Hey yall! I know its been a little bit, but I took a small break to recover from Mayternity. This may was wild to say the least, a lot of good stuff and some bad stuff. FWA was a blast, I loved it for a first con experience! But now I'm back to hopefully start getting things rolling again.

Had a small update as well, I want to mention I am ok with others uploading my things to the e6 site now.

Hey everybody. Did a bit of contemplation, and I feel better.

Some of you may of noticed, but I trashed some art that made me feel awkward and weird. It worked to ease some tensions. But there's still other smaller issues I need to sort out.

Hey everyone, I made a post on twitter yesterday but this is the situation.

I'm going to take a break for a bit.
I want to reconsider things. Also, solve some mental blocks I have, and rework this account. I'm pretty unhappy with the way things are right now.
And to be honest, it's frustrating. It's been a problem for a while, and I could've handled it before, but I didn't. Now, I need to deal with this, or else I'm just going to be pissed off forever thinking about bullshit that will pester me constantly.

I've already made some changes. But I'm still thinking of what to do next. I doubt my break will be that long, just long enough to mull things over.

Alright, all slots are filled so comms are closed! I have a good idea now of how many people want comms so I'll have a good plan for future ones.

2024 is here!

I just wanted to say thank you all for the support! It's been a long year and through all of it you stayed around. And I really appreciate that. I'll have something later today I think you all will enjoy!

This year has certainly been interesting, and it's had ups and downs, even toward the end of the year. But I'm still standing, and I hope to give a lot more this year than I did last.
Last year I was kinda inconsistent. Some months I barely posted anything, so this year I want to remedy that. I feel like I've gotten much more capable to draw in greater quantities and while prioritizing life stuff.

I'm really, REALLY happy with the progress I made art and following wise. I can confidently say at the end of this year that I am significantly better at drawing, I'm extremely proud of all the accomplishments I've made improving my art quality. There has been so much art that I've made this year that I am still super happy with. It really makes me happy to look at where I am now, and then where I was just a little bit ago, and seeing the huge strides I made. There's still so much more room for improvement and growth.

Monstober went about as I expected. I'm glad I was able to get out a good amount of images during this month. Sadly it wasn't as much as I wanted, but considering the time constraints with irl work I think I did a pretty good job. I had a bunch of ideas for other stuff to do written down, but I couldn't get to them. I'll save them for the future!

Hey people. It's october. October = Scary stuff month.

I'm gonna draw only monsters for the month. (Monstrous characters of all sorts. You'll see what I mean :) )

Think of it like what I did back in may. But not drawing EVERY single day because now I actually have responsibilities, like procrastinating studying for a giant exam in less than a week.

Just wait, I'm going to put out some good stuff for ya'll (and hopefully not one drawing a month....)!

It's been one year since I've started this account. Thank you guys for so much! I know there have been a lot of changes, and I appreciate you all for sticking with me through them. I really am glad to have all the dedication and support that I get, it's really nice.

A little bit of life stuff: Judgment day (more semesters) is near. Getting settled in to the grind means art will be a little shaky as time goes by. I'll attempt to keep things consistent, but you never know what to expect. I can handle it, though.

Also I'm sure some of you saw my celebration post, which I hope you like. I guess it technically could also count as a 300 followers celebration post too since I totally forgot to do that...whoops.

Curiouscat is working fine, I posted the first response a few days back on curiouscat and twitter.

That's just other unrelated things, though. I'm really happy to have come this far not only in following, but as an artist in general. I've improved leagues above what I used to do, which I'm extremely proud of. Next year I can almost assuredly say the same, as I've still got plenty more to that I want to learn and play around with.

Sorry I haven't posted anything lately, I've been very busy and will continue to be so for a little while. I've been more active on twitter since I've been away from my PC for some time. But now I've got some time on the PC before I have to do more stuff again.

This is VERY late, but I hope everyone had a good 4th of July. I appreciate the happy 4th comments! (This was supposed to come earlier but I procrastinated.)
In the meantime of my procrastination we also hit 300 WATCHERS and over 4100 FAVS! That is fuckin awesome. I really am truly thankful for you guy's support, it means a lot. I'll try and make a little 'thank you' art soon.

Also, commissions are ready to go. I haven't opened them yet, but everything should be good to go for when I do. I've been holding off on opening because in a couple weeks I'm going to get very busy getting ready for college again among many other things. If I took a few now there's a probability some would have to be delayed for a couple weeks, which I wouldn't want to do. But if anyone doesn't mind getting theirs potentially pushed back I can still do em (Smaller comms, like ones without backgrounds, would have smaller chance of being delayed cause they take less time). Let me know if you don't mind that possibility of anything being pushed back and I can open soon.

Regardless, when I do decide I'm ready I'll announce it on here and Twitter, so don't stress about it. It won't be first come first serve either.

Another thing. I'm going to be honest idk if nsfw art is for me. I like a little bit of spice but eh its not been hitting like it used to. Lately I've been feeling really conflicted about it. Been struggling a lot worrying about what to do. I've got a nsfw post in my backlog, but after I post it I'm gonna see what doing sfw only is like for a bit. Still gonna do preg stuff obviously, but just tone it down a bit. I think that'll make me feel better about what I do. I hope you all understand.

So first things first, I want to clarify about my twitter. I've been using it more and more. I am going to keep this site my main 'hub' of art as of now, but Twitter is where I'm most active. I'd recommend following me there as well if you want to see all the alts I post since inkbunny is...weird. I plan on trying to post wips/sketches there too to keep FA where I post the polished art.

Relating to twitter, I do talk a little on there, but its nothing special. Would people like to see me post WIPs or things like that there? As of now, my twitter does feature some """exclusive""" content already. One piece I haven't posted here yet because I don't feel comfortable reposting. Does anyone want me to talk with users more, and stuff like that? I've been meaning to try and do some fanarts for people, but I've been a bit nervous about it.

Another kind of unrelated thing: Inkbunny REALLY weirds me out. I don't know if their rules are different, but there are way to many fetishes that make me super uncomfortable on there. And it makes me hesitant to post there. Idk what I am going to do about that, but it's got me thinking. Just another reason to follow my twitter I guess.

Also, comms are close to being ready. I got almost everthing done. Now I'm just thinking of what I want to offer. I'm thinking of offering the stereotypical stuff like flats and shaded works, hell maybe even short animation loops, but would people like if I did sequential pieces or progressions? I've got prices for those set up but I want to see if people would want that.
Another thing is that if I do open comms, I would rather only handle one or two at a time since I'm new to it. Maybe more if they are simple. But over time I'll likely do more as I get used to it. And I want to try and make them affordable while not underselling myself.

Something more pertinent is regarding my art. Recently, I've felt like I'm not as satisfied with my art. Not disappointed, but I feel like something's missing. Whenever I look at it I just wish it was more. My running theory is that I don't like how I draw my waists and everything below it. It feels odd, I don't know if it's just generic or what. I also feel like my shading is missing something too. It feels too empty. And my backgrounds need a lot of practice. So if some of my art looks different or weird, that's why. Also I've always wanted to try rendering, but I don't know where to start, or even how to go about doing it. I might randomly start doing stuff to see what works.
