an anime convention.
I can't really do suit commisions at this stage because I find more enjoyment out of making cute little furry accessories and I'm also flat out making wedding dresses *rolls eyes* but we will see what happens by the end of the year.
I love all the awesome furry art so yeah, keep drawing and I'll keep applauding. \
