This mayternity has been something crazy. I've gotten a ton of followers and support in this amount of time that I'd never imagined I'd get! I want to thank all of you for the favs and watches. And I also want to thank all of you for making this mayternity absolutely wonderful. I set out drawing to have fun. That and making people happy were my two big goals. And I think I've accomplished all of that. I've grown substantially as an artist over the time I've been on here, and I feel this mayternity has allowed me to grow in a way I haven't before. If I didn't draw daily for it, I don't think I would've learned as much as I have.

But it's not without the challenges. It's been hard trying to find my place and a style I'm happy with, and that struggle will probably continue for some time. But I guess that is inevitable for an artist. And it sure as hell won't stop me from drawing.
Regardless, I truly appreciate all the nice comments and everything. It means a lot to me.

I will probably be taking a tiny break for a few days to recover from the art blitz for mayternity. I am glad I completed the challenge, it really was great. It's the most fun I've had drawing in a long time. Since mayternity is over, posting will not be daily anymore, but expect something at the very least once a week. But I assure you June will be filled with bellies and miscellaneous announcements, so don't worry!

Hey guys! Mayternity is here, so I wanted to announce a thing I want to try out.

Every day of may I plan on trying to post at least something, whether it be a terrible sketch or complete illustration.
This will be pretty hard, especially early on. Life stuff is approaching so I can't just dedicate everything to this. But that is why I have stuff already made. I wanted to have content during times I absolutely needed to focus on life, so you have something during busy weeks.

I won't be disappointed if I can't do this and burn out part way thru, but I've wanted to do this for some time for fun.

Also I have had a twitter! It's ObscureAccretion, under the username Dweevil3. I don't post there yet, however I might start now. So follow if you want, but I definitely will still mainly use this site. I do not like Twitter that much.
